I have moved to TN, but I still see Dr. Wong! I had a dental emergency & contacted Dr. Wong after getting alarming news from a local dentist in TN. Dr Wong returned my call right away & advised me as to what steps to take. He referred me to Dr. Dixon, who was able to send me to a specialist in Nashville, who has done an excellent job, helping me save my tooth.

This is why I will continue to see Dr. Wong during my annual trips back to Cali! Dr. Wong resolved Vertigo issues I had when he corrected my bite prior to giving me a whole new smile. (I has No idea!) I so happy the masks are down, so I can show off my beautiful smile! The staff there are ALL amazing! Do yourself a favor & book an appt!

After spending 9000.00 on dentures, I cant use my bottom dentures. I should be grateful they didn't do the tops because even the replacements tops arent as good as the temporary ones I used for five years. I suggest doing your homework with this company. For example; When you receive an estimate and invoice with a different amount of teeth pulled that should be a clue so don't wait to long and need to use this office. I never met Dr. Rickey.

I've used both offices since 2012 when I moved here, and they are consistently awesome as far as the front desk/scheduling to the hygienists and Dental Assistants/Nurses and most importantly Dr. Wong and his team of dentists I have had. Since I am an RN I have to comment on the accuracy and skill of their needle skills/nerve blocks. Just second to none, I am amazed at having no pain on injection, none during them drilling my facehole, and no numb face for 4hrs from needing more medicine, etc. I'm old now but still have all of my toofs and working hard to keep them in good shape.

But I have a ton of work already done and Dr. Wong and his staff never tried to upsell me to replace old fillings, etc. They are all masked and provide a thyroid collar if requested. This staff seems genuinely happy to be there and all are super friendly and knowledgeable af, also not afraid to say "let me ask someone that" or "Let me get the Doctor to answer." They saw me on short notice this week to re-cement a crown.

Seriously finding a good Dentist with an amazing staff is hella important. Dental care is as important and your health.it IS your health, people. Plus as my slightly racist German Grandmother used to say, "People judge you on your dentition." Thanks, slightly racist but good cook Nana. RIP. And for the love of God people get vaccinated because I actually give a shit about you guys and you need to look after my toofs kthx.

I have been a patient since 1985. I have followed Dr. Ricky from his first office and continued to be a patient through many changes in staff and even through Dr. Rickey's retirement over 2 years ago. It is now time for me and my family to find another dentist. During these last 2 years, each time my family visits the dentist, we leave with a bad feeling.

Today during our regular checkups (which we put off several months due to COVID), we asked 2 staff members about the receiving the vaccine. Both said they were offered the vaccine but chose not to have it. In hindsight, we should have left immediately since my husband is battling stage 4 cancer. We can't continue to be patients at a dental office where the staff don't care about our safety.

In addition, we are tired of the "upsell" attitude that this business has seemed to adopt since Dr. Rickey's departure. He was the best dentist ever and would never use those tactics.

Maureen, who has been my hygienist for about 15 years, is a great hygienist along with all the others who work here. They're all so friendly and they always make sure you're comfortable and aware of everything that is going on. It is very clean and has a great environment and I recommend Quality Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a new dentist to go to!

I've been coming to Quality Dentistry for 14 years, from the ages of 12-26, they really are the perfect place for kids and grown ups alike. The Dentists, Dentists assistants and Hygienists are all gentle yet effective at their craft. Today I saw a new pair, Dr. Sammy and Mrs. Tina, they were great just like all the rest. Full recommendation from me if you are considering a new dentist! -Cole

This was the best experience that I could have possibly had, given the circumstances. I would never wish someone to have to have a tooth pulled. That being said, Dr. Strasser and his assistants, Kim and Tina, made the visit very pleasant and quick. I felt no pain and was informed the entire time what sounds and feelings that would be coming. My appointment for a tooth abstraction was at 8 and I was getting instructions for my car at 8:30. Thanks guys, for making a undesirable situation, bearable and almost enjoyable.

I take my 10yr old son here. This has been his dentist since his first dental checkup and he is also getting ortho done here as well. I have also had some work done here and the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. My son loves this dental office and believe it or not but he actually looks forward to going to the dentist. He always has a positive experience here and the prize he gets after each visit also helps. Very kid friendly.

In my personal opinion this practice is a joke and wong so badly screwed up a root canal on my wife that Grant Rickey did it over. FOR FREE And it was so bad he actually made it worse! Always trying to upscale me and his assist was more my dentist than he was. The last time I saw him he looked into my mouth grunted and left.end of visit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

I've been going to Quality Dentists for over 15 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with their level of care for their patients. I previously went to another dentist and would dread it because my gums would be in so much pain from all the poking and podding. Since I changed dental offices, I've had Maureen as my dental hygienist, and my gums couldn't be happier.

She is so gentle and is very thorough that my gums don't hurt at all after my appointment. I am so glad I changed when I did. Now, I have painless healthy gums. Thank you Maureen!

I have only been here twice. First time for cleaning for my kids and myself and they tell us we need all these things done so we arrange that appointment. They have charged me and my insurance company so much money in the 2 visits alone. Everytime I call to speak to billing they tell me that they will take care of it but they do not. I am truly disappointed in this place and the way they conduct business.

Staff is courteous but what makes this place suck is the fact they try to scam you out of your money for procedures you don't even need done. My family and I will not be going back.

Quality Dentists is great! It is easy to make an appointment and they text and e-mail reminders so you don't forget. The office is clean, staff are professional and friendly, and the dental chairs are comfortable. I am impressed with their modern techniques for checking my teeth and gums. The hygienists are thorough, yet gentle. Dr. Wong is nice, efficient and I can tell he really cares about the health of my teeth.

I did Invisalign with him a few years ago and the results are lovely. I had braces when I was a teenager, but did Invisalign to prevent dental problems in the future. My 3-year-old has been to here three times. The staff is experienced with kids and made her feel comfy and safe. They also gave her a balloon in her favorite color. If you're looking for a dentist, I recommend Dr. Wong at Quality Dentists!

I saw Dr. Sammy and Tina today for my filling. My experience there today was excellent. I feel relaxed, safe, and secure that I am in good hand. My whole family come here for our dentist needs and it has been wonderful experience every time. This is my third time here and I feel great after my filling. It was a fun, fast, and easy filling with Dr. Sammy and Tina today.

I leave the office feeling great and happy. I recommend Quality Dentist to my families and friends. My sister in law who have three small kids was looking for dentist and I told her about Quality Dentist for Kids and Grown Up.

My experience at Quality Dentistry was all positive, from the front office staff, to the back, to the doctor. My appointment was to replaced my old amalgam filling with a new composite. Dr Wong delivered my anesthetic smoothly, gently and without pain, I barely noticed the needle. The filling was completed perfectly, no pain, no sensitivity and my bite felt good. I am confident to refer all my family and friends to Dr. Wong and his staff @ Quality Dentistry.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wong for a few years now, and I have to say I have been so pleased with the different services I have received. I have had a couple of crowns and an implant, and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome for both. Sandra just finished up my implant procedure and she was also very kind and knowledgeable. I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised as all involved, especially Sandra, were so adept that it really was a painless process! I would highly recommend anyone who may be looking for a new dentist office to make that call to Quality Dentistry!

Had to have an older filling replaced ( love that they showed me on my X-ray the early cavity forming under the old filling). Dr Sammy and her assistant Tina were amazing! Couldn't even feel the shot Dr Sammy had to give me.the two of them worked like the A-team and before I knew it, they were finished! Thanks Quality dentists!

We have been going to Quality Dentist for years. The staff is very courteous. The office is very nice. It's always a positive experience. Dr. Wong and his staff are excellent on the service they provide for all our dental needs. I highly recommend them.

Long story short, if you've been here and they push any kind of procedure on you, seek a second opinion! I'm so upset with the fact that after almost 10 years with them I realized they've probably been putting me and my family through procedures we didn't need just so they can make an extra buck off us. I was seen just this past Monday morning for gum pain, they took a couple x-rays, sat me in a room, the dentist came in, never actually examined my mouth and immediately began pushing a root canal.

I knew something was off. I seeked a second opinion and was seen the next day and found out that I had food stuck and this is why my gums were hurting and swollen, nowhere did it show that I needed a root canal. I'd love to go into more detail, but unfortunately I know most people will lose interest in this post if I do. So basically DON'T TRUST THEM!

I would highly recommend this office! I have had different hygienists clean my teeth in the office and I have never left without still feeling like my teeth have never been cleaner! Amanda cleaned my teeth last time and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and left smiling! Dr. Ergash did my exam this last appointment, she is kind and super knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars with a high high recommendation from me!

If you want to be bullied into appointments and overcharged then go here! They have messed up several times on my bills and realized they were wrong but I had to say something about it. Also, 60.00 just to talk to the oral surgeon? And they don't bother to tell you that you have to pay that out of pocket until it's time to walk out of the office.

Now it's a new year and they are saying I owe almost 200.00 because my insurance didn't cover the last appointment (teeth cleaning) which they urged me to get before I'm maxed out. Time to find a new dentist.

I have been taking my three kiddos to this office for general dental needs and recently for orthodontics. I have been very please with the outcome of every visit and now with their great smiles. I currently had an appointment at this location myself. My experience was nothing but amazing. I fear dentist like I fear flying, but the staff was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.

They helped me relax and not be so tense. The dentist are understanding and take their time to explain everything they are doing. Dr. Wesley Wong has been our primary dentist and he has been very professional. He provides top quality dental work! I highly recommend this office! Bonus: they offer you bottled water while you wait to be called in. :

I went to this dentist a few times and was extremely disappointed. I had to get fillings done and they were done wrong, had to go back, and were made worse. I've had to see a different dentist. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable and they lean you back so far you have to hold on the entire time. I was numbed and it wasn't done correctly; my eye was going numb along with my under eye.

The hygienist that did my cleaning had my gums bleeding so bad it was dripping onto my chin. She was flossing around my tooth and not just in between and said that flossing is done around the teeth. Strange. The dentist also numbed the wrong side of my mouth and had to numb the right side, so both sides of mouth were unnecessarily numbed. The lady that deals with financial business is extremely rude and unpleasant. Won't return, and wouldn't recommend!

The dental technicians were great. the dentists not so much. The first dentist was a bit rude, but at least he did offer to numb my gums. when i went back to have the permanent crowns put in i had a lady dentist i think she is of India decent. she was not so nice and she didn't offer to numb my gums. when she was finished with me she just walked out without even saying good by.

Like i was nothing to her. and when the dental Tech started cleaning my gums it hurt bad. But they didn't even offer to numb my gums. I don't think ill go back to this place any time soon. The crowns did end up working great but i don't like dentists that are that cold and un caring about their patients,

We love Dr. Grante Ricky. Not at only do I see him but I now bring my son to him also. My son is 6 and gets nervous at the dentist but Dr. Ricky has been great with him and keeps him calm. He's even be able to fill fillings with my son with no gas or shots and my son Has handled it great.

My elderly mother recently completed a series of complex dental treatments with Dr Wong at Quality Dentistry. He was great! Mom felt comfortable during the procedures and appreciated the careful explanations and follow-up. As a nurse I really appreciate the importance of oral/dental health for maintaining optimal nutrition in geriatrics. Dr Wong was skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful of her special needs. I can happily recommend his services. As an added bonus--the practice is very well managed, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I went In two years ago now and the staff was all great but the dr didn't seem to care that I was pregnant. I went in for a new filling and I had crappy work done my tooth became bulky had to get it fixed by a different dentist. He also gave me numbing medicine which was fine but never thought to check to see how I was doing. I almost passed out with cold sweats by the time a nurse came in. My family will never be back in

Called on a Thursday evening to there emergency message and there standard message at there office Friday morning no call back. I had to call them, then I was told I'd be seen at 4, then they called back and changed it too 3, I arrived at 2:45 and was greeted and put in a chair with a bib by 3:00, I began writing this review in the chair! A's I was still sitting there at 3:40 without any reassurance I'd be attended to shortly just ignored?

They didn't have my Xray ready even though I made the appointment 5 hours in advance of my appointment? Needles to say I witnessed quite a bit of joking and nurses talking to one another but not much actual work? I guess there staff gets distracted by TGIF. I doubt I'll ever return.

Doctor Rickey has put 5 implants into my mouth. He did it over time as to not break my bank. He was patient and worked very hard to make this work for me. He gave me no pressure to do them and let me dictate the pace. I checked around and the implants would have cost me thousands more at other dentists. I have always found him a pleasure to do business with.

His office staff is very friendly and caring about all patients. He is my regular dentist too. The cleanings and other work they have done has always been excellent. I highly recommend him.
