RUDE! They are NOT in network with ANY insurance. Which was not an issue initially because they said insurance would cover 100% out of network as long as they are in the reasonable amount. This year that changed. I called to see if they could help with figuring out how to help with getting the reasonable amount sent to my insurance to cover 100% as we were long time patients. Laura hung up on me.
She would not work with me. kept cutting me off on the phone and then when I tried to explain what the insurance had told me she cut me off and would NOT give me the same type of courtesy. This office is RUDE and does not care how long you have been a patient. They will not work with you or try to figure out a plan on how to get us back on track. That is all I was asking for. a plan to get us back on track.
I then asked to cancel my and my husbands future appointments and she hung up on me. I call back to verify that it has been done and she said it has been and hung up on me again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Chris Cornman's office.

My family and I went to Dr. Cornman for many years. I also referred other family members and friends because I liked him and the friendly hygienists. I even followed him when he relocated offices in Georgetown. Later, I was relocated out of town for employment and still paying for some previous dental work done by Dr. Cornman. While there, I had to have a root canal redone by an oral surgeon because there were pieces of root left, causing extreme pain.
I wrote a letter to Dr. Cornman's office to explain the situation with x-rays. I received no response from his office. I owed $85.00 on a remaining balance that was in dispute; however, I was turned into collections. My husband went to pay the balance of my account and the office pulled my records indicating over $10,000+ worth of work done at his office over the years. Dr. Cornman said there was nothing that could be done about the collections agency. Apparently, he was not as loyal to me as I was to him as a patient because he did not consider an $85 discount on over $10,000 worth of work, even when the work is in dispute; instead, he chose to turn me into collections.

Had a root canal. Never was told it wasn't covered by insurance. Dr personally told me he would look into it and get back with me. Next thing I know I was turned into collections. Now the root canal is filling is falling out and he refuses to see me to fix it! Know before you go or have any work done. Lesson learned

Been coming here for a number of years now and always have a good experience. Dr. Cornman is honest and up front with my treatment and hasn't insisted on procedures that aren't necessary. The staff members are the same ones that were there when we started bringing our kids about 7 years ago -- little to no staff turnover is a good sign in my book! They are always nice and professional, even politely laughing at my lame jokes.

I have been going to Dr Cornman for over 10 years and would never let another dentist touch my teeth! I drive 30 minutes to see him from North Austin and it is well worth the drive every time! I have had major dental work as well as basic cleanings and always feel comfortable and taken care of during my appointments. His entire staff is very knowledgeable, and he is always very professional and kind. I would highly recommend Dr Cornman.

Chris came highly recommended and the first experience was excellent. I had specific needs to take care of some teeth that wasn't fun for anyone, but I needed them to get several things taken care of in one go. They made a difficult process tolerable and that was a joint effort of the doctor and dental technician. Gold stars all around. The second experience was very poor.
I had a tooth they worked on that giving me trouble. When I brought it up with Chris, he kept repeating "you can cuss at me if you want." even though I was neither angry nor cussing. He launched into a condensed version of advanced dentistry that was way over my head, without taking the time to help me understand what was going on. Ultimately it felt like Chris has been working with some people who don't enjoy pain and have taken it out on him, for which I sympathize. However, for my part, it felt like a doctor who wasn't listening to his patient, not to mention insulting. Essentially you should go to Chris for technical and not people skill.
