Alamont Dental Associates

Altamont dental made an appointment for me then booted me for not going to it. I got a letter basically stating they can't trust me and no one there will see me again. What? You made the appointment yourself! Don't be mad I didn't go. I didn't put the appointment in my calendar (my fault) since I wasn't there making the appointment. Secondly, everyone I saw there was talking about each other gossiping. The dentist I saw and assistant would trash talk other employees and patients while they done your dental work. I WILL GLADLY FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

Worst dental office ever. Their dental work doesn't hold up. They overcharge and then refuse to give you back you're "credit balance".

Dr. Hopper was wonderful! I was nervous because, I hate going to the dentist and I'm new to this area. I've not had good experiences in the past with other Dentists, that made it extremely hard for me to even make an appointment to begin with. I'm so glad I did! He was so kind, friendly, and more importantly, made me feel very relaxed and took his time. Answered all my questions and helped me understand my treatment plan going forward.

I just loved him so much! The staff was so professional and kind. I was even 10 minutes late, I got lost finding my way to the office, they still took me! Debbie, was a great help! She was wonderful! I went online to schedule an appointment as a new patient over a week ago. Received a message, that they would respond. Good thing, it's not an emergency. I used Alamont Dental way back when I was in high school ages ago. I will say the quality and response of the current staff from just this is not the standard I experenced back then nor from the Dentist I've had in much larger cities over the years.

I just moved back after many years. I'm surprised at no response but will look elsewhere for a new dentist. I have read some of the reviews and see that others have experienced good and bad. This first impression has left a bad impression for me though.

Dr. Roller took me in for an infected molar. He put me on antibiotics for almost a month to clear up the infection. I just had my follow up root canal, and I am amazed at how smooth it went. He explained everything he was doing and made me totally feel at ease. My dentist for life!

Dr Shipley and his staff are the absolute best! I knew from the time I saw the "Prayer" sign in the room that I found a good bunch of people. I've bounced around from dentist to dentist and non of them could or would help me. Finally I came to Alamont. Wow! I'm comfortable for the first time in years! God bless them!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The customer service ( Debbie) especially needs to improve her customer skills. The first impression is a lasting one. I give this place a big fat 0 for patient /customer skills

SEPTEMBER 22, 2021 I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR PITTMAN AT HIS NEW OFFICE AT ALAMONT THIS MORNING. I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT THE NEW OFFICE., BUT HE WAS LIKE ALWAYS BUT KELLY WAS GREAT OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE

Dr. Hopper is an amazing dentist my son was having issues on a weekend and I was able to get ahold of him to get everything fixed. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Roller came in on a Saturday to take care of a tooth issue I was having. He went above and beyond anything any dentist has done for me in the past. I will recommend him to ANYONE that is needing a dentist in the tri-cities! Thank you!

Had a great experience with Dr. Shipley and his staff! Everyone who works there is so nice! It really feels like one big family than a dental office. I highly recommend Alamont Dental!

I've had the same dentist for nearly 8+ years. But I woke up a week ago with a toothache that cause so much pain I was throwing up. My dentist couldn't get me in for 3 weeks but alamont got me in as a new patient within 5 hours. She probably felt bad for me because I was crying but regardless. They got me in and I do believe I'll be saying fair well to my normal dentist.

I consider myself fortunate to be a patient of Alamont Dental Associates. Dr. Shipley and his staff continue to impress me with their expertise. Their attention to detail, as well as their duty to the veteran community, keeps me looking forward to my next visit. There are friendly faces and smiles waiting. You will not be disappointed.

I called Alamont Dental Associates to schedule an appointment and informed them that I found their clinic through my dental insurance company. The receptionist promised to call me back after they verified that my insurance was in-network andthey never bothered to even call me back. I took my business elsewhere.

I bring my granddaughter here for her regular maintenance. Sadie is wonderful with her. The staff is professional and courteous. We've had good experience thus far.

Dr. Roller and his staff are fantastic! He is so fast doing children's fillings & the fillings match perfectly! Everyone in the office is very friendly & helpful, especially to freaked out mommas! Dr. Roller really puts you & your child at ease. They have blocks & a kids table & books in their waiting area & the dental assistants let the kids watch cartoons while they wait for the dentist. I highly recommend Alamont Dental for children!
