I would not recommend this oral surgeon's office as their billing is not ethical. My daughter had oral surgery in June 2021. It is now February 2022 and we are still waiting for money they owe us. They told us the day of her surgery that my UNION INSURANCE would not cover the entire procedure, and made me pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars towards said procedure prior to putting her under.

This was of course completely inaccurate as my dental insurance is adequate. I have never once had to pay a dental bill nor do I have a copay or deductible for dental, but never the less, my daughter was in pain, so I paid. We have received one reimbursement after calling/ emailing them numerous times. Please consider taking your dental needs elsewhere.

Doctor Hashim and his entire staff were very professional and focused on patient care.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out today and the staff was so great with her. She has severe anxiety and they were all so kind and gentle with her. Even though it was all very overwhelming for her, after she woke up she said she loved them all and really likes going there.

The staff is really great and Dr. Hashim is very gentle and makes getting your teeth worked on painless.

Dr. Hashim and the entire team at Toledo Dental Arts provided excellent care during my stay in Toledo. They diagnosed and treated a condition that had gone undiscovered by my previous dentist and took the time to explain each step of the procedure and treatment plan. I was nervous to have dental work done during the pandemic but they take Covid-19 precautions very seriously and I felt safe during every visit. I would highly recommend Toledo Dental Arts - they are the best!

Is a big help for the teeth, is honest, and do their job like pros. Came in with some really messed up teeth after years of failing to address issues, but then after some time working with this wonderful team, I believe in my own dental health again!

Dr Hashim and his staff are very friendly. He put my dental anxiety at ease. I have to have some extensive work done, and I am very comfortable with the plan that has been put in place for me. I feel he is very qualified based on the information and details he gave me. I'm looking forward to seeing them again.

I would not recommend this place to a dog. He made my tounge go numb for a month. When i valled them they had me come in to say he was on vacation. When this issue was obviously a big problem. When i did go see him he admitted fault only to retract his statement a couple of minutes later.

Not a kid friendly place, I would never recommend taking any child to this dentist. Very unprofessional business.

His expertise, skill and detailed explanations, provide me with the comfort of knowing my dental health is being taken care of by very considerate and conscientious professionals.

I've been going to Toledo Dental Arts for about two years now. I've done cleaning, deep cleaning, fillings, root canal, crown installment and I'm very pleased with the results. I was always made comfortable during each visit. The people there are friendly and easy to communicate with, but most importantly professional and capable.
