Excellent service and staff who makes your experience great! Dr. Gulati is amazing!

I have zero complaints about this dentist office, Dr. Gulati and her assistant are both amazing. I have been to quite a few different dentist offices and this is the only one i feel good going to, even if it is an over 30 minute drive for me.

I am very happy to have found a professional but yet supportive dental team. They are careful while working on your teeth. I don't hide my smile any longer because my teeth were taken care off to an almost perfect smile! Recommend it!

I want to thank the personel of Downers Dental for taking me in so fast and helping me with my dental problem. I want to say a special thanks to Dr. Gulati, Dr. Jona, the assistant Felicia, and the ladies at the front desk Edita, Jalyn and Megan. They are all very kind, professional and caring. They make you feel welcome all the time. I truly recommend this location for any dental needs.

This facility is neat & clean. Dr. Gulati is professional and friendly. She listens to your dental problems and concerns and gives you all the possible options to make your smile beautiful. She takes time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. Also, she helps to decide if you are in a confusion between options. The rest of the staff is very helpful in appointment setup and reminders. I highly recommend it.

I am impressed and with your kindness and patience when I learned the bad news about my teeth. It was hard me to heard that they two of them needed to be pulled and filling as well. But DR GULATI she made me calm and she did a incredible job. I want to thank you for all you fantastic job and compliment you on your skills and professionalism.you are the most helpful, expertise, integrity, and compassionate dentist I have ever known. I just had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr Gulati. She made me feel extremely comfortable during the extraction and helped to calm my nerves. She even had me laughing. Wonderfully warm person and staff. I highly recommend visiting Downers Dental especially if you are anxious about dental work like I am.

The wonderful folks at Downers Dental really helped me, understanding both my dental anxiety and my budget. As someone who works at the tip of the retail industry spear, I am well versed in the ways of great customer service. It's not just the service/product, its the human touch. The staff, Dr Edita, all of you were just amazing. Other healthcare professionals could learn some things from these folks. Thank you for making it a little bit easier to see the dentist!

Mislead on service, trying to use a coupon, service not provide and just took my money, trying to explain to them so that I can get my money back and Doctor always refused to speak with me, they so desperate to make money, watch out. I will definitely will check a better and professional office. THEY ARE A LOT OF GOOD DENTIST AROUND THAT ARE ACTUALLY PROFESSIONALS. Good luck if you schedule an appointment here

Everything and everyone is top notch. State of the art equipment, they are very concerned with my comfort, also very professional and very thorough explanations. I'm very happy I found they're practice and they will be my dentist for life.

I had a dental emergency during the COVID crisis. Dr. Gulati came to my rescue. I was able to get a complete crown that day. When dental offices were allowed to re-open I returned to her office for cleaning and some other dental work. She is gentle and thorough. The fact they have the technology to make a crown and put it in the same day is fantastic. The entire staff at this office is remarkable.

I was new to the area and needed a dentist, so I gave this place a try since it was close to home and had some decent reviews (after all, I only wanted a cleaning, how hard could that be?). The cleaning was OK, some of the staff here (especially the woman who was working the front desk) are very rude and do not understand customer service skills. The hygienist was nice, but kept pushing Invisalign on me (I've had braces, my teeth are pretty straight), and that was uncomfortable, especially after telling them it's not in my budget and being told "oh well you can finance it".

After Dr. Gulati's exam, she said I absolutely needed TWO root canals ASAP or I would lose the teeth/catastrophic doom/etc. I walked out of there crying, not knowing how I would pay for all the work she said I needed. I came back for two small fillings, and I wish I hadn't given them that second chance, the fillings are still rough to the tongue (many months later), and my new dentist has commented on the shoddy quality (they will surely be replaced before many of my longer standing fillings). Also, those root canals Dr. Gulati said I absolutely needed right then and there?

I DON'T NEED THEM! My new dentist actually did adequate testing, and was baffled by her condemnation of my pretty healthy teeth. Sure, I have fillings on my back molars, and I may be looking at a root canal/crown YEARS from now, but nothing like how Dr. Gulati made it seem. Do not go here. do not go here. do not be fooled by a convenient location make the drive to a better dentist that cares about your health and finances you will be glad you did.

People if you getting that stupid promotions for best price for new patients, only for $49(exam, x-ray and cleaning), don't believe in that! They just want grab the money from you, that's it. It happened to my husband, he went there and did only x-ray, they couldn't do cleaning because of his gum disease))) so they told him pay $1000 for special cleaning and something additional)) So it ended with $50 only for x-ray)) but that's not really big money, just wanna leave it here. Stupid promotions!

One of the two crowns failed after 3 years, costing me the tooth. I will get a implant when I can afford it. I'm very upset about the whole thing. No one wants to spend their hard earned money on a crown just to have them fail in three years. I don't even want to go back and see if she will fix it or not. To keep the tooth they would need to redo the root canal and possibly remove and replace the new crown. I am sure you are a responsible person if you are researching your dentist first. Make a smart decision and get a different opinion on your dental plan. Good luck

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical. I went to her because my dentist was off and I had crazy pain. She charged me $300 and told me $7000 to fix 4 teeth. Next day I need my dentist, he told me I have likely sinus infection, I went to CT scam and yes I had sinus infection. STRONGLY not recomming this dentist. U go to dentist in pain and expect understanding, professional option and help and get total scam

Relocated from San Francisco, my wife and I both came to Downers Dental, referred by my sister-in-law. Absolutely could not be happier with the service, this coming from a guy who hates going to the dentist! Dr G and her staff are amazing!

This review is not about the quality of the dental care, it is about the business practices. My visit reminded me of how you might take your car in for a simple oil change only to have the mechanic come back and tell you that your car is DANGEROUS and you need new tires, brakes, exhaust system, tune up, etc. The $29.95 oil change turns into a $6,000 repair estimate that he insists must be done NOW!

Of course your car is not that bad off and he is trying to scare you into approving the repairs. My initial visit to Dr. Gulati went the same way. I went in for a cleaning and instead was presented with a $7,000.00 estimate for all the work that I supposedly needed. Thank God I was able to get out of there and go to another dentist who said I didn't NEED any of that work!

That was 2 years ago and I am still alive and well with only cleanings being done every 6 months. So much for the gloom and doom story I wqas given about not having all the work recommended done.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Gulati for 20+ years. Dr. Gulati and her staff always make us feel welcomed from the time we walk in until we leave. Dr. Gulati continues to further her education and always updates her equipment. The new office is immaculate and a lot bigger than her old office. I would definitely recommend Downers Dental to family and friends. Convenient, professional, on-time, warming office.

I wish my long time dentist had not retired. I went to this place because it was new and conveniently located near my job. I read some very positive reviews on the care Dr. Bindu Gulati provides and so I wanted to give it a try. The office is very clean, with an upscale appearance. Dr. Gulati was indeed very knowledgeable and provided some good advice on the care of my teeth. However, some of the people she has staffed to support her are rude and cold, and one in particular did not seem competent at all.

It was evident at the time of the visit and during a follow-up call that the staff could care less about making your experience a positive one or retaining your business. Therefore, I care even less about returning.
