All the staff is very friendly and make sure your questions are answered. Special shout out to Makynia, the treatment coordinator, she really took time to walk me through all the aspects of the treatment. Dr. Behl makes sure that you get realistic expectations from the treatment.

Anna W was very Amazing. She was very educational of her craft and she had an awesome sense of humor. She was easy on the eyes too. She had the greatest smile and was the best of all in the office and will makes it even greater she's a Leo

What a wonderful experience. I had no choice but to bring my 5 year old with me as my 15 year old was getting her braces. My 5 year was all over the place but Anna W was soo amazing. It is hard to put the experience into words. She made it fun for the kids and also has an amazing personality. She was able to keep my 5 year entertained while putting the braces on my 15 year old daughter .

Now that is talent. The entire staff was kind, friendly, and all so happy. The facility was very clean. The air was fresh. The music was pleasant. Overall I give them a AAA++++.

I was very nervous at first. I believe her name is LB or LJ. She was very attentive and calmed me down by being patient. She explained every step and told me the truth about everything. She did a Great job. I love my braces and I'm getting used to them after one week. The ladies at the front desk and also the nurses. They were very nice at this office. Most of all I really love the Payment Plan it helped me out alot with my budget. I would recommend Behl #1. Thankyou guys See you soon

Ana W. is an amazing orthodontic assistant! She has a great personality! I am an older adult who has had braces for nearly 2 year. It is very "uncomfortable" to have another adult looking into your mouth. I never feel judgment from her. In fact she makes me feel very comfortable. I also feel little -to- no physical discomfort. She answers any questions I have about my treatment plan. She is very professional and quick! Overall, my smile is looking great and I am satisfied with Behl Orthodontics and it's employees.

My visit with Christina was one of the best visits I've had in a very long time. From the moment I sat in her chair the vibes were just right. I felt very comfortable. She explained the whole process of getting braces and what to expect and how to keep them cleaned. I appreciate the professionalism and great customer service.

I started invisalign one year ago (April 2021) and have been satisfied with my progress so far. The staff is extreamly friendly, and you can tell they want you to have a good experience and be happy with your smile. The biggest downside to my invisalign process was at the start of my treatment I needed a tooth pulled. Behl ortho collected all of the information they needed and said my dentist would be contacted for the extraction, as this office does not do that.

Unfortunately the dentist was never called, but an appointment was made and the wrong tooth was extracted. I confronted Behl ortho and was never given a direct answer about what happened. I was obviously distraught and overly stressed about having the wrong tooth pulled. I will say, they did a rescan and had my new liners expedited. They have been working hard to get me where I want to be with my smile and my teeth. I'm especially impressed with the female (I believe is another dentist) who has worked with me from start to finish.

She has a friendly and welcoming personality and made me feel at ease about what happened to me. I haven't seen Dr. Behl since my consultation, who hopped in and out, and I don't even remember him asking me my name. It would have been nice if he personally expressed his displeasure in the wrong tooth being pulled. But I guess when your business is doing so well, I don't matter in the bigger picture. If I could do it all over I wouldn't have gone here, but that's not the case. I'm hoping moving forward things will only get better!

Natalie was my orthodontic hygienists through out this whole almost 3 years that I had my braces on and she was nothing short of AWESOME.I was very very nervous and prone to panic attacks and did not perfer anyone else working on my mouth and she always did a perfect job. Dr. Behl was also amazing in my care and giving me a better smile. The 1 thing that could have been better was that my retainers did not fit properly and broke twice at the end of my treatment.

I am now in retreatment with Behl after only having my braces off for 1 year thats kind of disappointing but for the most part I was pretty satisfied with the care and service I received:

I hate that I went to them. They are extremely expensive and don't really care about your teeth. I had a retainer placed once my braces were removed and it was placed completely wrong and caused swollen gums and mouth and they did nothing, no compensation just had me to come over and over to attempt to fix it. I told them in the beginning I believe I had a cavity bc my teeth were really sensitive and they ignored and said it wasn't a big deal, obviously it was. I had braces for 2 years with a cavity that got worse. Go somewhere else before spending your money here.

When my 9 year olds tiny mouth made things complicated Kay stepped in and got his braces on! I was surprised by and impressed with the teamwork the staff used to make sure my boy was calm and as comfortable as possible. The team was wonderful from reception to the Dr! The entire experience here has been fantastic. Always friendly, timely and affordable!

Today I have my full start in Anna W took care of me. She was great I mean she's the sweetest most amazing person in the whole world. She was very informative, she gave me Thorough information and care instructions. She thoroughly explained the TBI kit and she even choose great colors THANKS ANNA W

10/10 would recommend! best one out here in Virginia. great service, staff and they're very friendly! if there was a 10 star rating i would've given them that rating. i'm usually very timid walking into these places but they assured me that they'll get my braces done with little pain. thank you Dr. behl and your crew for taking good care of me!

Had such a great experience getting my braces journey started at this office! Every employee I encountered had such awesome customer service and such a good vibe especially Christine who put my braces on. I'm so excited to go there for my orthodontic care and I feel like I made the right choice! 100% recommend

So far we have had a wonderful and professional experience. I will update after future visits, but I am happy with the care and the overall first time with the techs, front desk, and the orthodontist himself. They do see a lot of patients, but it doesn't seem like detracts from the knowledge and care for the patient.
