Granada Dental

They helped me after an (admittedly) long time of getting my teeth cleaning. Very kind and my teeth were in the best condition after I left. Will go back again. 10 outta 10

There are many reasons to like your heart, me, I love my Livermore. One reason I love my Livermore is Granada dental. Today I was jammed up at work and I was gonna be late for my appointment. Ugh! I called my favorite dentist office and explained my dilemma. When Monica answered the phone there was no mention of a penalty for missing my appointment instead, she was kind enough to get me in when I finally arrived.

My cleaning was a rather pleasant experience even though the Hygenist found a small cavity. Much to my chagrin, the doctor was willing to buzz it out and patch it up. NOW THAT WHAT I CALL SERVICE. If you are a business owner I suggest you take a lesson from the staff at Granada Dental and you are bound to be successful.

Very disappointed with my last appointment here. First off my spouse and I scheduled an appointment on the same day which is challenging for us given our schedules and child childcare but we worked it out. Upon our arrival, we are informed no doctor on site and that we would just be getting a cleaning. For my husband, they informed him his X-rays would indicate any major needs and the doctor would call him if any cavities show up.

First off we don't want to wait until an issue becomes "major" to be indicated in an x-ray. Secondly, I informed the staff before our appointment I am pregnant and unable to complete X-rays. When we arrived no one was aware of my pregnancy. During my cleaning, I was told I may have a cavity and they would take a picture and the doctor would assess it by the picture.

The picture was never taken and quite honestly I do not feel comfortable with a doctor assessing a picture of my teeth to diagnose me. Long story short, we never received follow up calls regarding our "finding." I get if the doctor had an emergency of some sort but that was not communicated to us nor were informed prior or given an alternative. The whole experience was bizarre. I've never heard of a dentist looking at a picture or x-ray to assess. The staff was friendly and kind during our appointment. This review is not based on our experience with the staff. However, the way business was conducted was just odd.

Tithi did a great job as my dental hygienist. She was thorough, efficient and gave me good feedback on how to improve my dental care routine.

Let me start by saying how wonderful the office looks. Very clean and modern. There's two staff members that stand out the most to me, Elizabeth and Jennifer. Amazing people with an eager to help and to meet your needs. Overall great staff and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for awesome dental services.

I have been a patient here for 5+ years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service. The Dr. is super nice and makes me feel at ease- I am very anxious about dental work.

I had such a great experience at Granada Dental. I'm a new patient so it was my first time and I can't rave enough about them. The office was super nice and clean. (I apologize for forgetting their names), but the women at the front were very helpful and checked me in right away. Jenn and Elizabeth were awesome! Elizabeth was very gentle during my cleaning and went the extra mile for me; I have a permanent brace behind my bottom teeth that is not the easiest to get around, let alone painlessly, and that's exactly what she did.

I didn't need to spend too much time with Dr Nazari (thankfully) but he was also very pleasant and did give me some great advice on some jaw joint pain I was having. I usually don't write reviews but this was such a vast difference from my last dental office that I had to come leave one. All around great experience!

Love this office. Caring people. The front office team Monoca and Jennifer are so kind and we're about to fit me in with my dental emergency. The dentist is gentle and has vast knowledge. It's a great place to get the best care for your family and yourself.

If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Granada Dental in Livermore! The entire staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Nazari is super knowledgeable and takes the time to take a look at your teeth after your cleaning appointment.

I have been through a lot of dentists in my 60+ years and Dr. Nazari is the best I have experienced. He is professional and does quality work, yet seems to get patients in and out as quickly as any I have experienced in the past. The staff is friendly and efficient, especially the Dental assistant, Jennifer, who has always been awesome. If you are searching for a dentist or not happy with your current dentist, give Granada dental a shot--you won't be disappointed.

I appreciate their professionalism, congeniality of the stuff and knowledgeable practices. The ladies in the front office, both of them, Monica and Liz are very helpful.

Hey this place offers great service at very fair and reasonable prices. I didn't have dental insurance for almost a year and they helped me book an appointment and let me know exactly what work needed to be done which I am rescheduling with them now. I wanted to say a special thank you to Monica G and Jennifer! For doing an outstanding job in customer service and really going above and beyond to make me feel cared for.

They went above and beyond so thank you I really appreciate it. The office is also very nice and tidy and clean looking. Parking is plentiful and it is easy to find. Thanks again and I hope you have an awesome day

Not a fan.the billing dept is terrible. This is the only dental office that we received a bill asking for more payment just about after every visit. Something is off with them. The Dr is ok. But really is looking for that implant $

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I am glad Jennifer Montana recommended Granada Dental to me. I have been avoiding seeing a dentist as I lost faith in their abilities. With her confidence in Granada dental, I figured I would give it try plus I was overdue. I can say He is the BEST dentist I have ever experienced in the last 50+ years. He is thorough and fast. I highly recommend him. Especially if you want things done right. I can say this is the first dentist I have gone to that I feel confident in their work. Thank you!

If you leave this office, be prepared for one of the office staff to vilify you to your next dentist. What a shame. As far as dentists, Dr. Nazari is highly educated, and offers input based on research. That is desirable. The cleanings by the hygienist, however, are less than stellar. The prior hygienist Shayna was exceptional. The hygienist Evon, practically drowned me while using the ultrasonic scaler.

Should the pt have to tell the hygienist when to aspirate the water from his oral cavity? Or, is it better to wait until that pt is nearly drowned? You figure it would be standard practice and a given to aspirate fluids before they're overflowing. Look elsewhere. Need I say more.

Dr Nazari is extremely patient, very calm and caring. He was very gentle which is nice, I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed with so many equipments in my mouth. He provided me with options along with his own recommendation rather than forcing things on me. He saw my 3 year old son and was very honest. Although he can't see him at this time, he was honest in recommending that I take him to a pediatric dentist at this time. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful especially with questions regarding my insurance coverage.

I've been seeing Dr. Nazari for a few years now and he and his staff are top-notch. Dr. Nazari is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. And his entire staff is top-notch. The office is extremely clean and COVID friendly making me feel safe to visit during a pandemic. I highly recommend Granda Dental. Pary Aliabadi

I just had my first cleaning at Granada Dental. The people in the office are nice. The office itself has a great aesthetic. They didn't give me too hard of a time that it had been way too long since I got a cleaning : And the doctor is very pleasant. I already booked my next cleaning. I never have loved getting my teeth cleaned because there's usually some discomfort/pain, but it was quite minimal at my appointment today and that's very appreciated! Now to get my husband in for a cleaning!

Unfortunately, I can't give this place a rave review. The good: Front desk staff are very nice and efficient The dentist is very nice and seems very competent The dentist prescribed me a mouth wash that was extremely helpful and effective on my first visit Comfortable chairs and tv The bad: Both times, my experiences with the cleanings have not been good.

The first time, I was in a lot of pain, so I thought it was a little unfair to judge the cleaning. But it felt terrible and the hygienist seemed inexperienced. Today, I was in no pain and my teeth are doing great, but the cleaning was still below par compared to a lifetime of other cleanings. I had numerous moments of discomfort, I got totally soaked, polish was left in my mouth, I got debris and water in my eyes, and the channel was set to a show where they were doing surgeries that I couldn't look away from without just closing my eyes.

The hygienist today was more personal than my first visit, but still came off as a little rude and rushed at the end. I gave them a second try, but likely won't be back.

Always appreciated the staff's friendliness and the offices comfortable environment. I've been going for years after having experienced other dental offices with mixed results. The most convenient thing for me is how quick my appointments are - always in and out in a timely fashion.

I did some extensive research in selecting a dentist. I was looking for a modern dentist with technology that would ease my anxiety of visiting the office. The staff is courteous and friendly. Hence why they get 1 star. I do not like to having unnecessary dental work done for them to line their pockets. I was over charged without any consult on why when called them in it all they could do is revert to the signed paper work. Beware! Make sure that they stick to the plan and do not charge you for unnecessary work. The sad thing is the work they did wasn't very good.

Tried them out after about 1.5 years between dentist visits (totally bad, I know). They didn't shame me about time between visits, or anything else (not flossing enough etc). The staff was really friendly & thorough. Big plus to have TVs on (playing HGTV) over the chairs, it gave me something else to think about during the cleaning.

I am absolutely love Granada Dental! Went in for a cleaning and had all my old silver fillings replaced. So happy with the results. Staff is wonderful and made me very relaxed. They are always on time, so I don't have to sit and wait. Dr has such a calm demeanor and made me very comfortable. Check out the before and after. So if your nervous about going to the dentist, don't be. Go to Granada Dental. They'll take good care of you.

Based on a recommendation from my brother, I've been seeing Dr Nazari for a couple of years. He is one of the best dentists I've ever encountered and very likeable as well. I've also found his team of dental assistants and administrators to be highly skilled, professional and friendly as well.

They have the best dental hygienist you could possibly dream of. She's professional yet warm. She's incredibly educated and knows her stuff. Shaina is the reason I moved my family to this dentist. Knowing her standards made me feel comfortable with the dentist himself. I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Nizarri. he is down to earth, and funny. He takes the time to explain things I need him to and was great with my young children. Also, the office is very clean and inviting. If this isn't your dentist office. it should be.

Great people at this office. The Dentist is top notch. I was in town from out of state. They fit me in for a consultation/exam/X-ray and were able to take care of the issue at that time. Options and personal preferences were explained. I would recommend this office to anyone for any dental issue.

My husband and I love this dental office. The dentist is willing to listen compassionately and work gently. He will only do the work that needs to be done and not try to sell you anything you don't need. I have never felt or been taken advantage of and the price is great for excellent service.

I Love Granda Dental and have been going there for some time. The Dentist is very caring and considered about his patients and does the best he can for you. I had a lot of issues and he was able to work with me over the years. I now have implants and no one can even tell they are not my own. I have gotten several comments on how beautiful my smile is.

I love Jennifer and Grace they are always very sweet. I've been going there so long we are like friends. It means a lot to me to feel comfortable going to a dentist office. Believe me when I say I have been to many and this is the best by far. Now I live in Los Angels and when I come to visit my friends I come in for whatever I need. Thanks Guys! Always great to see you!
