Our doctors complete an additional 2-3 years of specialty training to better serve our patients. They walked my 3 year old through what they were going to do and let him see the tools before they even started! Both my kids actually enjoyed going to. I take my 3 kids here (7,5, & 2) I have zero complaints! The staff is friendly, the place is super kid friendly, very clean and they are very easy to schedule. During the month of February, the American Dental Association celebrates National Children's Dental Health Month.

This place has poor customer service and will make it insanely difficult to even schedule an appointment. The staff may seem pleasant but they are completely unable or unwilling to assist you if you have any issue that needs empathy. I will most definitely not be returning and extremely encourage anyone to find another dental office. These folks definitely need a few months of basic customer service training.

Went in for an evaluation of two cavities that my regular dentist said my daughter had. After very and I mean very blurry X-rays - 2 cavities turned into a whopping 13, with a treatment plan of 4 resin crowns and 7-8 silver crowns. When asked about laughing gas for treatment they said they use actual anestesia to put my 5 year old completely unconscious, while she gets work done.
I was appalled. I went for a second opinion and yes, my daughter has 5 cavities but definitely does not have 13! I've heard about places like this And if you're a parent reading this- please take your kids elsewhere. The work they get done as kids will stay with them forever, which I experienced myself at 7 years old. Which is why I myself went into dentistry and I was just shocked at everything they were telling me here.
I went down to cobblestone kids in Philadelphia, and they were much more conservative, which I appreciate. They said the four crowns they wanted to put on her front teeth aren't even necessary because they'll fall out in less than one year. Never going back.

By far the worst experience. There was an issue I needed to address regarding the care given to my child and it took calling everyday leaving several messages with the answering service to finally get "the manager" to call me. It took over 1 week to get back to me that is unacceptable. This appointment was a complete waste of time. What is the purpose of an emergency appointment if the issue did not get addressed. Thankfully my daughter original dentist can see her soon and bill insurance based on what she actually went for. If the protocol is to have a cleaning prior to treatment that needs to be said at the time of scheduling

I considered taking my daughter to this dental office because I saw that they work with kids with special needs. My daughter is autistic and I thought that I would be able to have her getting a cleaning done or other preventative care for her teeth but that wasn't the case. I've taken her to 3 appointments and all they do is look at her teeth and keep referring us to the Children's Dental Surgery.
I understand that she may need sedation to work on her teeth but everytime I try to contact them I get no response and I keep getting the run around. I'm currently looking for another dentist because going to the appointments are just a waist of time because nothing is getting done.

Twice now, kids in our family have had appointments for teeth pulling with this outfit and in both cases, they were asked to leave because the kids started crying. If you're going to be a children's dentist, you need to know how to deal with the anxieties that children naturally have in anticipation of pain. These folks are unqualified. Do not bring your kids here.

My two girls had a great time at this dentist. They were kind and explained everything to the children. It was my youngest first time and she loved going to much she asks to go all of the time now. They also gave the kids so many cute prizes and stickers. My oldest had a question about brushing and they gave her tips on reaching hard to get areas. Such a fun staff and atmosphere. Thank you!

Very informative staff. They take the time out to talk to you and answer any questions you have. My daughter has been afraid/anxious of her dental visits bc of a bad past experience. My daughter felt very comfortable. They were very gentle with her and they all took their time. I highly recommend Children's Dental Health!

All the staff was fantastic, the call center didn't put in the appointments correctly which was not the fault of the staff at this location, but the staff still went above and beyond to make sure they fit both my kids in anyway. I did bring a print out of all the paperwork I filled out online to help things go smoothly. They were very kind, friendly, and patient even though my younger child was a difficult one. I highly recommend them.

This company is full of it. I wish I had read others reviews long ago. Interesting they claim below in Chris's review that their policy for new patients is they must have X-rays when in fact my 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with 14 cavities, wanting to do fillings and even crowns yet never once took a single x ray to be sure. I'm aware that some dentist think they have magic eyes but in fact when x rays were Taken and looked at by another dentist.
He determined at 4 years old 8 fillings would be sufficient at this time in maintaining her teeth. So what is your company policy exactly? Do you require x rays or not and is it typical procedure to determine such extensive work without taking a single one? Oh not to mention nobody ever returned my call regarding a very important and urgent matter.
I was pretty clear as to it's impedance on three different employees mails. Seems odd that not a single one received my message and was able to pick up a phone and return my call. Christopher Tosh 3 months ago Had my daughter on a waiting list to get an apt. They called and got her in on a day. When we arrived we found out they were finished with all the work, and there was no need to have an appointment.
They didn't bother to call When I first started there they were asked to not take the Xrays because they had X rays done at the last dentist. They ignored these instructions and cost me over 300 dollars out of pocket. Response from the owner 3 months ago Hi Christopher, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your visit.
It is our policy that when new patients come to our office, they must have x-rays done when they are here and we make the parent aware of this beforehand. We're sorry if you did not agree with our company policy and are happy to clarify any other issues or concerns you may have. We hope that you will give us another chance. Best, Children's Dental Health

What a wonderful office for the kids. All decorated in fish themed items. Some folks don't seem to watch their little ones climbing all over the 3d figures hanging off the walls. Your at the dentist not a jump park or climbing wall. I am not sure why they did not let me go back with my little guy--that is unusual in today's world. Overall they were timely, courteous, and just wonderful.

I would select no stars if that were an option. These people are scam artists. Waited for 45 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start. And they tell us our son needs a crown only right before he goes in for what was supposed to be a filling. They never said anything about a crown since his previous visit.
