This was my first appointment. I was nervous. We all know it's not fun having teeth removed. My dentist and my nurse was amazing. They both made me feel so comfortable. I will be back to get more work done in the future & I hope I get them both again. The front desk was also amazing with breaking down the financial part and are willing to work with there patients. I give them a 5 but they deserve a 10 . Thank you unforgettable smile's.!

I love my hygienist! She's amazing and kind and really funny! She always helps me with flossing as I'm so bad at it. She taught me a new way today to try to floss! I'm hoping by Almost 40 I will finally get the hang of this! This is a great office and practice! Wonderful dentists and funny receptionists!

I have been afraid of dentists my whole life. This is the first place I've been that has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Bottros, and Rachel have been taking amazing care of me. They are incredibly patient with someone who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work. I feel so lucky that they are the ones I get to see. The rest of the staff is friendly and professional. They always check up on me after a procedure. It is a real family like feeling.

Jackie is the best hygienist ever, she knows her patient well and does everything for their comfort, she is quick and efficient plus has a sparkling personality! The office staff is always so incredibly warm, welcome and polite. They all have such friendly smiles when you walk in the door they all recognize you make you feel like you were definitely part of them.you feel welcome. I had my teeth cleaned today and it is such a great feeling to know I have and trust the person cleaning my teeth. I have been coming here for about the past five years I did find them online because I needed to have an emergency root canal done and I'm so glad I did. I have recommended and I will continue to recommend this office for people looking for a great dental office and great care.

My experience at Unforgetable Smiles was the best dental work that I ever had. Having lived in several places, I have had several dentists work on my teeth. Between crowns, root canals and fillings, my teeth have experienced them all. I have to say that Dr. Gary and his team have exceeded my expectations. I told Dr. Gary that he has the softest touch by far of any dentist that worked on my teeth. I really wish that I would have found him a long time ago. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

First off the staff is so friendly and professional. They put you at ease. They are not just in it to make money. I'm a single mom with no insurance and they do not except Medicaid but they worked with me so I could afford to have my teeth fixed and clean. Secondly the place is very clean and organized. Al was absolutely sweet and amazing. It was the Least painful experience I've had ever with a dentist and I am almost 30 years old. I highly recommend to everyone! I'm so relieved to find a place that makes me feel safe informed and cared for!
