Did not have a good experience. Dentist was very passive aggressive and inconsiderate. My wife had a similar experience with the same dentist.

I am 16 years old, and previously terrified of going to the dentist. i used to go to hell on earth (also known as metro dentalcare) to get things done and they were very rough. outdated equipment, bad practices, the whole 9 yards. now, i don't even care about going anymore. valley oaks is such a nice place. the building feels cozy and not too sterile, all the staff are very nice, and the most important thing, they have new and up to date equipment. instead of using a scraper to clean teeth they have a super nice water pick kinda thing. procedures that would take HOURS at my last dentist now take half the time, or even less. cannot recommend this place more after a few visits pretty much all anxiety i have surrounding dentists is gone.

Leslie is fantastic at her job! She even recommended some great Christmas music!

One of the best experiences I've had at a dental office - I have quite a bit of anxiety surrounding going to the dentist and Kristin & Dr. Wichmann put my mind at ease. Kristin walked me through everything she was doing, gave me confidence in my homecare and treatment plan, and never made me feel silly or embarassed. I really appreciated the kindess which the staff treats people with here. I will defnintely continue as a patient at Valley Oaks Dental.

Met Dr. Navarro for the first time yesterday. My first visit to Valley Oaks Dental. A nice clean and modern clinic office. Was beyond pleased! Was excited to learn this Clinic exists within the 21st century and that it has many modern on site options to meet their clientele needs. My situation is complex. Dr. Navarro took the time to look at everything, discussed the options and even humor my interest and perceptions. He was thorough, gentle and respectful! I'm glad I made the switch to this Clinic. I'm excited to see where my treatment plan goes.

Is there a 10 star rating? This place is not only gorgeous to visit, but the staff makes it shine even more! Dr. Wichmann and his team always make me feel so comfortable and so well taken care of. I highly recommend Valley Oaks Dental for their honesty and impeccable service. Thanks for making going the dentist pleasant again!

The kids and I were having a rough morning but our experience at the dentist really turned that around for all of us. Very few people can say that about a trip to the dentist but we can - our whole family has gone to Valley Oaks for several years now and have had a consistently amazing experience with each hygienist and both dentists. They're all incredibly personable and we feel like they truly care about us and our teeth.

Valley Oaks dental is awesome! I see Dr. Wichmann and he is the most kind, considerate, informative, knowledgeable and professional dentist I have ever been to. If you have even the slightest aversion to dentists, you must go see him. I guarantee you will feel right at home with him and his team!

This is a friendly place and the Doctors and staff are the best. They talk to you and give you all the time you need. Dr. Navarro is sweet and caring and great with the younger clients. I have been going here for years and will not be leaving. This is the best dentist i have been too since my childhood one retired

I trust the dentists at Valley Oaks Dental, they do not recommend procedures based on their monetary gain. They truly look after their patients and provide high quality care. When our insurance changed and no longer put them in the new network, I found another plan. I feel fortunate to have them taking care of my smile!

Dr Wichmann and the team are absolutely amazing at what they do. It's by far the best dental experience I've ever had!

Staff will answer all my questions and Dr. Wichmann is great. He really knows his stuff and love the fact I can get a crown literally made in the office while I wait a short time. (its called Cerec one-appointment crowns) Dental hygienists are very gentle as I have sensitive gums. This is a great place with qualified people.

I love this place! I get pretty nervous going to the dentist, but they are patient and make sure to adapt so I'm comfortable. Lezlie is amazing! And Dr. Navaro and Kelly are great too. In fact, everybody I encounter there is super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

They are very helpful and it is easy to understand treatment plans they suggest.

Words can't describe how I feel about Dr. Jeff and his staff. From the first time we went there with our young son, Dr. Jeff gave us his cell phone number and said it doesn't matter what day of the week it was. or what time of night, call if you have any concerns. We did call him one day, on a Sunday evening. We had a conversation about the issue, he told me to bring my son in the next day on his lunch hour and he would take a peek. We did, no charge, problem solved. Dr. Jeff and his staff are the best you will ever find!

Everything about this office is top notch. staff, equipment. makes the experience better than ever.

We had an unplanned tooth emergency today with my 13 yr old and Dr Wichmann and his staff were awesome. They got us in with no notice. I asked my son what he'd tell others about the experience today and he said, "It was nice, easy and convenient". Thanks again!

Not many people can say they've gone to the same dentist since their teeth came in! I'm a 3rd generation client and my daughter will be the 4th! Love this place!
