I have been a patient of Warner Center Dental since day one, as I was an earlier patient of the original dentists there. They have been so amazing throughout the years that--even though the original dentists retired--I have remained a happy patient for YEARS! They now treat not only myself but also my family. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kleiger, Dr. Russell, Dr. Jones and all of the amazing hygenists at their office.

Their care and their front office staff are first rate! If you are looking for a dentist in the Valley, you're nuts if you don't give them a try. (I don't even live in the Valley anymore, and I still happily drive there for cleanings and for treatments for my family.) 5 stars.

I wanted to get treatments from Warner Center Dental after my previous dental office couldn't correctly complete three crowns that I was working on; I talked and confirmed with the last dental office that I would stop my treatment with them due to the failed treatments. However, one week after I had a consultation from the Warner Center Dental office, they informed me that they declined my treatment because they were not comfortable taking it over.

The last dental office got all three crowns incorrectly twice, which took a month, and I also had to go through painful procedures each time for impressions. The previous dental office did not take ownership of those repeated mistakes but just blamed the lab, and I completely lost my confidence in the quality of treatment. That's why I decided to have my treatment at a new dental office.

Before I scheduled the consultation with the Warner Center Dental office, I clearly explained my situation over the phone, and the office brought me in for a consultation. The doctor was great and thoroughly explained the following treatment. I was excited by the team's quality and professionalism and was waiting to schedule to complete the crowns.

One week later, however, the Warner Center Dental called me and informed me that they declined to do my crowns because they were uncomfortable finishing them. Now I am very disappointed and frustrated by the Warner Center Dental. First of all, why does the dental office not respect my choice of seeking better dental treatments? Although going to a new dental office could cost me more, I decided to do so because I wanted to complete my dental treatment with better quality.

They may have their own business reasons, but for me, it's not about business but my health that I want to get it right. What could be their sound reasons for declining my treatment that I could not get right from the other dental office? Secondly, if declining my treatment were their policy, why didn't Warner Center Dental inform me in the first place when I called for scheduling a consultation, nor at the time I had the consultation at the office?

I clearly explained my situation during the call and consultation, but they didn't mention anything about declining my treatment. I wasted my time, and they surely charged my insurance for the consultation for the treatment that they ended up declining to provide. After the consultation, I was confident that the Warner Center was the right place and told the previous dental office that I would stop my treatment with them.

Now I cannot complete my crowns from either dental office and need to find another one. It's very disappointing to see that the Warner Center Dental office does not respect a patient's rights to receive better quality service for my health.

This is the BEST dentist office I've ever been to. All the staff are so nice and helpful, and Dr. Kleiger was amazing! He cares about his patients and knows how to solve our problems. And the procedures are priced reasonably, too.

Hi it's David Lodge voice over artist and patient of WCD. Loving; caring and professional dentistry! I had a tooth infection. reached a pain of 10 on a Sunday. Dr. Kleiger drive in to meet me on his day off! Unheard of! Took X-rays and got me on antibiotics. Later I followed up with Dr. Russell -- my regular dentist and she made sure my follow up care from the oral surgeon was taken care of -- removing bone fragments that were irritating my gums. Alex her Assistant and the entire staff are outstanding! Lord Jiraiya the Toad Sage and others!

Dr. Russell is amazing. Great care with excellent attention to those of us that didn't attend medical school. Thank you all!

Wow - can't say enough great things about this place! Like a lot of people, I become very anxious about the dentist. THIS is the place for us! Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, hygienist, and Dr. Russell are incredibly nice and accommodating. I let them know about my anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable and were very gentle.

I popped my AirPods in during my cleaning and forgot I was there for the most part. I can't recommend this place enough - thank you, WC Dental for turning off my anxiety!

I have had a billing issue with my insurance the past 2 months, when I was told everything will be covered. Which should be covered for prevention dental work, I didn't do anything else. Of course, I keep getting a Bill back from the insurance company. I am really unsatisfied with this, no patient sure deal with unnecessary medical bills. The staff is sweet but the billing side is a disaster.

After my filling fell out last night I woke up in pain. My tooth had become sensitive to even just brushing my teeth drinking water and air when I would speak. None the less my regular dentist was not picking up they're calls during business hours. I then scrambled to find a dentist to take care of me and my dental emergency. I had literally been sweating from the pain my tooth was causing.

I then reached out to a warner center dental where I had been a patient a while ago when I had better Insurance. I expressed my dental concern and if by some giving miracle they could please see me for the pain was unbearable. I spoke to a lady by the name of Gaby who really heard me out and was trying to understand what my situation was. I was gifted the opportunity to be seen asap by the crew.

I rushed on over. After reviewing my previous account info with them the dental assistant ushered me to my room where we took a closer look at my tooth. After I was Informed on exactly what they could do for me I gave it the green light. I was then blessed by Dr Russels expertise who by far has exceeded all Dentist I have experienced in my 29 years of life.

She walked me through how and what was going to happen. I normally express how I'm a baby for pain but there was no need to with Dr Russel she made sure that my teeth and gum was numb before starting any procedure. After a flawless execution of my tooth repair she made sure my bite was good and that there was nothing obstructing my bite. Just by feeling the whole process I never felt like I had been in better hands ever.

I want to express my gratitude for the Warner Center Dental group for saving my day and allowing me to get back to my day to day life. And esp thanks to Gaby for hearing me out and making this Happen. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Russell! She's incredibly kind and patient, she definitely went out of her way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! I would recommend her to anyone, especially if you're someone who's usually scared of the dentist!

Dr Kleiger is a dentist who really cares. I am so happy that I was able to find a dentist that takes time to make sure all of your dental needs are taken care of without a hidden agenda. I was hesitant to come as I have been in the dental field myself for over 6 years and have only gone to my dental offices where I worked. Dr. Kleiger and assistant Irma sorry if I spelled that incorrectly, were an absolute pair! My Son was so comfortable where he is normally shy to strangers. Their COVID-19 precautions are great and we felt very safe.

They were able to take my digital xrays from previous office I had taken in October and not re-expose me to radiation! Kind faces and intelligent people fill this office. We got check ups and cleanings and will be scheduling appointments with the Orthodontist in the office soon. I had to quit my job in September to do distance learning with my Son meaning I didn't get my free dental benefits!

We decided to use my Husband's insurance since we were overdue for cleanings. So happy we chose them after seeing their great reviews in Woodland Hills and looking forward to the upcoming visits

Dr. Kleiger is the best dentist I've seen in my life. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. But more importantly he is a truly caring and empathic person. Truly the best. The whole staff and hygienists are also great. Their Covid protocols are extremely professional. The facility is always clean, and easy parking. It's always a great experience. Highly recommended.

Warner Center Dental is such a warm, helpful, professional team of people. It is definitely a wise choice for your dental needs. I highly recommend them for whatever your dental care issues are. They give broad counsel, don't pressure or sell you and make you feel like family. I'm dentist phobic and they've helped make me feel good about going. You can feel that good as well.

Let me start off by saying this is by far the best dental practice I've been to in al my years. From being a child to right now being 30 years of age I had all bad experiences going to the dentist. I can't count how many places I went to but it was always bad I had to change my dentist. Finally I can say I am beyond happy here. The whole staff I worked with was amazing. Kristy is the most helpful person and answered all my question and goes above and beyond to help you what ever the case maybe. Dr. Kolahi was helping me in my first visit and I can express how helpful and comfortable it made me as a patient.

She knew already by looking at me I had bruxism. She suggested I get Botox but never made me feel forced or pushed me to get it. I knew right away I was gonna love this place. I went ahead and got it and it took two weeks for the full affect to work and I feel so much better waking up in the mornings and I stop having head aches in the morning and feeling so relieved by not having it anymore.

Next I want to thank Dr. Hewitt who did work on me. My first visit I was very nervous Dr. Hewitt and her assistant made me feel very relaxed and I had no pain being worked on getting a crown prep. My second visit I was more relaxed and it went so smooth. I got my crown installed I got another crown prep and a filling done. From the shots, crown prep and the filling being done in the same visit I can say it went so smooth and I couldn't believe it.

Thank you Dr. Hewitt, Dr. Kolahi, the two assistance I'm sorry I didn't get the two ladies names and Kristy. All are amazing. I can highly recommend this place and you will be so happy with your results.

The experience of going to the dentist was great. The office was clean, the dentists were very friendly and made me feel like i made the right choice in coming here. At the end, i walk to the reception to see if there was anything they needed from me and the woman who was there was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me when i walked to see if everything was taken care of.

She asked "i dont know who you are, who are you?" just very unfriendly and unhelpful. I gave her my insurance card and she said "whats this? this is your health insurance, we need your dental card" and again rolled her eyes. I couldn't believe how rude she was after having such a great experience up until then. is it enough to stop me from coming back? No, but i hope they read this and do something about the receptionist attitude.

There are a couple of hygienists that they scheduled me with that not only wrecked my mouth (scratching across the roof of my mouth and I was bleeding SO MUCH after an appt like.battle took place in my mouth lol) but they were so mean and scary lol. Also, the dentist barely looked at my teeth or spent any time with me so I was only able to learn about certain things to be concerned about and keep and eye on after I went elsewhere.

I miss Dr Herron since he retired but still happy with Warner Center Dental. I started with Herron almost at the beginning of his practice. Warner Center Dental continues to provide highly professional and friendly service. Saw Dr Russell for the first time yesterday and happy to have her as a dentist. She's very nice and seems very competent. My favorite hygienists. they are The Greatest. keeping my teeth and gums healthy and extremely capable at dealing with my discomfort about dentistry.

Everyone at Warner Dental was very nice, professional and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Russell was amazing. She was very kind, gentle, and understanding. It's refreshing to have a dental office actually treat you like a person, and take some time and care about you, your issues, and your time there.

I'm guessing that people are being paid in someway for the good reviews. This doctor lied to my face years ago when I took my son in. He told me there were six cavities that need to be filled right then and there. Well as a single mom with no dental insurance that just couldn't happen right then and there. So he went to a different dentist who looked at the exact same x-rays and found only two cavities.

So I stopped seeing the dentist and only saw the hygienist because she's absolutely wonderful. But he's up to his old tricks again because last night my husband went and without explanation was charged double what I was charged the night before. They claimed he had a different cleaning done even though it was even less time than I had. And the dentist sneaked in for an exam even though that's not what he was there for. I hope more people call him out on this unethical behavior.

I have been a patient at Warner Center Dental for over 40 years and I'm so pleased that I have recommended them to my family and my friends and my work colleagues. They are top-notch professionals that do exactly what's needed to produce a long lasting result. Recently I had a crown repair with Dr. Russell and her team. This place is completely digital and records from my root canal specialist, who needed a high diameter fast lens microscope for my procedure, were already on screen when I arrived. Thanks also to the staff and comfortable settings. Wait time is 4 minutes, only so the room is made ready. Go Warner Center Dental!

I have been a patient at Warner Center Dental for over 15 years and I would not change them for the world. I commute 30 miles for every appointment because by far they are the best. Dr Klieger is the best Dentist I have ever been to, always very caring and friendly. My hygienist Artemis is amazing, she is the most caring and gentle hygienist and always makes me feel very comfortable and eases my anxiety. The entire staff from front desk to back office are very welcoming and friendly and their work is state of the art.

I've been coming to this office for a decade now, so I figured it was time to let you all in on the secret. This dental practice is the one. Artemis is my go to hygienist, Dr. Kleiger knows what he's doing, and they take most insurances. Secrets out!

I've been terrified of the dentist since high school after dealing with one who traumatized me. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get caught up with my dental hygiene and thanks to sites like Yelp found a local dental group in Warner Center Dental. I made an appointment and due to my case I was referred to Dr. Jones, the periodontist. I got nervous after my exam and never went back for the work.

Fast forward two years and promised myself whatever was wrong, I would schedule the procedures and get all caught up. Dr. Jones did the exam and recommended a debridement, dental exam then 2 sessions of deep cleaning. I scheduled everything and not only was the first step in getting back to normal (debridement) way easier than I thought but my exam with Dr. Klieger yielded no cavities.

I was shocked. I have 2 more appointments for the deep cleaning but I have to sat that Dr. Jones, Dr. Klieger and the hygienist Chelsea were amazingly gentile and understanding of my feelings after my poor experience. They really are an amazing team and I'm so happy to be getting caught up with all of my dental work. Warner Center Dental is the best!

This place is my favorite. I've always enjoyed going to the dentist (weird?), but this office especially. This has been my local office for going on 4 years now and it's run perfectly. From the front staff (Leslie), to the hygienist (Chelsea), to the X-ray technician (haven't caught any names), to the doctors (Kleiger and Herron (now retired)) it all flows so smoothly and makes the experience an easy one.

The best part for me is how thoroughly things are done. No trying to get you in and out and onto the next patient. Time is taken here and it shows. Just try not to cancel an appointment because demand is high and may take some time to get rebooked, though they do their very best to get you in at the next available or if something happens to open up. Wish I could go more than twice a year (weird?).

I'm not kidding, I saw someone's mind blown after a conversation with the front desk staff.so literally mind blowing conversations. And funny.great sense of humor.

All employees in general not specifically discussed (e.g. technicians): Everyone is friendly and professional. Facility: I've been going here for years and everything is clean as heck and everything looks and feels (yes feels.less painful stuff) like its top of the line, in terms of technology (remember, I've been coming here, and only here.for a long time). Services: My entire family gets all their dental work done here (including invisalign, x-rays, etc.) Hygienists: A+ I've had several and everyone is rock solid! However, for the past I don't know how many years now, I've been seeing Artemis as my hygienist and I AM BEYOND HAPPY WITH HER (again, everyone else is great).I think Artemis just gets me! Can't explain it but it works and it works well. Dentists: Doctor Kleiger is the BEST.

Think of the best dentist you've ever had but think better.that's Dr. Kleiger! Besides being a top notch surgeon, he is a fantastic human being. We always have conversations about our families, neighborhood activities, overall health, blah blah blah.he's more than a doctor.he's family! INSURANCE: I've had a few and they've taken almost everything.

Insurance even helps pay for invisalign. Don't know how costs are without insurance but it's worth asking! Summary: Looking for a new dental facility? This is it! Done.
