I had never been to a dentist for over 18 years of my life because I had one bad experience with an extraction however I love this place. Especially because they do such a good job at cleaning my coffee stained teeth lol. They are very gentle. The staff is so friendly and helpful too. Dr. Ho is a wonderful dentist and is good at explaining things in a way I can understand them. English isn't my first language yet I understand his advice as he patiently explains. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This is my dentist as well as my daughters. They take very good care of your teeth and the hygienists and Dr. Ho are very friendly. The staff is friendly and can communicate over text or email. It's a small operation and can fit you in fairly quickly if you have an emergency. I definitely recommend this location. -Jane T

I've been going to Dr. Ho for a couple of years now, and it's probably the best experience I've had at the dentist. What I like best about Dr. Ho is that he is very meticulous and thorough. He really makes sure to catch and address everything that needs to be taken care of, and he and his team do quality work every time. Also, everyone that works in the office is super friendly and professional, and they make sure you feel comfortable the entire time. So if you're looking for a dentist that produces quality work and provides a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ho and his team.

Dr. Ho always takes care of my teeth good. Thanks to him, I've been cavity free for a few of years. I brush and floss after every meal, following his instructions. I highly recommend him. His staff is also great! Yeah!

My husband and I have gone to Dr Ho ever since we moved here 18 years ago. He is so kind and thorough, never pushing treatment. If you keep up your dental hygiene and visits, he will watch places that may cause trouble in the future and tell you when it's time to fill or whatever is needed. And his dental hygienist, Natalie or Jenna are so good and gentle when cleaning. I have had anxiety about going to the dentist, but not any more as he knows how to treat your anxiety.

My experience with Dr Ho has been amazing. Several of my friends are his patients and very pleased. He takes most insurance and has reasonable prices for quality work. He takes time to listen for your concerns and doesn't rush you. His staff is helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.

I've always had a great experience with Dr. Ho and his staff From the moment you walk into the office, you get a warm greeting from Char. They follow Covid 19 protocols, and their office is clean and organized. Dr. Ho and his assistants have good bedside manners and are always making sure that you are comfortable. I like how he explains all of your options when needing treatment and he also explains it on his ipad. His consmetic and dental work is the great! I highly recommend him if you are looking for cosmetic work or any other dental work.

Brought in my 95 year old mom who has Dementia. Staff from front desk, hygienists, assistants and Dr. Ho have always been professional and personable when dealing with my mom. Her mood and behavior can be unpredictable at times and they've always been polite and compassionate in how they treat her. Dr. Ho has constantly provided information to help us make the best possible decisions in mom's dental care. He addresses dental health issues immediately.

I am patient of Dr. Ho for many years. Every time, I am welcomed with high respect from all staff in his office. Unfortunately, I have bad teeth that I need constant visits. Thanks to Dr. Ho, they are in good shape now. He is my third dentist in Honolulu and the best one that I ever had. His office is extremely clean and he has advanced technology in dentistry field to use for his patients. Best dentist in Hawaii. I have been to several dentist, but most of the dentist doesn't seems to care about the patient, but Stephen R Ho is great. Very trustworthy and I feel safe. I strongly recommend this dentist! Everyone working there is also great. Great staff.

From the minute you enter the office everyone is so warm and kind. It had been over 10 years since I had seen a dentist, so I knew the work would be extensive. Not once did I feel judged or looked down upon by any of the staff members but especially Dr. Ho. He was kind and welcoming and was just happy I had finally come in to take care of the much needed work. The dental hygienists had their work cut out for them but they were so understanding and made it a painless experience. Mahalo Dr. Ho and all the amazing office staff!

First time visiting this dentist since I have not gone to the dentist for years. My co-worker referred to me and I was very satisfied with their service. They have very advanced equipment that can identified the issues accurately. Their anesthesia equipment was also very nice that I did not feel the pain the entire time, not to mention, Dr. Ho's treatment was quick and this is another reason why I did not have any stressful time during the treatment. During the treatment, he will explain what kind of treatment he is doing which made me relieved the whole time.

The staff are professional and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. I came to Dr. Ho to get a second opinion. He went through my options and was very informative without ever making me feel as he had to be the one to do the procedure. Came back for a cleaning, the dental assistants were kind and thorough, they make an uncomfortable experience much more comfortable. There is a reason this small practice is extremely busy, because they take the time and care about each one of there patients.
