Services
At your first appointment, a careful, gentle and complete periodontal examination will be performed. It lasts from 30 minutes to an hour. During the initial examination, Dr. Sofia Ostrer will be able to diagnosis your current periodontal condition and suggest the best treatment method for each individual case.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. We do accept Visa and Mastercard.

Easy to setup and have a short consult ($70), but after 5+ calls and emails in the week following the appointment, I have been unable to receive any response from their office (I have been trying to request a copy of the consult notes). Their voicemail box is also full - quite unprofessional. edit: Their office was coincidentally closed the week I tried to contact them. They fulfilled my request promptly once they returned. Recommended to change their voicemail greeting when the office is closed for vacation.

This is the first time in my entire existence that I seen a provider so uncaring for his patients. Greed is written all over his face. Terrible work, I don't recommend this orthodontics to anyone. All those great reviews, it must be from his staff. If you need orthodontic work looks else where, terrible place horrible dentist. He should be reviewed by the American Dental Association.
I learned my lesson when I was told that this should be the last place to schedule an appointment for braces. So many complaints by patients, I don't understand how this place is still open. If you have a complaint, I encourage you to speak up. This will help a lot of people and save them hard earned money. I have to press on the star in order to post, otherwise I'd given him a - 5 stars.

Remarkable doctor with tremendously helpful staff. This is how a dental office should run and treat its clients. they make visits there stress free. And thank you Dr. Ostrer for taking time to educate me on gum disease. She answers all questions & concerns with patience and detail. She is a perfectionist and she takes great care of her patients. From Gum grafting to implants, I can't imagine getting a higher level of quality care, than from this great team.
