Such a pleasure seeing Dr Epstein today. Very professional doctor but also very personable. Was having a problem with a tooth which he checked out completely and assured me all was well, but advised me to call if I had anymore problems. I always find all staff to be friendly and helpful. Been a patient here for many years.

I had to leave a wonderful dentist some miles away after 15 years:(( I lucked up in finding the folks at Fuller Dental. Very thorough, professional, with a good helping of NICE :)) I am sure that some folks LUV going to the dentist---LOL---but when you need all those in a practice. you also appreciate competence, and this was what I saw in these folks in my first visit. I have had many years of being a provider of medical services, and I feel comfortable being on the patient end for a change:))

Awesome service! You won't find a better place for all of your family dental needs. I had them extract a bunch of teeth and replaced with a partial and a plate. I am extremely dental phobic and thanks so much to Lacy for helping me get through this tough situation. She and all the other staff that I deal with are the Best! They are very attentive to your needs and do their best to make sure you're taken care of extremely well.

I have seen two of the dentists here and am definitely pleased and impressed with the quality of work that they did. My wife and kids changed dentists to come here also and we are completely satisfied and will continue to recommend them to anyone else in need.

I love this place! My son and I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for several years now. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and has a great sense of humor. He is easy to talk to, listens well, and doesn't rush. Dr. Epstein is also honest in his treatment.he doesn't do any unnecessary work if its not needed. Awhile ago, he did my root canal.

He was gentle and talked me through every step which made the experience bearable. Chrissy and Caitlyn work with him and are great dental hygienist. They are patient, gentle, and extremely friendly. Both hygienist take their time and answer questions in a polite way. So happy to have found Fuller Dental!

I've been a patient at FULLER DENTAL CARE for 30+ years! LOVE everything about it, no complaints at all. Except dental care is expensive, but that is at any office. They care about their patients. Always excellent dental work, always very caring about their patients, and everyone is very professional. If you're looking for a dentist, you should goes see them. You won't be disappointed.

This was my first time at Fuller and I'm more than thrilled with my visit! Though this is the largest dentist's office I've been to; it still maintained that small personable feel thanks to it's awesome staff. Everyone treated you like family, and all of the information/pricing was thoroughly explained. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

If you are looking for dental care that exceeds your expectations this is the practice for you. Leah is an excellent hygienist with a keen attention to detail and gives superior care to her patients. Dr Jamie is the best dentist I've ever been to. She is extremely thorough with exams and has a wonderful chair side manner Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to Fuller dental. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. I felt comfortable with the dentist and dental assistant. I also felt included in my treatment plan. I am happy to have found a dental office I can trust.

This was my first visit to the practice and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were all polite, friendly, knowledgeable and put any doubts I might've had to rest. I would totally recommend Fuller dental practice to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Honestly they we're Excellent in Every way. Very Professional & Everyone Was Super Nice. The Assistant was Awesome. The Dentist was Top Notch. Both Actually Acted like they Generally cared about keeping my teeth as healthy as possible. I got a tooth pulled. The price was reasonable & I didn't feel any pain at all. I love the front desk ladies, hygienists, and doctors here! They are very nice, and really explain everything really well. My husband and I go here, we are very happy with Fuller Dental.

Until recently, I would have given Fuller Dental a 5-star rating; however, I can no longer do that. I cannot recommend Fuller Dental at all. At one of my routine visits, my dentist advised me to have some work done even though I was not experiencing any problems. I am not a dentist, and because I trusted my dentist, I agreed to have the procedures done.

I was given an estimate based on what my insurance was going to pay. When I arrived at the office to have the work done, I paid my insurance portion of the bill, the work was done, and I was on my way. I received a $500 bill several months later. I was told that the insurance company had denied the claim. Upon further investigation, I discovered that P&R (the company that handles claims for the insurance company - who knew?) had denied it because of "insufficient information from the provider." I also found out that only providers are allowed to contact P&R (I still don't know what P&R stands for).

According to Fuller Dental, they have provided all the information to P&R, and there is nothing else they can do. So, now Fuller Dental has turned over the bill to collections and will not provide services to my wife and me. I have discussed this with several different people at their office with no relief. I believe that if Fuller Dental is unable to provide the proper information to P&R, and that is why the claim is denied, that I should not be held liable.

Could it be that all the dentists who work at Fuller Dental are expected to produce billable services to maintain their status with the firm, and by doing so, they "look" for work much like a car mechanic? I suspect this is precisely what is going on, and they may have performed unnecessary work on me and are unable to provide documentation to back it up. Now, they expect me to pay for it. Therefore, I cannot recommend Fuller Dental to anyone. If you decide to ignore this warning, be prepared for the same experience.

Just wanted to talk about sleep apnea. I don't even snore I just need a filling when one came out. 20 minutes later sleep appliance apnea blah blah. I'm not going back here. Now I need a root canal on the filled tooth. That's going to cost another $1500

Dr Epstein at fuller Dental is amazing. I have bad anxiety, and he and his staff made me so comfortable. I got permanent partials in front. They are gorgeous! I was extremely nervous about the result, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly reccomend Dr Epstein at Fuller Dental.

Dr David Fuller took excellent care of my cracked tooth, mending it, taking away the severe pain I was in. I will still have to get to my dentist in the US after vacation, but now I can continue my vacation pain free. The service was very reasonable, probably less than what I would have had to pay in the US. I found him to be a very kind and gentle. I highly recommend. If I lived local, I would definitely be seeing him for all dental work.

ELON Parents and Students Beware. Do not go here, particularly if you don't have dental insurance, as we don't. My freshman daughter went by herself for a consultation and cleaning. We paid $85 for the consultation and she was sent away without the cleaning, and had to schedule to come back. Upon return she was given three (yes, three) X-rays, because the first one was messed up, the second "panoramic" X-ray was not panoramic enough, so the third X-ray included basic 'wing' shots.

All to the tune of $200! The most shocking part was that she was advised to do a special, deep cleaning that involved 'scaling' her teeth. After this was done, for a mere $180 (!), she was told to return the following week in order for the job "to be finished". The second part of this job was in fact a regular cleaning that would require another $99!

When I called to ask HOW they can charge $180 for a "special" cleaning that doesn't actually clean teeth, the office manager was genuinely confused by my question. I rephrased it: WHY would you charge so much money for a deep dental cleaning that doesn't do what it claims to do? She was still stumped. I don't know if this means they are extremely dishonest or extremely ignorant about how to run a decent business.

To add insult to injury, they claim to have given my daughter another full exam, although she had already had the consultation the prior week (in most cities, the consultation IS the exam): the final bill was $476 for the one short, basic visit.

Every facet of this dental office is top notch. My son was treated by Dr. Osborne and the results exceeded my expectation. From the admin department to the billing team they are second to none. I highly recommend this local business and will continue to use their services.

As a new patient I had a consultation which included exrays and a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. Dr. Fuller spent 30 minutes talking with me and explained why they have special cleanings depending on the health of a person's gums and teeth. I appreciated the time and the professional care that was given to me. I would highly recommend Fuller Dental.

I have always liked my dentist here, BUT if you call to make a appointment for someone new they're not honest about accepting their insurance. I have recommended 3 people here and all 3 needed expensive cleaning even though they have always kept up with it at other dentist. Be prepared to over pay!

Wow. Unbelievable. Just like the other reviews, my husband had cavities filled. They didn't seal them or finish the procedure and now he has to have root canals. What kind of chop shop practice is this? They also gave him an extreme amount of aesthetic that pumped his heart rate up to a dangerous level, he had to reschedule, nearly to go the ER and blamed it on him "not eating enough beforehand." They have no clue what they are doing here and they are dangerous. And now we are having to pay triple to another dentist to remove the damage they caused. Please choose another dentist.

Office staff is wonderful. However, I had some cavities filled that were not sealed properly and now have to get a root canal (at another dentist). I'd look elsewhere for quality dental work.

This is an amazing dental practice! Modern, state-of-the-art facilities, wonderful front desk staff, helpful and friendly hygienists and dental assistants, and top-notch doctors. When I first moved to the area, I was going to a different dental practice, but after having a filling redone there and feeling like they weren't using the most advanced dental medicine techniques, I decided to look elsewhere. Fuller is not in-network for my dental insurance, but they are worth every dollar.

They have even worked relentlessly with me to help fix a problem that arose after I had a root canal last year. They call back to see how I'm doing and the one time I had an issue, they followed up immediately and took care of the problem. They are a pleasure to work with. I have full confidence that they are the best in Alamance County! If you're looking for a dentist, look no further.

I see Dr. Rawley IV, but have also seen Dr. Matsko (talk about a hoot - this guy is hilarious!) and Dr. Osborn (very kind, compassionate woman). I highly recommend all of them! Thanks, Fuller Dental, for taking such good care of my teeth!
