Dr. Grady Coon is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. He and his wife, Amy, have 2 daughters: Ava (7) and Kendall (5) and a son Grant (2). They reside in Kalamazoo. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, watching sports, and being outdoors. My favorite thing about working in the front office at Dr. Coon's is our wonderful patients! I love making everyone who comes in feel as comfortable and at home as possible! I enjoy working out, shopping, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.

We value your time. You will be pleased to find that we will generally see you right at the appointed time. We will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible. In order for us to be efficient with the time that we have scheduled for you, we would ask that you also be prompt and always give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so that other patients on our waiting list may be served.
Children's Dental Care: We have a designated children's operatory decorated to keep your children at ease. We believe that a visit to the dentist can and should be a fun and exciting experience. Your children will love our treasure box when they are done with their visit. Emergency Care: We treat emergencies in a prompt manner.
Does bleaching damage the teeth? No. When carbamide peroxide, the active whitening agent, contacts water, hydrogen peroxide is released which whitens the teeth. Bleaching does not soften, demineralize or weaken the teeth. 2. Do over-the-counter bleaching products work? There is some evidence that over-the-counter bleaching products do whiten teeth, however, many of the products are too abrasive and can damage the teeth with extended use or misuse.Supervision by your dentist is always the safest and most effective way to whiten your teeth.
