Friendly, helpful, and quick! I've only ever been loyal to one other dentist before. I HATE going to the dentist and I have to be honest, the first few times I called them I still had anxiety just from previous experiences. From the first phone call where they made sure my insurance would work to my last visit, I haven't had a bad experience yet. I even was experiencing some pain a couple weeks after one of my visits and probably just needed an adjustment and they got me right in, same day, when I called.

Probably the weirdest bonus for me though, would really have to be this: THIS office is the first one to have obviously read my new client paperwork when I sat down. I didn't have to repeat anything I just spent time writing out. They asked me relevant questions that demonstrated that they had obviously taken the time to review it. As someone with chronic health issues that actually has to list a whole bunch of stuff, I SO appreciate that. It may be small to some people but that was such a relief for me. It makes me feel safe. I've already recommended this place to my family and I'll be back.

I recently called so I could book a regular teeth cleaning, but they said they won't book me to do a regular cleaning because they recommended the "deep clean", which I told them I couldn't afford since it's $1,200. I guess I have to find a new dentist just to get a yearly regular cleaning. I've never been denied a basic dental service in my life.

From the first phone call to being greeted at the door, the assistant and the dentist, this could not have been a better experience. I have lived in a few cities. As an adult with a history of teeth problems and many horrible experiences with dentists - I would have to say Lake Norman Dentistry is by far the best. They are the best in customer service, timely, knowledgeable and most of all comforting. I felt really welcome and taken care of. I walked out of the office with more confidence about my teeth than ever before. Lake Norman Dentistry is a perfect fit for anyone of any age! In addition - they offer great affordable, dental plans for anyone who does not have insurance.

I always have the best experience at Lake Norman Dentistry! The staff is friendly, professional, and they've done a great job adapting to the new COVID ways. I drive from Fort Mill (35-40 minutes) and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.

As always, Dr. Guice, Jennifer and the entire staff are top flight. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy my visits and feel like a family member when I am there. Because they are the best, I always recommend their practice to my friends and acquaintances.

A new patient, and definitely will be returning for my regular dental services here. I went in today for severe gum/tooth pain, I had called to set an appointment for as soon as possible, they got me in the same day thankfully since it was an emergency. I was in a a lot of pain, and was crying almost the whole time. I was a little embarrassed, but the hygienist/tech was very sweet to me and comforting.

The dentist himself was also very nice and calming, they were both understanding and made sure to explain what was going on. They prescribed me antibiotics for the pain until I can get my procedure to fix the issue!

Went to Lake Norman dentistry from my old dentist since it was closer to my work, and I will never go back. They told me I needed 6 fillings, which I had never been told I needed before or was at risk for. I went to go get a second opinion from my old dentist who said I didn't any need fillings. I feel like they will do anything to charge patients more even if scarifies patients care.

I have been going to see Dr. Guice for as long as I can remember! He is always so nice and so is his staff! Kristin did my dental cleaning yesterday and I had an amazing experience with her! I will recommend these guys to everyone I know! Me, my mom, and my sister all go to this dentist! Great place!

I've been Dr Guice's patient for 19 years, that says something! I've moved all around Charlotte/Huntersville now Denver, never had any interest in changing dentist. The hygienist are always great too!

Lake Norman Dentistry made going to the dentist a pleasure! They were so gentle during cleanings and fillings. I always felt relaxed and taken care of here. I was sad to move away because I knew I would miss the professionalism of Dr. Guice and his staff.

Very organized and warm, yet sterile environment. Dr Guice's team is well trained and seem to love working for him. His skills are top and his personality is trusting and confident. My kids (6&9) do very well with him. In fact, their first appt included fillings and they didn't make a sound. They remind us of our appts and follow up with any needs.

I have seen many friends' work he's completed and it is beautiful. I couldn't distinguish between his work and mother nature's. Costs are in line with most other dentists of his caliber. A no-brainer choice for your whole family. We've been a part of his practice for 10 years.

Horrible Dentist. I saw Dr. Guice a few years ago and he had to fill a cavity. I would have been better off having the tooth pulled out. I, like many other people, have had a few fillings throughout my life without any issues. After getting one from Dr. Guice, I had to return 3 more times to have it "adjusted". Which means he had to grind it down because basically he didn't do it right the first time.

Following the filling and the adjustments, I began to suffer tooth sensitivity, which I've never had before. Recently, I had to have the filling removed and my new dentist remarked that it looked as though I did the filling myself in the back of a van! Luckily, I did not have to go through a root canal, but it was still painful. (This is why I'm posting a review now.) Despite all the "adjustments", the only other contact from Dr. Guice's office was to demand payment for the procedure.

I told them I was happy to pay for the cleaning and the x-rays, which were covered by insurance, but I shouldn't have to pay for a botched filling. They threatened to turn my account, about $105, over to a collection agency. Great customer service and understanding. So, if you're looking for a dentist, keep looking, there's probably a reason there are only 2 positive reviews.
