Dr. Bruce Fong received his DDS training and degree from Georgetown University and The University of Southern California. He has since been practicing family dentistry in the east bay. His emphasis in his post-baccalaureate studies has been in the area of adhesive dentistry (bonding). Through continuing education and professional affiliations, Dr. Fong is committed to perfecting all of his technical skills and knowledge of state-of-the-art dentistry.Dr. Fong's approach is to artistically restore each tooth to its most ideal natural state, in harmony with the entire body.

Located on top of a bakery is dangerous because i had a nice cup of coffee and snack before my teeth cleaning appointment.
This dental office is outstanding. The staff is friendly and actually make you feel very welcomed. My mother has been in the dental industry for 30 years. I'm well aware of what a good dental office has, and great work they produce. This office is 5 stars across the board. Dr. Fong, is very professional and knows this to get the job done correctly. He keeps it real and cuts straight to the point about your dental issues. I've been going to this office for 3 years already. I drive about an hour, but it's well worth it because i trust the craft here. Shoutout to Zara, who cleaned my teeth last week. She did a great job and told me my teeth were good!

Summary: high quality dental practice with exceptional service
Dr. Fong and staff are super friendly and did a great job on both the cleaning and the fillings. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. They were very transparent and put my needs first.
Their many COVID safety measures also made me feel like like I was in good hands. I can happily report no pain!
I had heard concerning stories about those corporate dental chain companies. Not the case at Dr. Fong's practice.
I left wondering why I ever waited so long to see the dentist!

Just went in for my first cleaning and exam since the lockdown. I was very impressed with how Dr. Fong and staff have implemented thorough safety protocols during this time. Makes a bit difference to go to a provider right now who his so conscientious. I've been a patient for years, and this is another reason why.

I'm a big fan of supporting my local businesses - although I can't always say I'm a huge fan of dentists! After visiting a dentist in SF for over a year, I took the plunge and made the switch. Rockridge Dental staff are incredibly welcoming and personable, my cleaning was much less painful than other visits have been, and Dr Fong was informative, professional and importantly for me, approachable. I'm glad I've finally made the switch and I'm grateful to have their office in my neighborhood.

I just had my second cleaning and check up here. The front desk staff is awesome! Elizabeth does my cleanings, and I kidd you not; she's literally done the best job out of anybody cleaning my teeth. And Dr. Fong and his endless amaze balls music playlist. I love it and he's super personable. Even though I only come every 6 months, the staff is always so nice and professional. Make sure you look for the signs. The office is upstairs so you won't see it from street level. It's right above the market. They take most insurances so go get your teeth cleaned. No excuses

I've been going to this dental office for more than 10 years. The staff are professional, honest, knowledgeble and have a great sense of humor. Dr. Fong plays an ecclectic mix of music and the hygenists are all excellent. The environment is busy and the location is centrally located - near BART.
They always accept my dental plans, despite my changing jobs and plans a few times. When I didn't have a coverage, back in the day, the office staff courteously assisted me in setting up a payment schedule.
I give this place an A+ and have recommended it to many people looking for a dentist.
