I started a long journey with Celebrity Smiles back in November of 2020 somthing that i thought to be hopeless had turned into something magical. I had a truly great experience with this dentist. It has been some time since I have been able to get routine cleaning and dental work done so I was pretty nervous beforehand. They were great about getting me scheduled right away and making the paperwork easy. The dentist was very professional and easy to talk to. He asked me my concerns and took pictures of my teeth and went through them with me to create a plan to address all of my concerns.

He didn't try to "upsell" anything. He was very minimalistic and used a least invasive first approach. He was upfront about pricing and how the insurance process works. I thought that the approach they had to making payment arrangements was more than fair. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility, the staff, and the work.

Dr. Ahmed and all the staff were absolutely amazing in helping me out. I had a loose front tooth went in and Dr Ahmed gave me the best option on what fits me best. 4 weeks later and I'm done and they look great. After years of procrastinating I finally started looking for a dentist to bring back my smile. So I found Celebrity Smiles and had my consultation. I immediately felt a relief after speaking with Dr. Ali and I was not embarrassed of the condition of my teeth because he made me feel at ease by listening to me, and he understood. He explained the plan in detail & did not rush me in my decision making.

I was given reminders of my appointments. the staff worked with me if I had to change or cancel an appointment. payments were worked out with me, and Dr. Ali explained every detail of what was happening in those appointments. The procedures are explained fully. Financial details and concerns are addressed and worked out. Patient comfort and anxiety are handled excellently. Dr. Ahmad and his staff are the best. He is calm patient gentle and I can see the caring in his eyes. I was afraid of needle but he was very skillful administered the "numb" with very minimum pain. He also explained the procedures clearly. The best was he answered my urgent text @ 1am while he was out of town. I am glad I found Dr. Ahmad and Celebrity Smile. I've have encountered the WORST, most embarrassing, most unprofessional and unethical practice I've ever worked in. Dr. Ron Schefdore gave me a call one day as I had applied to his office previously on Indeed, he was looking to fill someone in as quickly as possible as he stated. This was November 20,2019 when he called me on my walk to my new job that was literally a 5 minute drive from me. As he called me he stated that they were looking to hire someone and that he has bee.

This office is amazing - from staff to dentist. They make it such a relaxing environment and don't rush people in and out. You get to actually see the dentist at your appointment. Plus, they do beautiful work. I cannot say enough about how positive my experiences have been at this office. Thank you all for being awesome!
