Scott provides Armor Development's management and financial analysis to support the company's strategic plans, while at the same time maintaining accurate and efficient day-to-day operation of the company's accounting and administrative processes. In addition to the core finance and accounting activities, these positions include responsibility for SEC reporting, fundraising, due diligence, and all aspects of managing a start-up company.
Brett has over 15 years of experience in sales leadership and leading sales team. But that doesn't get him too excited. He'll tell you it isn't much of an accomplishment. Brett says, Staying above ground and not doing anything stupid enough that would prevent a company from wanting you to run their sales organization isn't much to brag about.
Jennifer provides Armor Development's support services, while at the same time maintaining our clients web site content. Jennifer is responsible for providing administrative support to staff and relevant projects. On a day to day basis Jennifer handles the preparation of data by compiling and sorting information as well as establishing entry priorities and maintains the clients data in a very orderly manner.
Basic text changes and photo uploads up to 2 hours of Armor Development time. Basic photo formatting and optimization is included. This includes adding and changing of categories and products via our content management tool as well as other text areas of the site that are administrable using our content management system.

I was visiting from Florida almost a year and half ago (7/28/2020) when a crown unexpectedly popped off, so I called this office to have it cemented back in because Dr. Jermov is the regular dentist of who I was visiting. I was happy at how quickly they got me in for this emergency, and thought both the staff and dentist himself were very friendly, but was absolutely APPALLED when they charged me $245 (!) for this very brief procedure (I was in and out of there in less than a half hour because the crown was completely undamaged, so the process of re-adhering it back into place required no additional work).
I do not have dental insurance, but had brought $100 with me expecting that to be enough, so I had to charge the remaining $145 balance. Obviously I should've asked in advance what the charge would be (I wouldn't have made the appointment had I known it would be so outrageous), but I honestly thought that they would be reasonable knowing that I was traveling, was in a bind, and was referred to them by one of their long-time clients. Instead, they took advantage of the fact that I was in a bind.
I finally decided that I had to write this review because even a year and a half later, I am still stewing about how they took advantage of my emergency situation. I now live here in Howell and get angry every time I happen to drive by their office. The person who referred him to me was so embarrassed and disappointed in their treatment of me that he decided to sever his relationship with this office and find a new dentist.

This past weekend, I had a sudden onset, severely painful toothache. My excellent dentist, Dr Michael Jermov of Howell and his staff immediately arranged to see me. Dr. Jermov examined my painful tooth and determined I needed a surgical extraction. He then went out of his way to find me an appointment with a local oral surgeon. I promptly had an appointment the very next day. Wow!
I can't say enough about these fine people. Dr Jermov and his staff are real professionals. I am fortunate to have been Dr Jermov's patient for many years. He has always efficiently diagnosed my condition, and in turn developed a clear treatment plan. In short order, this fine doctor always deftly and painlessly treats my dental needs. I have always been very impressed with the competent care I have received from Dr Jermov and the kindness and attentiveness of his staff, especially Connie, Marie and Ashley. This office is first-class. It is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Thank you so much

Dr. Jermov is the best and down to earth person. Never gives false information about his patients conditions and never misleading his patients. My wife and I have been his patients for years. We missed him in his Inkster office. However, we came to his Howell office after having bad experiences with other dentists. He is still the same great person. Will continue to come here despite of the distance.

An awesome place with great staff and very knowledgeable! I can not say enough great things about them! I recommend to everyone. I have had family and friends throughout the years go to them and they all love it there! They really take their time to help you in every aspect from Dental needs to understanding your insurance and making payments. I would check out their Facebook page to see even more reviews, as that is where I went to first a few years back and just came on here today and noticed this.
It drives me insane when people leave one star reviews like the one below, if you leave a review like that there must be more to the story of what you did. A very childish response to a great place! They have helped me out for years, especially when I have had some difficult times, they don't treat you like a nobody but a somebody and I have never in all of the years felt like they did not care.
They always return my calls, they have worked with me in sticky situations with payments and made it super easy when I have had to reschedule. Don't hesitate, check them out!

Highly recommend this office. Angie the hygienist cleaned my teeth and they felt so great afterwords. They taught me simple care of my mouth that no one else took time to tell me about. They helped understand when I was in pain and swollen. They talked me through what to expect when my wisdom teeth needed to be extracted. They were also very informative when I got a cavity and needed a filling. They have a way of making you feel at home. They are always the dentist I recommend.

This is a great place! The Dr. Is the most knowledgeable and wants nothing but the best for each patient. You truly feel like your being given gold for the price of pennies and not only are you walking away with the best product and guaranteed professionalism your also walking away with knowing what he did to you! Insurance is a very tricky thing and I myself don't understand why insurance company's can do what they do, but if any patient has an issues you can guarantee you will be explained until you fully are satisfied with understanding what is going on.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They're a bunch of scams and are the most disrespectful stuff I have ever come across. They don't answer your calls, I paid online and they took 4 payments from me when I owed 1. Still fighting to get those transactions back. They will ignore your calls and call you back days later as well as leave you nasty messages (I have proof), they hang up on you and tell you you never called (I have proof of that as well trying to contact them several times).
Keep in mind they don't know anything they're talking about. Constantly looking off a paper to give me answers or telling me to hold and charging me prices way more then what I actually owe. Charging me for "issues with my teeth" when my whole life every dentist visit i have gone to they have been amazed with how well my teeth are and had no problems. Staff is not professional. Very stuck up environment. Save yourself the trouble and don't even think of going here because I could keep going.

Although Dr. Jermov may be "nice", his treatment of his staff makes visits very uncomfortable. He yells at his assistants in front of you. Going to the dentist is difficult enough, then to see how he yells at staff makes it more stressful. His staff was not helpful in telling you the correct breakdown of costs that may be involved with a procedure.
Even after contact him/them about billing and the cost of a procedure, we never heard a response from them. You then get hit with a surprise bill, costing more than what you had expected. I for one don't like the fact that nitrous oxide isn't available if needed or wanted. I feel the quality to cost ratio was very low.
