Hi! IM glad you asked as to why I came back in 2021. At that time my mother had not seen a Dentice after your office visit attempted fraud perpetrated by the owner himself. I only found out about this this Fraud Attempt last month from another Dentice my Mother has/ had heart issue's so we never saw a Dentice after you.thats a few years ago. That is reason for my update review.

Plus the only service I was getting from your office was for dental cleaning $ 65 in 2021. n 2022, by no means or form I was going to let the doctor touch my mouth ever.which he got mad and jacked up the price on the spot.and I told you all F-U N LEFT.

If I could of give Dr. B more than 5 stars, I would give him more. I've been seeing doctor B. For the past 10 years and my experience has been always great. I highly recommend him and his dental practice for all your dental and implant needs. If you want to be treated by a doctor who really cares about your smile, go and see doctor B.

Be aware- they do not take Medicare/Delta Dental, even though they are listed as doing so. I called to make an appointment and was told this, and that they treat those patients as cash only patients. The lady said they have been trying to get taken off the Delta Dental list for some time and can't get that done.

These guys are great. Gentle knowledgeable fast and clean. I honestly don't mind getting my teeth cleaned here. I highly recommend them if you're worried about dentist. Very nice people too.

I love that dental clinic I've just had cleaning and in absolutely satisfied! The best doctor I've ever known amazing atmosphere and energy! They help me smile a big smile! Definitely recommend it!

Got a milk tooth cavity filling for my youngest and a retainer for my eldest. We're also coming in for regular tooth cleaning. Planning on some cosmetic dentistry for me and a couple of implants for my husband. Obviously, will be coming back.

Very nice office and Dr. Bershadsky is really great. I had a few implants placed. The surgery was done very quickly and I had very little pain after. Would definitely recommend his office for implant and other dental work. Very kind and supportive staff and very reasonable prices.

I had a new hygienist named Tanya. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. We talked about my dental hygiene routine and she gave me some new ideas on how to improve my routine. She was always checking on my comfort during my deep cleaning procedure. I would highly recommend Tanya for any type of cleanings you might need in the future.

Courteous professional and prompt I've been coming here for years and had implants done and bone-graph was needed and so many visits were in order and now i just had the final part done and will be coming back for my cleaning appointment. SCAMERS! Please don't go here! There office management is a mess and they just want your money! They messed up one of my fillings too!

Place is absolutely a rip off. They even charge for a copy of x-rays. Doctor, plz read California Health and Safty Code Section 123100-123149.5 (you can keep your 25$ for emailed copy)

I am not the type of person to have yelp let alone leave a negative comment but i did not have the most pleasant time time at this dentist for multiple reasons. i went there recently for a wisdom teeth removal and none of my questions were answered while i was there which left me with a lot of confusion. and most of all i believe bc i am young and unexperienced i was taken advantage of over the fact my insurance covered everything, so they charged me out of pocket for a bone graph that i found out was unnecessary and not recommended like i was told. overall i left unsatisfied and clueless after this surgery.

Today I had an app with dr. Roya and the procedure went great and her assistant did a good job as well, west valley is a place of integrity, thanks for the care west valley!

SCAMMERS! I came here as a new patient after a 2-year layoff from the dentist due to the pandemic. I have always taken good care of my teeth and have not had a single issue in recent years. But when I came here, a 60 second review by the dentist who arrived 1 hr late determined I had thousands of dollars of "emergent" work that needed done. When I asked the dentist how immediately I needed to get this litany of procedures done, he said flippantly "should've been done yesterday." I asked the reception to send me the line itemized copy of all I needed done and each dollar amount post insurance.

The woman said "I'll do that, you're at about $900 right now but I'm only halfway through." I went home panicked and feeling terrible. My mother in law is on the board of dentistry in a different state where she's practiced dental hygiene for 30+ years. She was shocked by my visit and asked to see X-rays and notes. This dentist wouldn't send them.

They asked me to return for a cleaning before the end of the year so I agreed. But when I got there, they tried to spring all these treatments on me that they'd never actually outlined or provided a running cost for. I said I wanted a second opinion before doing these invasive procedures and the technician scoffed at me and said they wouldn't do the regular cleaning.

But they sure charged me copay anyway! I went to a new dentist who said my teeth looked in really good shape and did not recommend all these extreme treatments ordered by West Valley Dental. Run away from here, they're just after your money!

I truly wish I can say this place is 5 stars but unfortunately it's not. I left this place with MORE questions then answers. On top of that they really wasted my time with the order of things I needed to take care of. When they offered the care credit, that's when things were going downhill. When it came to setting an appointment for my wisdom teeth removal, the doctor wasn't even there! Also I asked a TON of questions because I was confused and very nervous with everything so I wanted to make sure I was being cautious and all I got in return was NOTHING.

Called around and they were the only one available for same day appointment. They tried to convince me to do deep cleaning the whole time which upset me, everyone there tried to scare me which I didn't like

Went to West valley dental center for a check-up and cleaning. Everything went just great! Doctors and all staff are super nice and professional. Was feeling comfortable. Dr. Yury Bershadskiy is amazing, thank you so much again. Will definitely come back here again

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! The previous dentist/owner was the best but this new one sucks! They commit insurance FRAUD! Be careful. They recommend services for you that you do not need and say to not worry about the copayment, then on your next visit they surprise you with a balance.

Do not go here. First off I waited about an hour after my appointment time to get x-rayed. The X Rays took forever because the tech had to keep redoing them. Then after about 2 hours of waiting and then being x-rayed I saw the dentist for about 5 minutes. All I wanted was a cleaning and he said they wouldn't even be cleaning my teeth that day.

He said I needed a ton of work and a deep cleaning so it wasn't worth wasting my insurance money on a regular cleaning. Needless to say I did not schedule a follow up for the "tons" of work that needed to be done. I finally just saw a different dentist down the street who said my teeth looked great and did a regular cleaning the same day. This place is a scam trying to just do unnecessary work.

This doctor is greedy, he changes price without notice! On your visit, then the staff say oh we don't give prices on the phone thats why we did not inform you before you came inn, yes you do and did had my root canal done there got the price on the phone ask your office Manager please. Plus he uses cheap material on crowns. When my crown did not fit correctly he got upset and said that how your tooth is. Bull.

The crown you replaced did not give me any problems until the root acted up, you could have had the subordinate doctor use a pin -hole method. To do the root canal, but chose to make extra $$$ BY REPLACING MY CROWN with the root-canal. UPSELL ARTICE BEWARE!

Unfortunately this office doesn't comply with LA County COVID-19 protocols and staff don't wear masks even though this is a dental office and patients have to remove their masks for services. I would not recommend going here if you are concerned about getting COVID-19.

This place is rip off, after I spend few thousands here for cavity's & wisdom teeth surgery out of my own pocket paid for X-rays few times they won't give my X-rays they asking me to pay for my own X-rays that I already paid for, I'm not trying to get new X-rays at the new dental place That I go to, because its not good for my health.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I have to share the receptionist was so nice when I called. I shared I'm pregnant and was dealing with emergency, she booked me the next day at 9am! I was so grateful being pregnant with a tooth emergency is not fun. Being got to my appt, dentist was wonderful and his assistant was just as amazing. I was walked through every step and given breaks as needed! This place is a jem! Totally recommended.

I have been going to west valley dental for over 10 years. but it changed worse recently. Dr. Yuri said I needed a lot of work on my last visit. I had three crowns put in and was told I needed additional work done. I had a very bad experience getting the three crowns put in by someone other than Yuri. I was also over charged compared to what my insurance said I owed. I'd get a 2nd opinions on work he prescribes. I wish I did.

If I could put no stars I would just do that. This dentist Yurd Thurdshadsky is really something. He will not be the one working on your teeth even though you are going and seeing him for initial dental treatment plan after that you will be passed to other dental associates. I have never seen a practice like this. His tem did a horrific job and will not be going their ever again. Don't go there. Horrible staff manager. I think their license should be taken away. Liars, cheats and incompetent people. I told turdshadsky about how I was unhappy. He got his feelings hurt.

They have great specialists but they asked me to commit insurance fraud and pay cash for something that was covered by my Dentical. told me insurance didn't approve request but I called my insurance and they said there was NO request made by the office! So wrong!

Wonderful office with a very professional and caring staff. Had an implant placed. Easy surgery by Dr. Bershadsky. Very professional doctor and painless!

The dentist is an hour late. The staff just keeps saying he will be here in a few minutes well a few minutes turned into an hour. The dentist I'm waiting for is Yury. I originally came here for fillings which a different dentist had done, he went really deep to my nerve which has caused tremendous pain right after. I have had pain and headaches every day since my fillings have been done which brings me to the office today for them to look at it and determine the cause of pain but there's no dentist here at the moment.

Very unprofessional. However The hygienist who did my deep cleaning a few weeks back was knowledgeable, gave me valuable information and make the deep cleaning experience pleasant. I finally saw the dentist at 1:10 my appt was at 12 Yury the dentist is saying if the pain persists I might need a root canal I really hope that isn't the case because I didn't have pain before the fillings, makes me feel like this is the fault of the the dentist who previously did my fillings hit the nerve and caused this pain.

But fingers crossed pain goes away. This was my experience maybe yours will be different. I'm adding to this review. I saw someone from the office responded to the review explaining the dentist was seeing other patients. This is not true I saw the dentist arrive an hour late. I was in the parking lot as he parked his car and walked in. Not once apologizing for his late arrival.

I decided to continue going here but again I arrived in time and 20 minutes later nothing. Still not being seen. Decided to just leave and find a new dental office. Thank his establishment is awful while waiting I overheard the receptionist tell a patient "your late". How dare these people say that when their always late and have no respect for peoples time.

Hello everyone! I just want to say I am very pleased with my IMPLANT completed at West Valley Dentist Performed by Dr. Yury Bershadsky! I'm usually a big baby when it comes to pain or needles! Here I felt no pain at all! No PAIN! The doctor completed the job in less than 1 hour. That's because he has over 20 years of experience! I am recommending this doctor and his practice to anyone who needs dental work done! Awesome job Dr. Bershad

I really cant say enough good things about this dental office. They are about as gentle as you can wish for. As a high anxiety person, I dont have any worries the night before I have any dental procedure. Ive had cavities filled and fillings replaced and zero complaints about the treatment (even post treatment). Staff is very friendly and the doctors are professional understanding to pain managements. I would highly recommend this company.

I went in for an extraction. A tooth had fallen out again. So, they said I had an infection and needed to have the tooth out. I had used up my insurance benefits for the year. We had a talk about that. Very clearly, we talked about this. So, then I asked how much the fee would be for the whole procedure. They told me. I asked several times. We agreed and I made an appointment for the extraction.

Now this Dentist is charging more money for procedures that they added on. Filing two different claims for the same procedure. Increasing the claim as well. Going over the amount I prepaid for the procedure. Which we both agreed to. It is awful They never called me after to see how I was. No bedside manners either. The doctors, aides and accountants and workers seemed nice at the time. Yet now they are mean and very defensive and uncaring. Find another Dentist. I filed a grievance with my insurance company.

Went to them last week for an emergency appointment when my insurance told me they were in network. They were quick and professional. The x-ray tech was kind and calming when taking all the images he needed. Dr Bershadsky seems to be an honest man who knows his worth. Made him aware that I am the same. He discussed my dental issues and gave me options. Told me to see what my insurance covered before deciding what I'd want to do first but prioritized the main issue I was in for ( two infections on a mega cavity I've struggled with for a decade).

His techs were professional and he started the process for two root canals side by side pain free with confidence and time efficient. I hope he knows I'm willing to be a great loyal customer to help his business as long as he stays this loyal for the rest of the work I will have done with him.

It took six months for Bershoddsky to finally put a crown in my mouth that looked like it belonged. I had to endure all sorts of shaming and hard sell techniques by the Assitant's who put the tooth in that are not certified dentists. I was told that it's perfect and no one looks in my mouth anyway so don't worry. For six months I had to keep coming back with temporary crowns that fell out.

Mostly I paid thousands for a implant which is short time later the crown became on glued and he wanted $350 to glue it back in. This is terrible. These people have no empathy or compassion. This place is like a factory run by a part-time Dentist Bershoddsky. His work is shoddy and over priced.

Visited West valley Dental for a first time and was really impressed with great staff and service provided. Dr. Bershadsky is super gentle and caring. Definitely coming back. Love this place.

I came again to the clinic because urgently needed to take off my retainers because they broke down and hurt my tongue and Dr. Bershadsky and his staff did that very fast and nicely, I even didn't feel a thing. Such a blessing that West Valley Dental clinic open right now & helping patients with urgent needs. Really satisfied with the service. Friendly staff, clean clinic, I'm definitely coming again!

It's hard to find a good dentist. Especially when you have lower grade insurance. But boy howdy am I happy with this dentist. They have done good gentle work on myself, my wife, and my oldest daughter. Recently my youngest daughter had to go to a specialist for dental issues. West valley dental had to play middle man and between my daughters kid dentist and the oral surgeon. They were great. I highly recommend this dentist.

I am so happy with the outcome of my teeth. This is by far the best dental place I have ever been to. The dentist is very gentle and professional and I love how my teeth turned out now. Great friendly staff as well!
