Dr Giacalone is a compassionate and caring dentist. Our family has been going to her for 30 years. I would not consider using another dentist. She runs the office VERY professionally. In 30 years, I do not ever recall having to wait past my appointment. If I am early, I am in the chair and being treated within minutes. She treats each patient with respect and NEVER overbooks.

The staff is always professional and always puts me at ease which is never easy because I am a serious dental phobic Dr Giacolone always explains what she's doing and is quick to check to make sure I'm good with it

Dr. Giacalone has done so much to make her office safe for her patients during this crisis. My first visit back since the crisis was today with her excellent and thorough hygienist. I enjoy the beauty and immaculate cleanliness of this up to date office on every visit and feel (as a retired dental hygienist myself) that I am in very excellent hands. I've been going to Dr. Giacalone for as long as I can remember- and so has my mother. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her staff. All the hygienists have been friendly and thorough- I leave my cleanings with sparkling white teeth. Dr. Giacalone is friendly- she always asks about me and my family- but also professional. she definitely knows what she is doing. I'm lucky enough that I've only needed cleanings and yearly x-rays, but my mother has had more teeth problems than I've had, and she's always been happy with Dr. Giacalone.

I also love that they started an electronic appointment reminder system, and they also email you asking for feedback after your visits- a great tool. When I moved away from the area, I went to a well-respected dentist in Boston for a year, but they charged me significantly more, didn't offer as professional as a service, and I wasn't as happy with how my teeth looked after the cleaning.

When I moved back, I realized how lucky I was to be able to start seeing Dr. Giacalone and her staff again. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this place!
