I'm a very satisfied dental patient of Dr Duncan. Each visit has been met with kindness and fantastic customer care. The front office staff is incredible and always greets me with a smile and positive attitude that I've found to be contagious. The dental staff demonstrate genuine care for my personal well-being during each and every visit. I would highly recommend this practice if you're looking for quality care and an environment that makes you feel seen and heard.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Duncan's practice today. Mallory and Dr. Duncan listened carefully to my dental history and the reason I was trying to find a new dentist. I had a wonderful dentist who had retired and I'm confident that I have found the practice I have been looking for. The office personnel are also very caring. I am thankful a friend recommended him.

I am very particular about selecting a dental office and once I find a good one, I am very loyal. I have lived in several different states and each time I move I have to begin the search again. My last move was from Greensboro to Huntersville. However, because of the proximity, I continued to travel back for dental appointments until my dentist retired. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Duncan's office. He and his staff are knowledgeable, competent, and most of all, welcoming.

Dr. Duncan and Mallory were great, very gentle, patient, and through doing the crown work. We have been going to Dr. Duncan's office for over three years now and are very pleased and appreciative of their whole staff. From the front office, to the hygienist, dental assistants, and Dr. Duncan himself. Would recommend this office to anyone.

After retiring, I no longer wanted to travel to Charlotte to see my regular dentist whom I had seen forever. Never thought I would find someone in Huntersville who could fill my former dentist's shoes but Dr. Duncan has surpassed my expectations! Couldn't ask for a better dentist or staff. LOVE his dental hygienist, Peggy. Highly recommend this practice!

My first visit was due to a tooth problem. Mallory made sure I felt very comfortable by telling me each thing she was going to do. She answered all my questions and set up next appointments. I am very thankful Dr. Duncan and team were suggested to me for my dentist needs!

I am new to the area and had a dental emergency. Dr Duncan and staff were kind enough to see me the next morning. The entire team was wonderful and made me feel like I was a long term patient. They thoroughly addressed all of my needs, and my emergency was resolved to my great relief. Thanks to a great team.

I was very impressed with how comfortable I felt talking to Dr. Duncan and the lady that cleaned my teeth. My husband and I feel very confident in having him as our dentist. The receptionist also made it easy in making our first appointment there. She made us feel very welcomed to their place business. Went for my first visit in a long time. Dr. Duncan is just as nice and funny as ever. He truly gets to know his clients and cares. The dental hygienist are the best! They've been there for a long time and they know the patients too. I've never had a bad experience.

This was the BEST dental experience since I loved to North Carolina 19 years ago! The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. The office is beautiful and Dr. Duncan is an absolute sweetheart! They were thorough and proactive regarding my exam and treatment! I highly recommend this office!

Mallory and Dr. Duncan made me feel so comfortable. I'm anxious about the dentist and I had to have work done that was more extensive than just cleaning and I felt taken care of. They are so kind and loving! I'm grateful to them for talking me through everything and taking their time to make sure everything was right.

Very nice and efficient. Willing to work with my time schedule, etc. Mallory was great. She is so kind and explains things as she works. This office came recommended and I'm happy I chose to follow the recommendation.

The staff are wonderful. My Mom went in for a partial. Dr. Duncan was patient with her and made sure she was satisfied with it. Mallory was great. My Mom usually has some reason to feel like she doesn't get the TLC she deserves when she goes to medical appointments, but with Dr Duncan and staff, she praises about the tons of TLC you give her. Dr. Duncan and Tara were amazing. They know how to make you feel comfortable when they start working on you. I was nervous at first when I had my 1st appointment since I haven't been at the dentist in awhile but they did such a great job with making me feel like there is nothing to worry about. Dr Duncan is such a great person. I enjoy going to the dentist at this office. The front staff are amazing! They are so friendly, its really like you are seeing friends, not going to the dentist. The entire office is so clean and organized. Brooke was my hygienist this time, and she made me feel so very comfortable and I actually enjoyed my time there.

She did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth, and I felt no pain or anxiety! Dr Duncan is thoughtful and compassionate about the person sitting in that exam chair and he gives great attention to the job at hand. I live out of state and visit this office because I have not ever found a total package like this anywhere! Highly recommend this office!

Have been using Duncan for 6 years now. Brook did a great job today and Dr Duncan takes care of any issues that come up. One of my favorite Dental offices, always welcoming and keeps me in good shape while not breaking the bank . Keep up the good work!
