I am terrified of the dentist! Everything was perfect or at least I thought so at first. Went in for a root canal, pretty painless I must admit, given an antibiotic for infection to take at home, left and went home everything was fine. 2 weeks later I was still in pain. Called the office back to find out what I could do, they said just take Tylenol or ibuprofen.
They schedule an appointment for 2 weeks later. The pain was still unbearable a couple of days later, called the office back and they had me come in for an emergency appointment 2 days later. Arrived and Dr. Sunar shaved my back tooth down more and advised of course it was a temporary fix until I get my crown on. Ok no problem. I left and went home only to realize again I'm still in pain.
Only then did I discover they performed the root canal on the WRONG TOOTH! I know I needed to have 2 done but the tooth that is causing me the most pain is still untreated in my mouth. I can't believe I went through all of this, paid out of pocket fees and still I am dealing with pain. All he wanted to discuss was implants for the teeth I have had pulled in the past.
I appreciate it but that's not what I was there for at that time. Especially $10k for 2 implants. And standing over your shoulder to make sure you do a review on yelp or google before you leave the office If you can go somewhere else I would advise to do so. Another dentist added to the list as to why I am terrified of dentists.

On May 16th I went in for one root canal and came out with 3. While the temporary fillings were done, they left my cracked tooth open and have not released my X-Rays to my dentist to get my crowns done. Dr. Sunar was personable and friendly, but his staff (which is a reflection of him) are holding my X-Rays hostage. This is not fair and I guess I will have to go to the dental board to resolve the issue and have them pay my dentist for the crowns due to the nearly one month delay since my root canal was done.

My first root canal and I was incredibly nervous, but the treatment went fantastic! Barely felt the initial numbing shots and 0 pain during the treatment itself. Very friendly, they even cleaned off my sunglasses for me after : I have to get two more done and glad to come back, and definately referring my friends that need work!

I was having significant pain due to an infection and Dr Bajaj referred me to Dr Sunar at Charlotte Root Canal Center. I found the team at CRCC to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Office is clean, comfortable, and professional. They quickly worked thru my insurance to let me know my cost and the procedure went well. Dr Sunar was patient with my questions and even gave me his cell phone # if I had any questions. Happy to be on the road to recovery!
