Went back in December for a dental to be done on my chipped tooth. They did amazing and I didn't feel a single thing.not even the numbing part haha. But everyone was sweet and very nice and helpful. Plan to come back for any other dental

Dr Lee is a true artist in dentistry. He is highly skilled and has a tremendous bedside manner. All the staff is awesome too! They make you feel at ease and take good care of you.

When you don't have anything good to say, it's best not to say anything at all. What I will say is everything seemed alright through the whole procedure of replacing a crown and the staff were nice and polite for the most part. Only after going home and taking a close look did I discover the crown did not fit the margin on the far side of the crown and there was a gaping difference between the crown and the margin.

Within a couple weeks the crown came off while flossing and my insurance was close to the limit after he was paid. Now I'll have to pay out of pocket to have another Dentist correct the problem by once again having the crown replaced. This next time I hope it's done right so I don't have to experience this kind of reality again. I don't understand how this could have happened without Dr Lee being aware of the problem, he even took an x-ray of the crown after cement placement which would or should have revealed the misalignment of crown to margin.

On May 24th after writing a letter to Insurance Company, I called Dr Lee's office to Dispute the $139 co insurance I paid before leaving the office. I spoke to Meagan who referred me to Marcie. Marcie immediately told me that they would send out a check and cancel any future appointments, as if they already knew there would be a problem. After a few minutes Marcie called me back to tell me that they wanted the dentist, who I would see to correct the problem, to verify it was the same tooth that Dr Lee worked on instead of another tooth.

So now they want the other dentist to call them to verify that I'm not some scam artist pulling a fast one before they will send me my money. Also as I mentioned earlier it's hard to understand how Dr Lee was unaware that he did this. I wonder if the company my dental insurance is covered by, which is Ford Motor Co. UAW trust had anything to do with this problem.

I realize I'm in a southern red state. I just moved here last June from Michigan to be with my Brother who moved here in 2001. I could say more but anyone who has read this much would understand why that would be unnecessary.

I was amazed with provided service and quality of the work. Pleased with nice and friendly atmosphere in the office. Wish you guys the best! Thank you Dr. Lee for my smile!

Dr. Folden is amazing. He has the best bedside manor and if you have to have a shot.he is the magical shot giver. I did not feel a single thing when he did it. He is professional, friendly, thorough and works with you to ensure that you are both relaxed and have a good experience, or at least as good of an experience that you can have at a dentist. Seriously, I cannot say enough about his personality as a doctor.

I have anxiety normally at a dentist office, but NOT with him. He really cares and makes you laugh. His whole team is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend their office.

Dr. Bell is the best! He makes you feel so at ease when working with you! I had a tooth pulled and he was so gentle, patient, kind and made me feel comfortable! Kate was his dental assistant and she was so caring and right there when you needed her! I highly recommend Dr Bell and the staff!

I am new to the area and found Dr. Bell by searching local dentist. My initial visit was one of my best experiences I have ever had at a dentist. The entire staff is extremely friendly. I unfortunately had a cavity but Dr. Bell was able to fill it during my visit. I never felt the shot and Dr. Bell was very quick. I went back for a cleaning and had an equally pleasant experience. The hygienist was super friendly, gentle, and my teeth looked and felt great. I highly recommend Dr. Bell and the entire staff at Dr. Lee's practice.

Recently moved to Clayton from snowy, cold PA. The staff @ the Folden Lee dental office was very welcoming and kind to me. I felt very comfortable & relaxed during my first visit. Thank you Dr. Bell & the ladies for being so sweet. Much appreciated.

I presented Dr. Bell a difficult extraction - it was a failed root canal (from another dentist ) and the tooth could not be saved. I never felt a thing during the extraction. He was amazingly gentle given the tooth was quite difficult to remove. He next prepared the site for an implant-- all went amazingly well- no pain and no complications. Dr. Bell was very attentive, he followed up regularly to make sure I was doing OK through out the process. I now have a great implant and have all the function of the original tooth. I highly recommend Dr Bell and the entire office staff. All were very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Lee has been our family dentist for years. His staff is like family. They know you when you call or come in for an appointment. His work is amazing. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

We had been searching for a dentist to pull two teeth, but they had all said that since I was a teen they wouldn't pull them. We went into Dr. Lee's office and without hesitation he said that pulling it was the right move. Dr. Bell did an amazing job pulling them, and I would definitely recommend their office.

Love Dr Lee and staff! They are all kind, professional, and easy to work with. You won't regret coming here. I'm one of those *weird* people who actually like the dentist, even though I've had horrible past experiences in other offices. We've been coming here for almost 5 years and we have no complaints! Dr Lee finally fixed my "tooth from hell" so happy!

I have been seeing him for years. Never felt an injection. Have had crowns, fillings, permanent partials and never had pain. Very caring staff and always accomodating. My husband got braces at age 50. His teeth were beautiful. Always leave with a SMILE.

Dr. Bell is by far the best dentist I've ever had. His warm and kind nature made my experience so much better. and without question he is an amazing dentist. Perfect work! Also Megan his sidekick does an amazing job and is so personable. From the receptionist to the chair to walking out I've always had an amazing wonderful experience here. Thank you all so much.

This place is amazing! As a nervous patient in the past, I can say that everyone who works here puts me at ease. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell things are run efficiently because you never have to wait. (A blessing to a mom with a small child!) I was very impressed with Dr. Bell and also the technology. A crown in one day! (Again, huge blessing to a mom with a small child!) This team of people seem to love what they do and love their patients. And I appreciate that greatly! Thank you to everyone here!

I was absolutely terrified of Dentists' for over 20 years. You could certainly tell that about me whenever I opened my mouth. After hearing so many great things about Dr Lee, Dr Bell and the entire staff I decided to try one more dental office visit. This has to be the kindest, most patient and knowledgeable dental practice anywhere. I needed so much to be done to my teeth due to years of fear and neglect. Dr Lee explained all of the different options and prices that were available for me.

He and his entire staff made me feel so welcome, comfortable and relaxed. I knew after the first visit that I had finally found the perfect place to get my smile back. They have a state of the art office with such a calming atmosphere. I've had work done by Dr Lee as well as Dr Bell and most of the entire staff. My fear of dental work is now gone and I finally can smile again.

I recommend this practice to anyone who wants a beautiful smile and to be treated with so much kindness and respect. I can honestly say that if you come here that you'll be thoroughly satisfied.

I have had a fear of dentists for 20 years. Upon a reccomendation I made an appt. The office is very tranquil & relaxing. No loud drill sounds, no smell of burning teeth & the smallest needles Ive ever seen. You can also request nitrious oxide. When you inhale that, your worries, fears & anxiety are gone. I did not even remember what they did. When you stop breathing it in you are perfectly able to drive. Dr Lee is so sweet & caring.

Day or night you can reach him and he will always help you, even on a Sunday. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. I now actually like going to the dentist because there, you have nothing to fear. God bless Dr Lee and his entire staff.

I met and had an appointment with Dr. Bell. I thought he was an amazing dentist and the office staff was wonderful. Everything there is clean, the people are nice and Dr. Bell actually listens when you talk to him about your concerns. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but this experience was probably the best I have ever had at the dentist. Great job!
