Don't be fooled by their long hours. They are going to reschedule every appt you make. Just called regarding my kids appointments 2 days away around opening time to reschedule, nothing on Thursdays (my day off) until September 1. This happens every time. I don't know why I continue to go here. Next to red lobster I guess.

This was my third time rescheduling this appointment! Now they call me an hour before my appointment to cancel AGAIN! I already had to book this month's in Advance. Now they won't even see me. Terrible way to handle business. How many mix ups can you possibly have with one patient? Fire who ever is scheduling these appointments!

The Dr was great, my dental procedure went well, staff member Makia (sp?) was Great. Everything else was terrible. I honestly feel like this dental office took advantage of me. Came in February 22nd bc I was in pain took X-rays and received a quote for all the work that I needed done which was $646. I signed the paper work that states " the services listed above are valid for 90 days ".
So I schedule an appointment for The following Monday ( 6 days later) 2/28. There was a whole big mix up with my appointment date apparently I was given an appt date that wasn't actually available, but I'll skip that part. Fast forward to my new appt on March 1st I walk in just to be told that the $646 that I was quoted 7 days ago had now doubled to $1,120.
And for the portion of work I needed done today was no longer $144 but now $492. Had I not been in pain and alrdy missed a day of work I would've turned away and never looked back at this office.
So I schedule an appointment for The following Monday ( 6 days later) 2/28. From my first visit in 2018 until now, it has been nothing short of great service and great results.
