Finally at the end of the long journey, which was long drawn out when we hit the COVID bump. But I'm glad that it's over (at least with the braces experience). Thank you to the entire office staff and Dr. Ikeda.

Had a follow up appointment today and I can still say that I'm very happy with the assistant here at sweet smiles! Jodie and Jaime has been who I've been seeing since my treatment however I had another assistant today Lisbel and she was super gentle and made my appointment very easy and comfortable.

The team at Sweet Smiles are extremely professional, caring, organized and did a wonderful job with my Invisalign! Jamie took care of me and is very detailed in his work. I highly recommend this Orthodontist for all ages. I'm 57 and it's never too late to achieve the smile you want. One happy patient

I appreciate Sweet Smile Ortho so much. I went for ortho treatment to get the perfect smile for my wedding day. Everyone is so kind and welcoming--a special shout-out to Jaime, who was always patient in explaining the treatment process.

I would give this place negative 10 stars if I could! However, 5 stars for a very helpful and hard working lady in billing, Mirella H. This was one of the worst experience ever! I brought my children here for a complimentary orthodontic appointment. I made sure I asked them on several different occassions to make sure the consultation was free. I even had a document showing "free consultation". Yet, my insurance was billed for the consultation and they had the audacity to call me asking for payments!

It took a while, but Mirella was able to clear that issue. Then, it happens again! My insurance was billed for work we never had done! I never came back to their office after the 1 time consultation. If you ever came here for any kind of consultation be sure to check your insurance billing.

The day finally came! I got my braces off today and I cannot stop staring at my teeth in the mirror because they're just sooooo perfect and straight, and my bite feels so nice. Sweetsmiles team did a great job and I am very happy with my smile. I definately recommend this office to anyone who is searching for orthodontic treatment.

Jaime on Ortho team is awesome. He knows his job well, and takes his time. He talks to you thoroughly so you understand your treatment. He always double checks my brackets and wire, and always makes sure I am comfortable.

It's been almost 3 years since I started coming to Sweet Smiles Modern Orthodontist. Every visit since the beginning has been a pleasure vs a chore. I am often greeted and worked on by Jaime before seeing the Dr. Ikeda. Jaime is super professional and is most gentle when working on my braces. Let me tell you, even after 3 years, every push and pull still hurts and having this level of professionalism is much appreciated! I stand by my first review and still highly recommend this place for anyone looking for braces. Don't put it off! It's game changing!

Jamie is AMAZING! As an adult with braces I am a bit more concerned about what is going on with my treatment then then average teenage patient. Jamie is always so wonderful at explaining what is going to happen that day and what I can look for as far as what to expect between visits. Dr. Ikeda and the rest of the staff are amazing as well. Always able to work with my schedule as a working adult who can't miss too much work. The precautions that they take with regard to COVID are right on cue. I feel very safe and know that they have my health as a top priority.

This place has a really great service. Everyone is really nice and attentive, especially Jaime, which has been super helpful throughout the whole process.

I have been bringing my daughter here for her braces the last couple of years. and we love it! They are always so nice and helpful. Jaime helps my daughter every time we come and he is always so nice and explains everything in detail. We will always be patients

I just finished wearing my braces for 3 years and got a permanent retainer for my lower teeth, my experience here has been nothing but positive. My best visits have been when I get set up with Jaime as my dental assistant because he is always consistently perfect with every change in my braces

Sweet Smiles is the go-to spot for your ortho needs! Dr. Ikeda along with the entire staff has been a tremendous help in fixing my bite and re-straightening my teeth. I can't say enough about Jaime, Dr. Ikeda's senior dental assistant, and his dedication to his craft. He has been so helpful in every appointment. For those who need to have their treatment plan explained in spanish, he's your guy!

Bailey got her braces off today. What a difference. I cannot say enough about Dr Ikeda and his staff He is a true artist. Kind, gentle, and one of the most caring and thorough human beings I have ever met, along with his staff a top notch facility. 2 1/2 years later bailey is thrilled with her new smile. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you truly changed my daughters life. The reveal was the best part you all made it a very special moment.
