Dr. Ruddell and his staff are fantastic. They have always helped my elderly mother up the stairs and treated her with patience and respect, even though she is very hard of hearing. He explains what is going on and treats her like a human (who loves to eat, so she still needs those teeth!) My mother really likes Dr. Ruddell and staff, and she's hard to please!

Called during their limited phone hours to make a new patient appointment. Only availability 2 months out. Since they have no agreements with insurance carriers, they required me to call my own insurance, find out the rates for different procedures, and then call them back to find out how much I'll pay. Did all of this, and arrived 2 months later to find they had forgotten to write my appointment in the paper chart but not the paper calendar.

Instead of working to fix what happened, they said I should schedule for months later. Was probably a great practice 20 years ago, but is now lost in time. I'd recommend finding someone from this century.

Excellent practice with exceptional staff. I get a general sense of calm and familiarity from the place. I look forward to coming and highly recommend.

I started coming here a few years ago after moving away from my former dentist. I have been really pleased --especially with the person who works reception. Whenever its been an issue of discomfort or urgency they get me in there super quickly. Dr. Ruddell also repaired a small issue that multiple people told me couldn't be repaired without super expensive and extensive interventions.

He suggested a quick, easy fix that was covered by my insurance and was a pretty practical way to approach the problem. I found this practice to be a convenient and professional environment but also one that feels friendly and welcoming. I'm more confident than ever about my smile, and this place has played a big part in that.;

Dr Rudell is one of the most competent dentists I or my family have ever known, and each of us has had unique complex issues to address, over the ~25 years of seeing him. Dr Rudell is thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy. His office support is wonderful- caring and friendly!

Dr. Ruddell has been my dentist for 7+ years. He is thorough and efficient. When possible he offers choices as to different interventions he thinks might be appropriate. He has a very light, sensitive touch. His staff are equally skilled and caring. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I have recommended him to friends.
