We got off to a rocky start here but after sharing my concerns about communication there wasn't one visit that I wasn't updated on my son's progress. I can't say enough about Sarah, she is just pure sunshine. We transferred care due to a move out of state and she got everything sent over before I even made it to my destination. She got promoted to office manager the day we left. Very deserving. The office is clean and cheerful and their payment plans were very flexible.

Always a wonderful experience when going in for appointments! I have had 2 children who were treated by Dr. Wood and they had wonderful outcomes with their braces. This made me a bit jealous, so I began treatment with Invisalign in late 2016. I have been treated by Dr. Wood and Dr. Jewett. I am nearing the end of my treatment, as I did the molds for my retainers today! I am excited at my outcome and would recommend these folks very highly! Dr. Jewett is an awesome addition to this highly professional team!

I went to Tri-Cities Orthodontic for Invisalign and there's not a single negative thing to say. My teeth look great and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The entire office is filled with the sweetest people. I'm usually hesitant to refer people to places, but I recommend them 100%. They'll work with you until you are completely in love with your results.

The staff at Dr. Wood's office is wonderful. They are friendly, efficient, and always helpful. We have received excellent results so far under the care of Dr. Wood. If you are seeking orthodontic care or trying to decide between braces and invisalign, it would be well worth your time to schedule a consult. Dr. Wood is upfront, honest, and has your best interest. I really like the quality of service that we get from Tri-Cities Orthodontics of Kingsport. There is such a friendly atmosphere with a very kind and courteous staff. My son will not have to endure pain that he would have if we did not seek their service. My son had a beautiful smile before, but with the help of Dr. Woods and his staff my son will be able to continue to have that beautiful smile.

Dr. Wood's and his staff are awesome. After having invisalign's several years ago, I couldn't be happier and more confident with the results. Both of my daughters currently have braces as well through Dr. Wood's and are extremely satisfied with the progress and results thus far. Can't wait to see the finished results in just a few more months when both of their braces come off.
