I lived far from Livermore and I am willing to drive a distance to look for a good dentist. I did not know what to expect when I first meet Dr. Jason Hsiao but after my first appointment with him I am very happy I picked Valley Family Dentistry. Dr. Jason Hsiao takes his time to explain what treatments I needed / or what options I have and listen to all my issues.
He also takes the time to do the treatment; even when he is very busy he does not rush. After few appointments later, I decided to switch my entire family to Dr. Jason Hsiao's office. I have two children that were going to a specialist for children dentistry. I was thoroughly impress with the staff, and impress with Dr. Jason Hsiao, he is always polite, pleasant to talk to, very professional, but most of all he is a good knowledgable dentist. Thank you Dr. Hsiao for a wonderful service every time.

My previous dentist moved and I went to two other dentist before finding valley family dentistry. Appointment scheduling is fast and easy, you can either give them a call or reach them via their website and they send a quick response. The staff is very friendly and helpful and as I got work done on my teeth, I didn't feel any pain. I also liked how the doctor took time to show me the x-rays and explain the process. I'm glad to finally find a new dentist and definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I have been going to this practice for many years. The staff are all amazing, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dental assistance. Staff turn over is almost zero which says a lot about the Practice. When I started going to the practice I saw Dr. Laura and I loved her. When she left, I was initially hesitant to switch to Dr. Jason but my fears where unfounded.
He is the best Dentist I have ever had. He does very high quality work but more important, he is always so attentive to the patients comfort. He and his staff goes way above and beyond to make sure the patient is comfortable at all times. I not only recommend this practice for anyone but if you are afraid of Dentists, this would be the perfect place to go.
