Rosen Orthodontics is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and always willing to answer questions. Rose is an especially awesome tech! They get appointments in super quick and Dr Rosen is super nice and really cares about the end quality! I chose them not only for myself but my son as well! 10/10 recommend for both adult and children!!!!

Everyone in this office is friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. They take great care of you and answer any questions you may have. They always made sure my braces were comfortable before I left and they made sure all my retainers fit as well. I highly suggest coming here if you need braces!

I have had such a pleasure working with Dr. Rosen and his staff. I have had multiple kids with braces through his office and am impressed with the beautiful office, knowledgeable and courteous staff, and amazing doctor! I implore you, do not use them! Especially if you are military! After we moved and therefore had no more visits, they sought payment from our insurance and the day I called em on it they said they just filled to do a refund to the insurance that day. BULL! Also, they never even put my daughter's bottom braces on, even when I told em it would be her last visit, and when I tried to talk to em about what was said vs what was done and what I'd been paying for, their response was prove it! BTW!

I have no interest in talking to people who have already proved they don't care and aren't willing to do anything to help, you guys literally did nothing! We've been told by a few different orthodontists, since I was so shocked when I first heard it I though there's no way, my daughter still needs 30 months of care, she'll be starting over, the only thing my daughter having had braces with you guys did was waste my money and provide you with the opportunity to attempt insurance fraud. Also!

You guys did not 'miss the mark' you set a new low! Update! I found out a while back that not only did they do nothing for my daughter! But they totally missed the fact that one of her adult molars was coming in at 90°s from the norm, so the front and back are the sides and vis versa. Thanks guys, really appreciate being ripped off while my daughter is suffering long term issues due to your incompetence! Wonderful!

The most amazing Dr. & Staff around. Husband got braces 9yrs ago in his 50's & now myself 9yrs after. Still after all these years consistently over top 5stars +. I even showed up at the door without appt. at 8am and they fixed the problem within minutes. WOW! DO NOT DELAY WITH GETTING YOUR ADULT BRACES. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dr. Rosen & Staff!

Had braces for 2-3 years here. After I had them removed I was given a retainer and was told 'if there's a small crack in it and it's not in 2 pieces, please come by for a FREE repair'. Not even 6 months into my retainer I get a split in mine (not a complete break) and came in to repair it for FREE. Next thing I'm told is ' we don't have that machine anymore and you'll need to pay an additional FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for your new replacements.

As if I didn't already spend thousands of dollars having my braces for years now I have to pay an additional FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS at the tail end of this to make sure my teeth stay this way? Ridiculous. No announcement that they are changing the retainer brand/repair methods, no warning that 'coming soon you will not be able to repair your retainer this way' or 'we're changing our method/brand of retainers starting on this date' Nothing.

They are fine. Not as amazing as everyone says they are. Rosen himself is good when you seen him but normally you don't and most of the assistants just get you in and out and when you ask questions it's an obvious inconvenience. My daughters 18mos of braces have been on well over 2 years and the only explanation is: sometimes it takes longer.

Maybe the easiest post I've ever considered writing. Stellar, thorough, engaged, detailed, complete and customer focused. Negate the COVID climate; I've only needed consultation services so far. With that said, it's been a blessing to have the experience I have personally shared with Rosen staff. They will ensure things are understood ubiquitously, along with ensuring your child has the full spectrum of informative comprehension on a myriad of levels.

I'm impressed by the genuineness they provide. As a professional who understands how important the finite details can be, it resonates as purposeful due to environment they view as the standard of care. Thank You!

My daughter is having her braces done here and we could not be more impressed! My daughter has never felt nervous or uneasy and to me that speaks volumes! All of the staff are friendly, professional and passionate about their jobs. Great quality care for very affordable prices. I highly recommend them for anyone needing orthodontics!

Rosen ortho did awesome with the service my daughter needed! Appointments were made with ease, being seen for emergencies were a breeze and the customer service is out of this world! If you live in this area and need orthodontist work please check them out!

The office is beautiful and clean. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming to new patients (and parents). My son just started treatment today but didn't feel intimidated or embarrassed. All of his pretreatment evaluations in the last couple of years have been pleasant and we never felt pushed to do anything, which I think is great.

If you want the best experience with your orthodontics you need to see Dr. Rosen. Both my daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Rosen and we love him and his office staff. His staff is the friendliest of any medical office I have ever been to. They are always smiling and happy to be working with you and every single one of them is very knowledgeable and helpful. I always get greeted by name by Jessica who works at the front desk. She is the sweetest! Not to mention, my daughter and I now have perfect teeth!

Beautiful new office and amazing staff! My two boys have seen Dr. Rosen and his staff from the last 5 years. We've been to both the Tucson office and the Sierra Vista office. Both places are beautiful, clean and they have all the advanced technology. The staff is incredible with nervous kids. I have one who shakes and nervous talks and the other just does not like the dentist.

They are great at going slow, explaining everything and letting the parents be with their kids. They have an amazing points and gift program too. It has really motivated my son to brush consistently!
