The staff there is very friendly and I was pleased with the work they did on my teeth. My only complaint is the wait. I was in the waiting room for 35 minutes they called me and they started to numb me and I had to wait an additional 30-40 min until they actually started working on my teeth.

Thank you Dr. Galvan. I have had a lifelong phobia of dental tools, but you have changed my perception of dentists. You are gentle and thorough. I trust you and know my family and myself are in capable, good hands! I will forever recommend you!

Before I even set foot in their office, everything leading up to the visit has already set the tone for a stress-free appointment. Scheduling is easy, and the text messaging feature is so helpful when I can't get on the phone. Their new office space in Vallejo is clean and beautiful. I even had a lovely view from the treatment chair! Everyone, from front office personnel to back office and Dr. Galvan himself, provides careful attention and care to each patient.

I've had more involved work done in the past beyond my regular cleanings (e.g., root canal) and they always make sure to keep me informed throughout the process, relieving any uncertainty or discomfort during these longer procedures. I gladly travel across a bridge a few times a year knowing I can trust Galvan Dental Care when it comes to my oral health.

Dr. Galvan has been my trusted dentist since 2008. I've recommended him to my friends and family because of his professionalism, honesty and great work. His new location looks phenomenal and relaxing, and his staff are always courteous, efficient and friendly.

Dr Galvan was recommended by a co-worker. They are pretty amazing and work with me as far as scehduling and my share of cost break down. If I have questions. I ask! They are always more then welcome to explain and Dr Galvan does excellent work. My family and I have been going here for years now.

I went to the same dentist in San Francisco for 25 years, and I took my three sons there as well. I didn't see a dentist for eight years after he retired. My teeth were a mess. When two teeth broke during the pandemic, I was forced to seek out a new dentist and found the Galvan Dental practice. They did so much work on my teeth and gums - two root canals, gum lazer surgery, deep cleanings, to name a few.

Instead of pulling my two teeth that were broken down to the gums, they salvaged what was left with build-ups, posts and crowns. Took several visits. They did terrific work. I am very happy and very pleased with everything that was done. Lauren is a great ambassador for the practice. Whenever I got frustrated, she turned it all around. Emma is a wonderful hygienist. Dr. Galvan and Dr. Edwards are great dentists and endodontists. I truly appreciate all their hard work. I highly recommend this practice. - Lorraine

Da Scene: About 2 years ago I ran into an issue when my dentist retired and a new replacement took over. On recommendation I was referred to Galvan Dental and brought my family along with me. Personal referrals have always held more weight for me. trust your bubble, right? Da Work: I have had various work done ranging from cleanings to crown replacement to a root canal and now I'm in the middle of an Invisalign process.

Any concerns I had throughout the procedures were addressed quickly; Dr. Galvan has shown care and attention to detail. Da Service: Consistency is my fuzzy friend. From top to bottom the staff have been great w/ me & my family. Front Office are friendly and through with protocols keeping the office safe. Back Office has been accurate with billing and accommodating when my insurance needed additional documentation/paperwork.

The clinical staff have been very professional and thoughtful, considering I'm a HUGE BABY and need extra/gentle care. I actually used to need "the gas" just for cleanings, but now, NOT! Really dig my hygienist - just the right amount of scolding when I'm not holding up my end while providing caring careful cleanings. Finally my current Invisalign process is going great and I feel well taken care of. will update when I'm through it. Quality care comes from top down leadership and oversight, Doc is a cool cat and values his staff and they reflect that in their service.

Whole heartedly do not recommend this practice. The dentist and office manager are very pushy & extremely impolite. If you have another choice on your dental insurance- TAKE IT.

Office staff is friendly and informative. On the other hand I would not recommend Dr. Galvan for crown work. It took 3 times at the office to get my crown to fit correctly but I guess it did not fit correctly it ended up falling out and I swallowed it by accident.

The staff is always pleasant and professional. I appreciate how they address additional needs and questions on the spot. Dr Philip and the other techs are very competent and skilled and I know they'll always give me the best care. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is in need of exceptional care.

Look else where. Previous dentist was great but cannot say the same about it now. They try to upsell services that are not covered by your dental insurance.

The staff here are nice and helpful. I'm not familiar with my new insurance and Jen was great at explaining everything to me. They should call her Gem Nelly cleaned my teeth and didn't do the whole guilt thing about flossing. She was thorough and thoughtful. Dr. Felipe was personable and explained what was going on with my upcoming dental work. Didn't try to up sale me. If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further.

I have worked for many dental practices in my time, and I am honestly happy to have been with Dr. Galvan. The whole practice is so wholesome and honest (this is a hard to come-by standard in the dentistry field) I unfortunately had to leave due to medical circumstances, but I wish to shout from the rooftops about their office that they will not over-diagnose or try to rope you into anything that is not needed.

Thank you, Doctor Galvan and your wonderful staff. I now feel infinitely confident about my smile! Doctor Philip Galvan is an excellent dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. I have been flying from New York to get my dental work done by him because he is the only one I trust when it comes to my dental health. I finally decided to do some major work to resolve a broken tooth and some other issues and knew I could not go anywhere else.

I did Invisalign, whitening, cleaning, extractions, and crowns with him. I have always been happy with the results. He makes you feel at ease and explains every step. His assistants are thorough and equally meticulous. His front desk staff are extraordinarily gracious and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Galvan! Jaja Bolivar New York City

Sam P. On Tuesday, July 10, 2018, I had my 2 permanent crowns installed by Dr. Catherine Motoyasu. She is fairly new to this office. She has a great attitude, very pleasing to interact with. She put me at ease during the procedure. Even though there was an issue with my gums, it worked out. She performed a great installation and they look great. She is a great asset to this office.

Dr. Galvan is great with patients.the Staff exude kindness and care and are very helpful. Great location with ample of parking. Next door is the pharmacy which makes it very convenient. Up front, Tina does a great job. No one wants to visit a dentist but this is a nice place to go when needed.

Dr. Galvan has made a stressful process easy. Him and his staff are attentive and very pleasant. They took every measure to make me comfortable. It helps that you can watch friends while you're there too! Thank you Dr Galvan for taking care of two teeth that needed much work!

Too many issues with this office. Push expensive things not covered by insurance instead of basic care, offer a high interest 3rd party payment plan and dont talk about cost and options with the patients. I took a half day off for a visit, and they didn't put it in the computer, half a day wasted, and they want a 48 hour cancellation to charge you. stay away!

I go here from San Francisco for dental procedures and it's definitely worth the trip because of awesome treatment plans and services. They're so good, I fall asleep during procedures. And their payment plans for uninsured patients like me make out of pocket costs very easy on my budget. I'm waiting to start Invisalign treatments after fillings and root canal. I'm ready.

Dr. Le is very meticulous and gentle and I had a great experience going to her. I go to her for my routine cleanings and she's always on time and pleasant to talk to. I also took my two year son to Dr Le for his first teeth cleaning. She was extremely gentle and my son warmed up to her quickly. Overall I think she's pretty cool and makes going to the dentist fun. Highly recommend.

I'm in my 70's and Dr. Lins has been my dentist for years. During that time he's done one bridge and a few crowns. He is very caring and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He always explains what he's doing throughout any procedure. Melissa is my hygienist and she is excellent as well. Cassandra at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful.

The office is exceptionally clean and has all the latest technology. I drive from Concord to Danville b/c when I moved several years ago, there was no way I was going to look for a new dentist.

If you've been looking for a dentist you should definitely see Dr Christine Le. I have seen many dentists over the years, but this is the first time I've found one that has all the qualities that I look for. I don't know about you, but I've always been looking for a dentist who actually cares about how I feel and also takes the time to explain things to me.

Some of the other dentists I've seen don't make me feel that welcome and seemed to just do their work and seemed to not think much of their patients. I've had regular cleanings and fillings done on my teeth. Both experiences were great. She makes sure I'm doing ok during the procedures. I'm also sort of picky with who I go to so when I was looking up doctors who take my insurance I look at the school they graduated from.

I saw that she graduated from UCSF, which is the top dental school in the country, so I know I'm getting not only a friendly doctor, but also a top doctor that knows what they are doing. just thought I'd mention that for any other nerds out there like me. I'll definitely be seeing her for a long time.

Dr. Lins is the best dentist I have ever had. He and his team make me feel like I'm their only patient. The office is nice, very relaxing atmosphere. The little "waterfall" fountain on the wall and the relaxing music almost make me feel like I'm visiting a spa. Dr. Lins always answers all my questions, and explains all the procedures in easy to understand way.

He is not money oriented. I don't have insurance, so it is important to know what really needs to be done now and what can wait. Last summer on 4th of July I had to come in for an emergency with my dad who came to visit me from Europe. I called Dr. Lins and he saw us immediately. Besides he is easy going and always smiling.
