Entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. from receptionist, to X-ray technician, to assistant, to finance person. each & everyone was terrific. Orthodontist great too. I was a bit nervous and she put me at ease. No judgments, just solutions. Comfortable & clean office. Right near subway, easy to get to. Highly recommend. I'm going back.

From the time we first walked into he staff is welcoming and very polite. The orthodontist is amazing and welcoming! Leah felt comfortable going in alone and having me wait outside. Today she got her braces in and although my kid hated the thought of it she came out happy with her colored braces. I can't tell you how good it feels to go to a place where You and your kid feel welcomed and comfortable.

Always willing to help. The ladies at the desk especially Jenny are always so attentive. Both of my children have been patients at Astoria Family Orthodontics for years now. Today my daughter got her braces off. When walking out it felt like I was leaving my family. Thank you for everything you have all done. Both Doctors are amazing and have a wonderful bedside manner. I love love love this Place! I was so impressed that when I finished my braces journey, I brought my daughters who were not a fan of the dentist chair at all. The courtesy and professionalism by the entire staff was amazing! Also they are mindful of your time, you will not spend your entire day sitting and waiting. You will be in and out! Very clean and well-organized office. Staff was friendly and warmhearted. I have consulted Dr. Varriale for both my kids and she took her time explaining everything and obtaining a detailed history. She seemed well up to date with orthodontic practices and very knowledgeable. I have been to two other offices in Astoria and if you need more complicated care than just simple braces for straightening purposes not everyone is well knowledgeable to offer it and so I say this with certainty, I feel very comfortable entrusting my children's orthodontic care needs to this office! I highly recommend!

I went there for a consult on 4/1/21 had an appointment at 2 got seen pretty quickly. The staff is super nice and friendly everyone made me feel real comfortable about my teeth even tho it's a big insecurity of mine. And I feel like their braces were Cheaper then I've seen before so that was nice also. 10/10 :
