I was recommended by someone and really thought they would be the perfect dentist. First off I called for an appointment and they ask could I find out if my insurance company is in network I did that called back scheduled an appointment less then 24 hours later someone calling me saying that they do not take my insurance am like what I already verified that you all do.

So the receptionist says let me see what we have available as that day your saying the doctor will not be in the office so am like why would they schedule me then. So I was seen and told because am a dialysis patient I have to schedule another appointment to come in and see a specialust his name is Dr. Stern to set up a dental plan going forward I said okay mind you the $50 to see Dr. Stern is not covered under my insurance plan I said no problem come in see Dr. Stern the specialist he examines my mouth only to tell me after looking in my mouth they cannot help me until they get a medical clerance from my kidney doctor Wow shouldn't that have been done before I arrived today.

Make it make since to me. Mine you I have cavity in the back that needs emergency extraction and that had not happened yet Oh I needed extra pain meds and because my dentist was seeing another patient he told the check out receptionist Veronica to tell me take over the counter med 4 of them. I do undersand that I have some infection going on and was prescribed some antibiotics I have taken and was ready toove forward I felt like because I was black I was not treated fair. They dont even give you a welcome goody bag or nothing

Absolutely the worst oral surgeon you could possibly see. I went there and he told me about ten times "not to take his word for it and get a second opinion regarding my wisdom teeth." The staff stopped taking my insurance "Cigna" the day before I got there and "didn't know it would happen" failing to tell me I would have to pay for the whole consultation that took three minutes costing 80 dollars.

Great experience! Friendly staff and dentists are extremely informative. My husband is very sensitive and they also take great care in making him comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Figueroa for many years. I'm very thankful from the day I ever met him he has taken care 2 crowns for me and some fillings and what an amazing job he has done. his work was even complemented by a different dentist that I got a professional whitening from as he did ex rays before my whitening. I recommend Dr. Figueroa as he's very dedicated to his clients and he does amazing dental work.

This is my experience at the dentist in a long time, not sure why I was so nervous, but it was such a quick and painless experience. Everything was explained to me very well and turns out I have really good teeth. Coming back for regular check ups and recommending everyone who asks. Also the staff from start to finish were amazing like grade A service.

I took my grandfather in for a cleaning and 2 cavities. He's a patient with a very unique condition due to missing his upper pallet (an invasive tumor that was removed several years ago). The staff was very kind and listened to my concerns and his high risk for aspiration. They were super attentive and made him feel like he was with family. Thank you for making him feel comfortable throughout a normally very uncomfortable experience. Patient care was excellent. Exceptional customer service!
