Our office accepts most dental insurance plans and even offer an in-house membership for our patients who do not have insurance. My dental hygienist was very informative and caring, this is the best office I have ever visited.

Disappointed in the service. The office is always calling to reschedule appointments and I'm always accommodating but couldn't this time because of work and explained that my schedule had already been rearranged for this appointment and I couldn't change it. They didn't care. When I had a filling fall out and called to get it they made me wait 3 weeks with a hole in my tooth and it hurting. At this point after everything I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you had to leave at least one star. They are not dependable at all.

The staff at Parkway Family Dental are absolutely amazing! I haven't met one person there yet that hasn't been wonderful. My teenage son has a lot of dental problems & his last dentist actually said his teeth couldn't be saved. Well, they were proved wrong by Dr. Pearce. She has done incredible work on my son's teeth & they look great. She has an abundance of patience with my son, as do the ladies that assist her, as well. I can't sing their praises enough. Parkway Family Dental saved my son's teeth.

Beautiful office in a "off the mainstream" location in a pleasant neighborhood. The entire staff is very nice, professional & competent. They accept Medicare plans, which many dentists do not. There is a Christian "vibe" to the office -- Which definitely appeals to me. I will point out, I have primarily been there for routine cleaning & have not had any major dental work done there.

Hygienist- fine, done all she could. But new dentist: heartless is all I know, going out of town for days and knowingly, leave a patient with an abscessed tooth and recommends to take Tylenol and ibuprofen and hopefully antibiotics will work before Monday- 5 days from now! I'm not a public person, ever! But I am worried about having a good dentist in crisis and left to suffer! I have been going to Dr. Gilmer for 23+ years, so I am not a new patient.

At Parkway Dental, Nikki is wonderful! What an excellent Dental Hygienist! She very carefully checks each tooth, thoroughly scrapes the plaque off every tooth and gum areas, and carefully checks my troublesome " pocket" in the back, which she always gives extra attention. On top of all that is that Nikki is a genuinely nice, caring, gentle, soft spoken person. What an asset she is for Parkway Dental! The office staff was very friendly too: what a great impression they made on me!

I needed a new dentist since mine retired. I searched reviews online of all the local dentist. Dr Phillip Gilmer rated one of the best. The practice now has another dentist Dr Amber Pierce she is just as wonderful as the rest of the staff! They are the best! every time I go there I want to work there, but lo, I am in the wrong profession. I made the best choice in choosing Parkway Family Dental. they treat the patients with respect and they do each other. What a wonderful family!
