Not sure what people are going on about. this office has been a life saver for me. Started seeing Dr. Gao in the beginning of 2021 my teeth have been saved. Always have pleasant conversations with him and his staff, many visits and only several times did I wait more than a few minutes to be seen. In between covid restrictions and my insurance switching due to job changes, everything has been very pleasant. The updated equipment and laser machines also have made these experiences more enjoyable and nearly painless.

Very bed experince. The doctor is very rude and impatient when he realizes you don't want him as your dentist any more. He should think about why the patient doesn't want to be treated with him anymore. In addition to professional knowledge, the most important thing for doctors is medical ethics.

Shityyyyy and trashyyyy place for your teeth. Before he ask about the condition of my teeth he was asking to pay him. Don't waste your time and money.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. The Dentist Took out the wrong teeth. His hands were shaking and he was eating while cleaning my teeth. So UNPROFESSIONALLLLLL

Had a teeth cleaning and check up! It was thorough and informative. Dr. Gao is very kind and lets you know what needs to be done to improve your dental routine.

I had a wonderful experience today. Everyone was friendly/welcoming, and they have the place clean and neat. I didn't have to wait too long to be seen and I felt the up selling was appropriate for my case. I look forward to continuing my dental care here.

This is a worst dentist I had ever seem! Gao only care about how to grad money from patients's pocket. Gao deceived and forced me to accept unnecessary deep cleaning in order to charged a super high out-of-pocket cost. Otherwise, he won't fill my teeth, even though I had no periodontitis. In fact, Gao didn't do the deep cleaning for me which I had paid for it, he just used a tool to knock my teeth, and one of my old filling fall off right after I got home. Gao has no medical ethics totally.

Dr. Gao and his staff and very professional, friendly and competent. He goes the extra mile to make sure you have excellent results. He has handled our family's dental care for the past few years and is handling my son's orthodontic care.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. doctor Gao will charge you a fee first, he will let you buy his own dental membership, and then give you a higher price than the insurance. Secondly, I experienced tooth extraction filling and tooth cleaning here. The same tooth of mine had a plug and filling material falling out in the first week after the filling.

It was repaired for three times back and forth, but my tooth was not filled well either, and I also experienced additional chewing pain for that teeth. Instead of communicating with me to solve the problem, the doctor became angry and cancelled my next appointment. Secondly, this doctor is just like what other customers said. He charges a high price for profit. Many Chinese customers are easily deceived by his so-called experience and academic background at the beginning. Look before you leap.

Dr. Gao did my son's braces for a great price. The results came out beautifully. Office is modern, love all of their new technology. Made my son's treatment easier
