Dr Mai Is a great doctor and a very kind man. His staff is awesome too. You are like family when you leave. He has a very clean office and very honest man

I went into this Denist office same day I should of known when I called for an appointment and they could see me that day he wasn't busy at all that's a sign. I had x-rays and examine by this Denist he told me I needed 3 crowns at $1000 each plus some more stuff giving me a quote of over $10,000 for dental treatment. I didn't believe him he didn't speak much at all, wasn't very personal or caring if you ask me.

So I went to another Denist and I was told I need a fill on teeth and only 1 crown. So I don't like to say it so I will let you decide. Was this Denist dishonest with his examination and charges for dental service? Or was he not through with his examine, and didn't really care to be precise and accurate with his findings for examine? INSURANCE COMPANIES- is this who you want billing you for your members dental work needed or done?

This Denist really should rethink his decision on what a patient needs or go back to school he was wrong calling out what I need anyway. Maybe he likes cash patients vs. Insurance billing either way it was going to cost someone a lot more money than it was truly worth. I only give this dentist office a 2 star because I liked the front desk gal who was very friendly and seemed honest. But she did what the Denist told her and that was to charge me for crowns instead of fills. Bad Business

Really expensive, not recommended, went in there to get one thing done and the guy came out with a list of 20+ things and add up $10,000. This place is not worthit

I had my braces removed accordingly to Dr. Vu Mai, but one of my teeth still feels crooked. Not only that, but the deep cleaning was done poorly. Some of the resin from the braces remained. I got my retainers today yet I didn't specify to them which type of retainer I wanted. They promised to let me see which retainer I could have, but I was not given that chance. Rather a bit dissatisfied with how everything went.

I was so regretful that I didn't check the negative feedbacks of this dental office before signing up for service. I and my wife came in this place for tooth implants but the dentist wanted to do the tooth cleaning first, I thought that was their procedure. So next week we came back for tooth implants but he had us in for a consultation for less than 5 minutes but did not mention about the charges and a few days later I received the statement from my insurance showing that he charged $160.00 for consultation against my insurance, and of course he also charged for the tooth cleaning as well for me and my wife. Seeing he was charging too much money and did not even get into the point of service for our needs.

So I called to cancel the appointment for the tooth implants and asked for a copy of the x-ray, his receptionist charged me for $10.00 for a piece of paper which costs less than 5 cents. I am not sure that this dentist has the license for tooth implant or not as he advertised on the window to trap some victims like me and my wife. So I must write this true story regarding my situation to give a warning to everyone to take a cautious consideration before entering in this office which I don't recommend. Please ask if he is licensed for tooth implants before signing up for the service if you think he is your trusted dentist. Thank you for listening to my voice!

Wow.an absolute pleasant experience. Dr. Vu Mai was very polite, knowledgeable and with much experience. I had my tooth pulled out and put in implant; it was painless and quick thanks to Dr. Vu Mai gifted talent in the dental field. I was worried and scared of going to the dentist many time in my life, but thanks to my husband recommendation I got to put my trust in Dr. Vu Mai office.

I definitely would give Dr. Vu Mai a 5 stars and am very thankful to have Dr. Vu for all my dental needs. Thank you Dr. Vu and the entire staff at the office; all were very nice.

Can't express how much dds mai has helped me along with his staff. Extremely knowledgeable in his field, excellent bed side manner, very charismatic, and above all listened to my wants and needs. He goes directly to the point and doesn't jock your chain. I would highly recommend Him. Great fun for my straight smile.

This place was trash, I called they accept my insurance and told me to come in. I came in and they told me that to wait I filled out paper work and then waited and for them to tell me that they cant see me so I drove all the way down for nothing and the ladies in the front were So rude.

Dr. Mai is the best! He's very professional, honest and takes the time to make sure his patients are satisfied. The staff is warm and friendly. Chau and Lien know how to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I've been going to Dr. Mai for over 10 years and highly recommend him for all of your dental needs.

Good place for complicated major cases with affordable cost.

Dr Vu Mai is a great dentist. Very compassionate and results are always great. I got invisalign done after not wearing my retainer for a couple years. Very pleased with the outcome

Dr. Mai is so awesome! He explains everything in great detail and he's there to help you and not just take your money like other places! Honest and humble doctor. Beautiful office! Friendly staff. I was there for employer dental screening. Dr. Mai is very personable.

Doctor Vu Mai is amazing. He communicates to me very well and answers every concern. I mainly got braces to make my jaw better and to make my profile look better. He is amazing because he knows many complications between jaw and teeth. My jaw and teeth are looking better everyday. Horrible. My tooth was hurting and I had to wait for a month to get an appointment with him! Then, while I was being there, I had to wait for about an hour, and the dentist was not nice to his patients at all. Hate this place!
