My experience in the orthodontist is well I'm just waiting to get my braces off everyone is nice and welcoming

I have so many things to say about this wonderful establishment, but I'll summarize by saying that they took care of me from beginning to end with the utmost care, respect and concern. Dr. Kudchaker and her team were always available to answer any questions and welcomed me with a smile. They genuinely cared for my orthodontic needs and this can't be provided just anywhere.

This was my 3rd time in braces and Dr. Kudchadker made sure it was my last. I finally love my smile and am so grateful to have been cared by such an amazing team. Children, adults and geriatrics, anyone would be treated like family. 100% recommend this facility!

I really like this establishment. Always fast. Never disrespect. Overall great. 5 Stars.

Super unprofessional. Does not stick to appointment times. I had an appointment set for 1, I wasn't able to make it. I asked to reschedule - for another day. They told me no and I can bring my daughter at 3pm. Got there at 3pm, sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes. Eventually told the receptionist I will be waiting in my car due to me working at the same time. Receptionist said she will call/text me when ready.

Eventually she called at 4:43, by the time I walked inside - I was told my appointment will need to be rescheduled because the office staff was ready to go home. I called to complain, asked for an office manager. I was placed on hold just to be told they don't have an office manager (LOL wow!). Will be calling back to complain to whoever they consider in charger. Super rude. Super unprofessional. Lack of empathy. Complete waste of time. & to think I was ready to pay thousands for orthodontics. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

From the day we stepped in almost 3 years ago, it's been a great experience with Dr. K and her staff! Dr. K is super friendly, energetic and awesome and my kiddo loves her! She explains the procedure/treatment with detail and makes sure we understand it and are comfortable with it! Her attention to detail and her friendly approach is a big plus! Her staff are efficient and super courteous and friendly! Setting up appointments or cancelling/rescheduling them are easy and the staff helps you always with a positive smile! Highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed

My daughter is so pleased with her smile! I loved the office and all of the friendly staff. Halfway through my daughters treatment I decided to also fix my smile and I am so happy with both of our results!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! We are always welcomed with a warm smile and great customer service from Dr. K and her staff. Cannot wait to start phase 2 with them! Dr. K loves her staff, job, and the kids and it shows every time we are there! Thank you so much!

Nearing the end of our time with Ethan and Saylor finishing up their braces. The whole experience has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Kudchadker and her staff have been extremely attentive, kind, upbeat, and patient throughout the years. Everyone is highly personable and Dr. Kudchadker goes out of her way to provide care, any time anything comes up. Her office staff is also very prompt and friendly in response time.

I can't speak for the Orthodontist, but the office staff is a mess. I contacted them to schedule an initial consult for my son and had them emailing, texting and calling me for information. I made the appt for 8:30 am and received a confirmation email, text and call saying that my appt was at 9am. I confirmed via email and phone that it was 8:30 and was assured that yes, although the notifications all said 9, that there was a "note in the system" saying it was 8:30.

I showed up before 8:30 and sat in the waiting room for over 30 mins. I got up to ask about the status of our appt and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. I found someone else to tell that we were leaving and they didn't ask why, didn't try to call me later to reschedule or see what happened. If this is how you are treated when you are planning to spend $5k with them, I can't imagine how much worse it gets once you've already paid them.

Adam loves the staff. He said " wow it's been two years already" he was always glad to go in get his work done and out that fast and easy. We thank everyone for always being kind and so helpful. We love the results and appreciate all you do.

Giving 5 stars not only to Dr. K, but to her entire staff. Clean, friendly, & quick. Staff walks you through visit and they always have fun promotions going on.

Dr. K and her staff are the best! Very professional. They are very thorough in showing patients how to care for their braces and also available to answer questions. I strongly recommend Pearland Orthodontics!

We've been seeing Dr. Kudchadker since Dec. 2014 for one child and now she sees both for braces. Her and her office staff have been nothing but polite, upbeat, and kind through the years. She is very personable, both with the kids and us. Her and the staff are extremely patient, encouraging, and kind especially when the kids need to learn how to place different bands in different spots. Highly recommended!
