Richard (Tony) Turner and his wife, Teresa, were both raised in rural eastern Kentucky. Both of their families were also raised in eastern Kentucky and were teachers in their respective districts for many years. Dr. Turner completed his undergraduate studies at Morehead State University in 1992 before going on to dental school.
While at our office, we make sure that you receive the highest level of service and ensure that our dental work is of the highest quality. To ensure that you maintain great oral health, this level of quality needs to extend into your personal oral hygiene routine. We can help you establish a dental hygiene routine that will keep your teeth healthy and white.
Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth. They are better than other alternatives like bridges because no additional teeth need to be altered to place the new tooth. The entire implant process is performed over the course of a few months. The first part of the process is to install the implant itself, where a screw is placed into the jaw bone.

This office was phenomenal! Everyone I was with was wonderful and patient and kind. I'm really not a fan of dentists, and avoid going at all costs and I was so worried about this visit as I hadn't been in a long time. But everything went over comfortably. They explained everything they did and were using, and they answered all my questions. They even made me excited to start really taking care of my oral health!

The staff is very nice, very friendly. They make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I just had two cavities filled and I was extremely nervous bc I'm young and I went alone but after it was over I felt silly for being so scared. it was painless and much quicker than I expected. I recommend this dentist

Gray Station dental is phenomenal. Dr. McBride is the best dentist ever. We are a military family so we've experienced dentists all over the world. Dr. M is the best yet. He gives Superior treatment and shows genuine care for his patients- complete with personal check-ins after procedures. The hygienists are also very kind and gentle. Even the kids don't mind going to the dentist now where before it was a chore to get them to the dentist. So happy we found Gray station dental!

Honestly, the best dental visit I've ever had. I forgot my insurance card at home, and they were able to bill my insurance without it. The dentist was very nice and had a nice conversation with me. Most dental visits I've been to were full of awkward silence. Which can be kind of unnerving because visiting the dentist is usually stressful anyway. He noticed a tooth had a rough spot that had become a little discolored.
He took the time to fix it for me, which I was very grateful for. It only took a few minutes, but very few people go above and beyond nowadays. He also showed me my ex rays and explained them to me in a way I could understand. I've never had a dentist do that before. I usually just get told what they saw on my ex rays. I had to get a shot in the front of my mouth, which usually hurts really bad.
But he was very gentle and I didn't feel it at all! I have never recommended a dentist before, but I highly recommend this dentist! Honestly, going to the dentist doesn't have to be an awful experience!

Hands down the best Dentist/Dentist office I have ever been to! I see Dr. McBride and have nothing but good things to say. He went out of his way to do an unscheduled extraction for me because I was in so much pain. I also have had to bring my 4 month old son to my appointments which is stressful in it's self but the office staff did not mind and even played with and watched my sweet boy for me.
Also to add I have had many extractions in my life and this was hands down the best, most painless one I've ever experienced. Thank you so much Dr. McBride, Lindsey and all the other girls.

They are great! I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. I was a new patient, but I got an appointment the next day. They are super friendly explained all my options. I needed a root canal and crown. I was worried cause novicane doesn't last very long on me, but Dr McBride assured me I'd be numb, and he wasn't wrong. He is so nice, explained everything, checked on me throughout to see if I needed a break and I was still numb and okay. For a root canal it was a good experience. I am out of pain and so thankful for the entire staff!

The friendliest people in a dentist office that I have met. The doc was very concerned about my pain level and was willing to provide extra care when preparing to pull my tooth. That was a first for me, most just tell you that if you feel pain they will stop. He made sure I didn't feel pain before he started. I usually don't reccomend dentists but they deserve it. I WILL BE GOING BACK!

My dental experience was was very pleasant at Gray Station Dental. Dr. McBride was excellent with explaining all he was doing and with my pain control. Then after being home I received a text message from Dr. McBride at 7:30 p.m. making sure I was doing okay after my dental work appointment. This was the first time I have ever had a dentist follow up on me. This was outstanding patient care and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend this dental office.
