This is a horrible company to work for. The pay is insulting! I worked there for a few weeks before I quit. There was a glitch in the system one day and I was not routed calls for about an hour and they blamed me for it. I was told that they investigated it and could not explain what happened, but if it were to have again, then I would be disciplined. Seriously! Discipline me for your system not working properly?! I left the next day.

Customer service is non existent. The people at the offices they own can't even find a phone number to call and the one on the website goes to another company? WOW. I will be telling everyone I come across to NEVER any businesses associate with this company. 2 times the numbed my boyfriend up in the wrong spot 2 different times and was sent across the road because they couldn't do a simple extraction (not his first), where we had to pay $1300 out of pocket. When we left we were promised a refund within a week and almost 2 month later haven't seen it. We just want the refund we were promised.
