I really think my dentist Dr. Berkovitch and her staff are exceptionally good at providing the most pleasant experience possible for dental work. I have come to her office for several years and have never had a poor experience! The quality of her staff and the work they do should be rated a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5 STARS. I am happy to recommend her and her office for your dental work.

Dr. B, Jen, Ana, Maureen and Kathy are group with a great mix of empathy, kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. Each visit is stress free and all the staff are very friendly. They take time to explain everything very patiently including preventive practices, all procedures, , plan of care, charges and billing. I drive from another county because of the high quality of care I consistently receive from this team.

Great find! The office is filled with kind and knowledgeable staff which made for a very pleasurable visit. I was able to see Dr. Rosales who provided me with the most pain-free and efficient dental procedure of my life. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went to Dr Berkovich for a complete upper and lower smile design makeover with Lumineer veneers. Other dentist in the past had always advised due to my small mouth shape and small facial structure I would never be able to have the smile that I had always imagined and wanted. Dr Berkovich was very confident she could make me that smile I had only dreamed about.

She listened to my concerns, spent a lot of time answering my questions, was extremely thorough in explaining the treatment plans and was fully dedicated in making sure I would love my new smile and she was 100% correct. I love my new Lumineers. Dr Berkovich definitely has great credentials with a high level of expertise, honed skills as well as a highly developed artistic eye, but it was her personalized care and dedication she provided that made me feel so comfortable. I had a very good experience here. Staff very friendly and the packages they have to take care of snowbirds was just what I was looking for. I have a dentist at home but very nice to have a place to get teeth cleaned by a hygienist and also have an emergency dentist.

$$$$$ You will never get away without extra charges no matter how good your insurance is, I was overcharged and never got a refund. She recommended a root canal or to be pulled, I elected pulling it, price was $279.00 insurance covers 80%. I request nitris last year I had a crown put in I was charged $50.00, this time she wanted $125.00 the entire canister costs her $50.00.

All of a sudden my out of pocket fee was to be $500.00, I walked out. I called and left a message requesting the x rays they did on the day I was having it pulled and never got them. I went to another dentist who had to perform the x rays again which probably won't be covered because Berkovich had the nerve to bill my insurance company and not forward the x rays.

It turned out I needed 2 teeth pulled due to bone loss and she was recommending a root canal. I felt like I was going to a car dealership entering that office, they try to sell, sell sell. Last year I needed endodontist work done on my gums but this year that was never brought up on 2 occasions, I needed 3 crowns after the hygienist was digging on them with her tool, which the insurance company denied saying they couldn't see good cause. I want reimbursement for the money they took from my insurance company.

You have a better chance of getting me to have a cup of tea with the Devil in hell rather than getting me into a dental office, much less have any procedure done. A debutante conned me to come with her to Dentistry of South Florida, she was just coming for teeth cleaning, but that's enough to get me to clasp my cross of Christ. Dentists scare the B'Jesus out of me, I used to have nightmares of dentists doing unnecessary procedures one me without anesthesia.

The office is super clean and modern, it had a sorta calming effect on my mind. I was surprised at how courteous and professional everyone was from the front desk to the dental hygenist. The hygenist did a complete exam on the debutante which included the "deep pocket" exam on the gums. After speaking with the hygenist and the dentist Angela Berkovich, I decided to unbelievably schedule a teeth cleaning and general dental exam for myself. They do Restorative, Cosmetic, and General dentistry. - lot's of free parking

Took me right in. Had root canal and crown. Painless and efficient. Staff very efficient and personable, as well as professional. Would highly recommend.

Great dental care at a welcoming practice. The staff and environment are very friendly and inviting. I used to fear dental appointments from past bad experiences, but the team here from the point of walking thru the door to walking out are great! Everyone who works on my teeth are very thorough, gentle and speedy, which is hard to find. Now my teeth and my wallet have a big smile!

This dental practice is a gem in the sand! Everyone working here treats you like family, and makes you feel right at home. They truly care about your oral care, and continue to help keep you healthy in more ways than you could ever realize. They have a full staff of incredible professionals ready to meet you. I had to honor to be a patient here, and would highly recommend this place for anyone living in the area, here for the season, or visiting and are in of need oral care. The staff is amazing, the office is always clean. Dr. Berkovich is very knowledgeable I highly recommend her. I love Ms. Shauna she is the most caring and lovely hygienist in US! I changed many of them before and for last 4 years I'm extremely happy with her job. Highly recommend Ms. Shauna she will make you feel warm and comfortable, will explain everything to you.

Dr. Berkovich, as well as her staff, are the most attentive group of people that I've ever encountered in medicine. I've been seeing her for dental and cosmetic work and Shana for cleanings for over 2 years, and my experience has only had positive and professional outcomes. Dr. Berkovich is an ARTIST in her field and Shana is the most gentle and thorough hygienist I've ever had.and I'm 70!

Watch you bills closely. They charge you for things after you leave and 3 months down the road. Most expensive, up selling Dentist I've ever used. No explanation of prices. Tried to push through things to my insurance I did not need. As far as the services, I had to come back three times due to the 900$ crown they ordered did not fit after doing three impressions.

The dentist does very little work herself. Mostly done by her assistants. Referred me for root canal and that doctor questioned did I need one only after this Dentist drilled entire tooth out. Paid $1000 out of pocket and she maxed out my insurance of $1500 for one crown.

I'm happy patient! I super glad that I followed my cousin's recommendation. Me and my family are patients here. Me and my husband had root canals done by Dr. Bui, And Dr. Berkovich did the crowns. The higienists are great too, I think we met all of them. The hours are great! They are very flexible and conviniente. They care about patients, they always called me the day after the visit to check on us. My daughter did her orthodontics treatment there as well. I did not like the dr's personality, he is a great professional but treats his staff poorly.

I had to have 3 root canals done. I got 2 done on Monday from 9 till 1. I had Dr. Buoy who is the most amazing Dentist ever! I can't stand going to the Dentist but this guy was so gentle I felt 0 pain. I couldn't believe it at all. I'm so scared of the dentist but this place makes me feel safe and hardly any pain at all! Dr. Berkovich is beautiful & has a soft hand and is very patient with you.

I need the gel for my gums and the needle bc I'm such a baby and she's so attentive! Right now she's making my teeth beautiful & brighter she said to Match my beautiful eyes! I had also Dr. Aldeson for extraction and he was seriously heavy handed and my mouth is so small so I was in pain it took forever but he's EXCELLENT! I'm very hard to work with being that my mouth is so small and this was all the way in the back and it horrible.

But I got through it and I'm so happy it's done with. Dr. Berkovich has a assistance and her name is Tiffany that's who I always have when I go there. She's so pretty and amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable before the doctor even comes in the door! We talk about music & life, she's just amazing and she takes your mind off everything.

She made my crown and did an excellent job always even with my daughter! I hate going to the dentist it's so hard to get me there that's probably why I needed so much work but this office ROCKS! I also love the receptionist! They work with YOUR hours! They even let my husband come in for for support and after an hour I told him to go relax.

I felt so bad but I'm always so scared. I highly recommend this place! I had the chance to meet everyone there and you will always see nothing but SMILES FROM EVERYONE!m

I was very pleased with my experience at South Florida Dental from the minute I walked in the door. And I HATE going to dentists. I need novocaine just to have my teeth cleaned. But from the cleanliness and relaxing smell of the office, to the friendliness of EVERYONE I came in contact with, I was quickly put at ease. Then I met Dr. Berkovitch, and she was wonderful!

She was calm and very thorough without being intimidating. Even though I am moving up to Port St. Lucie next week, I will continue to drive back and forth to this office when I need to. That's how much it means to me to find a dentist I am comfortable with!

Dr. Berkovich is great. Great bedside manner, very professional and patient. Will take her time to explain everything and is extremely knowledgeable. I've been her patient for many years. Got 2 implants and 3 crowns recently, extremely happy with the entire process. The entire process was painless. Very professional staff.

To start, I have a deep irrational fear of the dentist, like went 4+ years without going because I was so scared. I made an appointment because I knew dee down that I needed a cleaning. My hygienist was Chana and she is amazing! I mentioned that I was super nervous and she was very comforting and made sure I was ok throughout the entire cleaning. I'm glad I started going to this office and actually look forward to finish the other work I need done (wisdom tooth extraction) because I trust that they'll do a great job.

I had my first visit with Dr. Berkovich yesterday and loved it! The staff was super friendly and thorough. The facility was spotless and smelled great. They have an in house dental plan that is very reasonable. I am very happy I went there, and my wife will be going there as well. I highly recommend this facility!

Money, money, money. The center is nice and clean. The hygienist and dentist are very competent. I rarely write reviews but my experience this morning with the financial department was a disgrace. I was told today after a orthodontist consultation that not only I had to pay a down payment which is to be expected but I also needed to assume the full charge for the braces until the insurance pays their portion.

This is $4880 brace treatment which the insurance would pay $1500. The lady told me after I questioned that practice, that with 90% of patients they have no problem collecting from insurance but for the 10% who's insurance don't pay, they needed to protect them self with the policy of charging ALL clients upfront for the full amount and them adjust the payment after the collect from insurance.

I don't know why that policy is different for orthodontist since I had regular treatments there and they always charged me the patient's portion. I have been going to this dentist for 3 years and spend well over $2000 in treatments just this year between my child and myself. Maybe she assumed I was part of the 10% they would have problem collecting from?

With practices like that I am gladly taking my business elsewhere. You are losing two patients today. It probably won't change much to your bottom line but for the principal of it; I am making my point. This is my second child with braces, never had to do anything like that before. I need to give this place the review it deserves. I see Chana once every 3 months for a cleaning. I have incredibly sensitive teeth and she does an amazing job keeping the experience painless and stress-free. I cannot thank her enough. If you have any issues with sensitivity, this is the place to go.

I have been coming to Dr Berkovich's office for 12 years. Chauna has been my dental hygienist the entire time and she is spectacular! Dental cleanings are a breeze. And I had a small procedure this morning that I was anxious about but I felt absolutely nothing. Chauna is extremely gentle and great at calming nerves. It is always a pleasant experience here. I highly recommend this office. Thank you to the entire team at Dr Berkovich's office!

What an amazing experience! I went in for a check up, that I haven't had in a very long time. I had to get a crown and cleaning and it was taken care of all in one day. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. Dr Angela has a light hand, which helped me a lot. They treated me like a human being and I'm very thankful for them.

I had some fillings done here and also a cleaning. All of the staff was super friendly and efficient. The woman who cleaned my teeth was amazing. She told me what she was doing with every step and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this office. It wasn't a whole lot more as far as cost as what I was used to prior to visiting this office but the customer service experience and comfort level was plenty worth the little extra dough.

I would not recommend any other dentist to my friends and family. I've been coming here for years with no problems at all. I only have great things to say about the staff and service here.

Dr. Angela is gifted dentist who runs a tremendous team. The entire staff is professional, caring and meticulous. They have been treating me for close to 10 years. Chana always doing great cleaning and extra friendly.

I've been coming here after leaving my old dentist due to a horrible experience. This office staff is nothing but nice and do everything possible to accommodate you. Of all of my 24 years I've never had the pleasure of actually TALKING to my dentist without being rushed. I had a few fillings done by Dr. Morales he was nothing but compassionate and helpful when I expressed my worries.

I was easily fit in for a next day appointment to adjust my bite and to ask further questions. I see a few people here are complaining about the wait time for appointments. sometimes you have to wait to see the best and that truly is what Dr. Berkovitch and staff are.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very professional and extremely knowledgable. I had a cleaning followed by a filling. In addition to the staff being super kind and pleasant, they were very patient and answered all of my questions with confidence. My hygienist Christiane was very educated and made me feel so comfortable! She explained to me what she was doing and I felt very safe in her hands.

She is extremely good and thorough! Dr. Berkovich is great too. She did my filling and at no point did I feel uncomfortable with what she was doing. I will definitely return to this office.

My dental hygienist, Lynda, is not only skilled at her job, but she is an excellent brand ambassador for this dental practice. She cares. She is compassionate. And She helps me understand dental process and needs for treatment plans, like my impending root canal work. I am very thankful for knowing her and putting my dental hygiene into her capable hands. I have been going to Dr. Berkovich for over 10 years now and it is literally like visiting family each time. The professionalism and care that Dr. Berkovich and staff put into their work is truly an art form, I can't recommend this office highly enough. Dr. Berkovich is the best! She has been my doctor for over 10 years! I've been traveling from Orlando see her and hygienist Linda and Shana. Dr Berkovich is very nice and caring. The entire staff is awesome! Prices are reasonable too. I got 12 veneers and her prices were cheaper than 2 doctors in Orlando. I would highly recommend Dr. Berkovich!

So delighted with this office, it is immaculate and beautiful! The staff is amazing, all friendly and considerate and extremely helpful. Try the patient cleaning special and you will be amazed at the time spent making your teeth look gorgeous. I had serious work done in the office, with implants. Everything was superbly handled and I am totally pleased with the results.

From the time I called to the time I walked through the front door I was so thankful to be treated like I was the most important person in the world! Very clean and neat office. I have been in customer service for years so this is extremely important to me. I have had some less then desirable dental experiences.
