Such a great dental office with awesome staff. I haven't gone to the dentist in quite a few years and everyone made me feel welcome and less stressed about going to the dentist! It was a very thorough first exam. Great conversation and we were laughing the whole time. Can't wait to take my little guy in for his first visit. He will love those gals just as much as I did! Highly recommend this dental office!

I don't recommend especially if u don't have insurance. They quoted me a price 3 different times for 3 different things. Everytime i went to pay the bill the price was inflated from original quote. Basically bate and switch in the medical field. Ongoing problem with a partial denture aswell. You've been warned i was a patient there since fall 2016.
Now Feb 2020 and I've learned my lesson after a very unprofessional experience leaving the office with my just repaired partial denture and dentist didn't stop to see me to check my bite just sent me to the manufacturer to adjust, who by the way isn't a dentist

Dr. Collins and her staff are professional, efficient, and caring. Dr. Collins clearly explains any issues she finds, offers solutions, and encourages you to decide what to do. Molly has worked through and resolved some frustrating insurance issues. When Chelsea says she will put you on the cancellation list for an earlier appointment, expect a call! The staff follows through on their promises. If you've never found a dental office you're comfortable with, go to Noelridge Dental. They're great!

What an awesome dental staff! I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Collins and the rest of her staff. They are extremely professional, and are more than willing to help answer any questions or problems a patient may have. I FULLY trust them with my teeth, and would recommend them to anyone!

No longer go there after they severed the nerve in my tongue & a lot of unfortunate incidents with their front end personnel. She was always unable to give us quotes for procedures, and I actually caught her inaccurately billing us and called her out on it to which she did give us refunds, but really? My husband & I both had insurance that covered the other so almost on a daily basis this person would call us trying to fill cancellation spots in the schedule! We just felt they were very poorly managed.

During my first experience at this dental office, they filled a small cavity for me. Since then, this filling has been painful for me every time I eat or floss. I have been in to have them look at it several times and each time they promised to fix it if it continued to bother me. When I came back for an appointment 7 months after having it filled- they still did not want to fix it and essentially denied that it is giving me pain daily (as if getting a cavity re-filled is something anyone seeks out unless they need it).
To make it worse, Dr. Collins didn't even look at my tooth or meet with me the entire hour I was there. I got a second opinion from another dentist who said it was indeed a bonding issue and needed to be replaced. Noelridge had told me it was perhaps a crack in the tooth-which I mysteriously received the same day as they filled the small cavity? I asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere-I'm sure they do okay work for other folks but this was the worst dental experience I've encountered and I won't trust them with my teeth again.
