Dr. Eidbo and team are wonderful! My husband and I have been going to this dental office for a few years now. He does not push or pressure you if he finds that something needs to be treated and there are no hard feelings if you're not quite ready for it to be done yet. Of course, if something is aching, I can easily make an appointment to be seen asap and get treated.

I recently moved my 8 year old daughter over to be treated by Dr. Eidbo and so far she has had a positive experience. There was zero tears from her recent appt and actually asked me when she's going back.

I Highly recommend this Dentist/Dental Office. Dr. Eric Eidbo is an exceptionally Professional, knowledgeable and skilled Dentist. One of The Best in his Field, he's also extremely Personable, Kind, has a great sense of humor. If, I can't see Dr. Eric Eidbo for my dental care, " I Don't Want Nobody Else." His entire staff exhibit the same attributes as their Leader (Dr. Eidbo). Including, the Office Manager-Chad, Receptionist, -Stephanie, Dental Hygienists- Cherish and Jose, just to name a few.

I would like to rate this office 5 stars. To start off I came in as a new patient on an emergency basis and was seen that same day. I had broken off my veneer and the dentist was able to send me home like new just in time before my baby shower. After my visit I decided to bring in my kids to see how it would go. And let's just say it went great! It was my toddlers first time and did amazing. My teenager also had no complaints. So overall it is a great practice staff and dentist included.

This review is overdue! In a long, & careful search to find a dentist with the skills and experience to perform a root canal and crown at a reasonable cost, I finally decided to try Dr Eric Eidbo. In only three visits, Eric and his compassionate knowledgeable staff performed the work with care, skill, attention to detail, and surprising comfort. And all at an out of pocket cost that I could afford.

Other dentists quoted me prices that were 25 to 50% higher. Most dentists refer this kind of work to high priced oral surgeons/specialists, (as did my own dentist). Even the scheduling was smooth, with all the work being done within a 6-week period. It's been over 9 months now & and I've forgotten about that previously aching molar, there's been no pain since. Grateful!

Dr. Eidbo is an excellent Dentist! He's very passionate about providing the best oral treatment/healthcare possible. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very beautiful and has all the latest modern dental technology available. It's an excellent facility for the entire family. I would highly recommend their office for all your dental needs.

5-stars! Dr. Eidbo and his staff are amazing and every experience there has been top-notch and professional. The office is clean & modern and they have top-of-the-line equipment - plus, I love the TVs they have for you to watch while you're getting your procedures done. From regular cleanings, to fillings, chipped teeth, and veneers, Oak Grove Dental has gone above and beyond to help.

They have a texting service that reminds you when you're due for cleanings, too, which is very helpful in our busy and scheduled lives. And, more importantly, they have done the best job during COVID to put in place abundant safety measures that make me feel safe, while being able to attend to my dental needs. Thank you to Oak Grove Dental and highly recommend everyone to see Dr. Eidbo and the excellent team there!

This place is amazing! Everyone from the lovely young lady at the front desk to the assistants and hygienists is just fabulous. I recently started the process to have permanent crowns put on my front teeth and they've been exceptional. I got my temporary crowns on and after a short time they began to discolor. When I asked about it, they got me in immediately fix them and I left the office with pretty front teeth again. Oak Gtove is a bit pricier than some other places but this is more than made up for with the exceptional work they do. The kindness and compassion is wonderful. If you need any work done on your teeth, I highly recommend. Thank you guys.

I went to the same wonderful dentist in Los Angeles for 40 years. When I moved to Oakland, I thought I'd never be able to replace him. I was wrong. Dr. Eidbo and his staff are the best. I recommend them highly.

In this time of upheaval, it's SO comforting to know that Dr. Eidbo is still available for emergency procedures. Of all of the medical professionals that I have dealt with in my lifetime of 50 years, Dr. Eidbo has the most gentle touch, across all specialties. When he works on you, he is extremely mindful of your comfort level, and if it weren't for the fact that you SEE him working on you, you might not know it.

I have had some very difficult tooth extractions performed, and Dr. Eidbo was AMAZING through them all: patient, persistent, and professional! His staff, as well, have always been extremely helpful, informative, and dedicated to ensuring that I made informed decisions alongside the doctor. You can't find a better group to treat your dental issues!

I have been to many dentists and finally found a gem! Friendly. Clean. Place looks new but it's not. They upkeep it and keep it updated. TV screens while your getting your teeth cleaned. Instant x-rays. And omg the hygentist was gentle almost too gentle. So not used to that. Usually I am sensitive or hurts a little when done. I highly recommend them and told all my family to try them out!

I recently switched to Oak Grove Dental and really appreciate the service that they provide. Caroline is fantastic - she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing best practices. Dr. Eidbo is great at what he does and I truly feel I am in great hands. Overall, I'm very happy I made the switch.

The entire office staff is so nice and accommodating. Dr. Eidbo is awesome. If you're apprehensive about going to the dentist, then consider Oak Grove Dental. They make you feel comfortable from the very start to the end. I had a possible root canal that ended up being an extraction due to a severely cracked tooth. I got the extraction on Thursday and received a very friendly follow up call from Dr. Eidbo on Friday.

The office is closed on Friday, so he went out of his way on his day off to make sure I was feeling ok. Caroline and Chad are especially awesome. I really love the entire staff.

Love Dr. Eidbo and his team This is my second review for Dr. Eidbo. I feel redundant to write a review again because I said everything from my first review. Anyway, I really appreciate him & his team, so I prefer to review again and I hope that if someone is looking for a good dentist will consider to visit him. I have been his patient for 10 years.

I did tooth implant, root canal and a crown. Hmm. there might be something else too but I cant remember. I never have to go back for the same problem at the same tooth. Bravo! Today, I had a crown done. I thought. I would pain, I would have to leave work early, this would be one of the bad days! But, I am wrong! 2-3 hrs after that I did not feel anything.

I could even claim that I did not visit the dentist this morning. My tooth, my gum feel just fine! Thanks to his assistant, she did make the crown perfectly fit. Dr. Eidbo took off my fake crown very quickly without pain. I can go on and on with his skill.but you will hate my long comments. To sum up, with my 10 years experience with Dr. Eidbo, I ensure that he is very professional and he can take care of your needs. Others: Parking lot. easy to park! Hours - if you are an early bird, there is 7 am appointment. Waiting area - wonderful & comfortable with wifi.

Bathroom - very clean! Overall office area - clean & hygiene. Price - I feel reasonable. I checked with my friends, it's a market price Staff - they all are friendly. I feel bad that I cannot remember all their names. I remember Chad though, he is my phone buddy if I have schedule conflict or if I need to ask some random questions. He always gladly to help!

I am not sure how old is Dr. Eidbo, but to me he looks 45 and I wish he's 45. So, I will have him as my dentist for another 20 years! Thanks everyone and see you in December, my next cleaning! Dr. Eidbo and the entire staff are great and make you feel like family. I have tried many dentist, but he is the best. The office staff effortless handled all my billing issues and saved me a lot of our health flex spend money. I highly recommend them!

This is the best dental I've ever had. Most of the time you dread the dentist and getting things done, way up in your mouth. but this is a different experience. First of all it is a really nice dental office and you can watch tv while getting your mouth cleaned. And usually that is the first sign of a flashy hustle type dentist. Nope not here.

They will go over what you need done and tell you, within a year or a couple years. And space out work so that it's covered under your insurance. An honest dentist and a nice dental salon, yes thanks. and also some HGtV watching, nice little visit!

A real great place for your dental work. Friendly staff, a great hygenist, and a great dentist. All of my work here has been exceptional. About as pleasant as a dental visit can be. A very modern, clean facility with a nice waiting room. You won't be disappointed going here. Located in a nice neighborhood too.

So disappointed by my experience at oak grove Dental. A basic cleaning is what I went for, and dr. Eidbo tried to tell me that I have three cavities that needed to be taken care of. This was a shock considering I brush and floss at least twice a day. I was hesitant to proceed with dr. Eidbo's recommendation and went to my son's usual dentist for an exam, just to hear what he has to say.

After this checkup he informed me that everything looks good, completely contradicting what dr. Eidbo told me. The second dr. also took X-rays to confirm this. The staff at oak grove Dental is quite rude and dr. Eidbo is a crook that should not be trusted. They were basically trying to bully me into getting work done that was not necessary, maybe this is how he pays for his fancy truck.

Another thing is, when I was leaving a few of dr. Eidbo's employees were hanging out next to the dumpster in the parking lot chatting it up being loud and obnoxious. And as I was sitting in my vehicle around 3:45 pm I watched the doctor walk to his white truck parked on minert road and lay down on the horn, it sounds like a freight train. Dr. Eidbo is very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Nobody wants to have a dental implant but if you need one, this is the place to go! Dr. Eidibo made the experience so much better than I expected it to be. It was quick and nearly pain-free. I didn't even take Advil the next day! It's a dream come true to have a dentist close by that provides great dental care and a staff that provides excellent customer service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eidibo's for three years and have been pleased with all of my dental care from cleanings to fillings and now, an implant. I have had my share of dental work in my life and I know a good dentist when I find one. This guy is the real deal. My entire family comes here and loves Dr. Eidibo and his staff.

My wife and I have been using the excellent dental services of Dr. Eidbo for over 15 years. The staff, facilities and dentistry have been second to none. The dental equipment and technology is up to date and always improving. The facility is immaculate and not to be dismissed is the friendly atmosphere and good conversation which by the way is not included in the bill!

I had a great first experience here. I recently moved from out of state and was very fortunate to find Dr Eidbo and his staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely be happy to be there. It was easy to make the appointment and didn't wait at all to be seen. I recommend them highly.

I had my first experience at Oak Grove Dental with Dr. Eidbo today and I was blown away. I had a need for a root canal and my wife ordered me here! I'm glad she did. The staff is friendly and professional. The technology is modern. The Dr is confident and competent. I watched the Giants game for two hours while getting my tooth repaired. on a large flat screen right in front of my face.what's not to like! Highly recommend.

Eric Eidbo is the best dentist I've ever had - bar none, and I say that with six and a half decades of experience in the chair. He's been my dentist now for 11 years, ever since I moved back to Concord. I've never had a dentist that managed pain so well, and I dread the thought of ever having to go to another dentist.

Wow! I had such a great experience this morning at 7:00am. I pulled up to the office parking lot, which was exactly 8 mins from my place door to door, to a very inviting modern office. Immediately I was greeted by two very professional office staff members and was offered coffee (small gestures like coffee goes a long way, even though I did not partake in any).

The office was very clean, modern and they use state of the art equipment. My hygienist, Kelly was friendly, professional and very thorough. About halfway thru my cleaning, Dr. Eidbo came in to inspect my teeth and to look at my broken molar. He was thorough and explained how crowns versus fillings works and recommended that I come back for a crown.

I was not surprised as my sister, who is also a dentist made the same recommendation. Immediately after my cleaning, I was already rescheduled for a 6-months cleaning and an appointment for my crown next week! I have never said this before, but going to the dentist is no longer a burden! I highly recommend this office if you're in the area.

Wow, that was easy! I went in for a cleaning and got my attachments on for my Invisalign. Back to work and my mouth feels great.

I wrote a review here a couple of months ago. I know it was up for at least a few weeks, but I found out today that it has been removed. Why? How? There was no inappropriate language. Suspicious. Anyway, I'm compelled to reiterate - I do not trust Dr. Eidbo AT ALL. I'm going to be a little vague here to protect my identify from the dentist. I've had more than my fair share of dental procedures done.

Same procedures, with at least 3 different dentists in the past, NEVER this bad! Dr. Eidbo injected my mouth with so much anesthetics that I couldn't swallow a drop of water for at least the next 6 hours. Every sip of water I took would drip right out, as if I were irrigating my lips. So sad. And so unsafe! During the next few days, it became clear to me that Dr. Eibdo was far from diligent when he worked on my teeth. Again, I've had the same procedures done many times, I've never had pain beyond the first day or two.

This time it hurt for more than a week! I think I have a fairly high tolerance for pain. I might have taken one dose of Motrin in the past, after a dental procedure. This time I was having to take 2-3 doses every day for 5 days! Everyday I was waken from sleep by the pain. No wonder Dr. Eibdo gave me that large dose of anesthetic for the procedure itself - to cover up how much it was going to hurt right away if he didn't!

I just can't believe it! And all these other 5-star reviews? I'm wondering if other low reviews also got removed somehow. If you still want to go to this dentist, good luck and take care! I hope you get a better experience than mine!

Dr Eidbo is the best! The staff is very friendly and they have TV's set up to watch movies while your in the chair. They have the most up to date technology, and they are truly passionate about oral hygiene. The office is beautiful and inviting. My son just recently went there for the first time, and with the movies, and the friendly staff he had no problems at all. I highly recommend this office!
