Routine biological monitoring of the office sterilizer is done on a regular basis to verify proper use and functionality. This aspect of infection control is recommended by such organizations as the Centers for Disease Control, The American Hospital Association, and the American Association of Medical Instrumentation.
Charlestown Family Dentistry accepts most dental insurance plans and is a preferred provider for Delta Dental, Guardian, Metlife, Aetna, Blue Cross, Ameritas, Cigna, and many others. For patients without dental insurance, Charlestown Family Dentistry offers a new patient special of $100 which includes your first cleaning, exam and bitewing x-rays.
From the North: Take I-93 South to the Sullivan Square exit. Follow signs to Sullivan Square. Go through the rotary and take the second exit off the rotary at the Schrafft's building. As you exit the rotary, you will pass the Schrafft's building on your left, go over a set of railroad tracks and pass a fire station on the left.

Best Dentist out there. Fixed my chipped tooth like it was some straight up amateur nonsense. My mouth was a mess, i look like some podunk degenerate and left looking like a young version of Brad Pitt. If you are in the greater Boston area there is no one better. Whole process took less than a half an hour.

Nobody can honestly say they love going to the dentist, but I have to hand it to Jeff Goldman and his team, they are top notch. Jeff is personable, experienced and puts patients at ease. He is open about what he's doing throughout the procedure so there are no surprises or any needs to feel anxious. When I first came across Jeff's practice I thought it would just be a convenient place to go since I live/work near Charlestown, MA, but I will likely go to him for dental care as long as I live in the Greater Boston area.
