The front office seems to be a disaster each time we've gone but the dental technicians and doctors improved the experience once we were seen. Odd confusion with insurance plans after confirming at appointment and once arrived in person

I always have a good experience when I/we go to Upper Merion Dental. Everyone is well trained and friendly.

The office is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I get nervous going to the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable and were really upbeat.

Very Good practice - 95% of my appointments always stay on time! From the staff of Hygienist to my primary dentist @ the practice (Kristine Rushby, DMD) are always professional!

Very, great experience! Dr. Rushby and her assistant are the best. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but they do their best to make it a pleasant visit. Also the office ladies are always so nice.

I had a very pleasant experience here! Came for a cleaning as a new patient and everything from scheduling to meeting the doctor was great. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as recommended and was taken to the back right on time after I got registered. The staff is super friendly and would absolutely return.

I moved several years ago from Colorado where I had the same dentist for over 20 years! When I came here I was in need of a dentist. I found Upper Merion Dental and was a bit surprised by how chaotic the office appeared. They serve adults and kids. They divide the waiting rooms so at least you don't have to sit next to screaming kids. The front desk staff is a hit and miss as to how friendly they are. The dentists and hygienists are all very nice, once you get past the front desk. I would recommend them, but you need to get passed the craziness!
