Dentistry broadens my knowledge of both science and humanity. I truly enjoy the people in our community who I have gotten to know through my profession. I am able to learn new things every day simply by examining and talking to people! To become a dentist, I attained my Associate Degree in Applied Sciences from Bee County Junior College in Dental Hygiene in 1978.
As a registered dental hygienist, I greatly enjoy conversing with patients and being attentive to their individual needs. I know you will enjoy coming here! Dr. Gooden is an extremely easy-going person. We care about the health of the patients in our care. Our whole team gets along well, and we all share a desire to treat patients with respect in a timely manner.
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high quality dental care. We understand that you, or your child, may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing you with the best care possible.
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs, and if you have dental insurance or not. We will always discuss the cost of your treatment before we begin. We do give senior citizens and veterans a 10% discount. All payments will be due at the time of service, independently if you have dental insurance or not.

We recently moved here and wanted to make sure we found a reliable dentist that was conservative with their diagnosis. Dr. Gooden is wonderful and checks all of those boxes. Dr Gooden has been our family dentist since moving to Boerne over 35 years ago. Our three kids never went to a pediatric dentist. Dr Gooden took care of them all the way from small children through high school. His staff is excellent and the Dental Hygienist and front office insurance/ receptionist have been with him for a long time. Dr Gooden and staff are the best!

Dr. Gooden is an excellent dentist and all the staff from the dental hygienist to the clerk are exceptional. My girls and I have been going here for years and we are blessed to have established all our dental needs here. Since my girls have been very little they have felt comfortable even going to the dentist! Thank you for everything thing you have done for my girls and I.

I called because I had a crown that came off. Liza was very helpful and got me in so quick. The office is very clean and warmly decorated (it felt like home). The staff there are so welcoming and very friend. Dr. Gooden's assistance Yvonne was a joy to visit with. Even though I was worked into their schedule Dr. Gooden still took his time with me. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Gooden and his wonderful staff. Thank y'all so much

Great work and lots of time discussing my dental health. Was admitted on time and that is something I found a rarity among dentists. The assistance from the front desk in handling my insurance was very easy and efficient. And everyone in the practice was extremely friendly and personable. Good place to get the care and personal touch I needed now and in the future.

I've known DOCTOR BERRY since the mid 1980's. But I had an established dentist at the time, and I don't like to switch if everythinbumping into each other at various local stores, and he took time in saying "HELLO", and catch up on local event issues. DR. BERRY and I stayed in contact, But, my dentist retired, so I jumped on setting up an appointment right away.
His office visits are delightful, and if your a fresh or saltwater fisherman, then the both of you are going to share your " YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY", and the ones that didn't. And, he's a mild hunter, not like fishing. His staff, claims, professionalism is tops. BUT, ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE IF HIS PRACTICE ACCEPTS YOUR INSURANCE!.
