Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with these guys. After years of dental pain and several failed implants I was referred to WIOS by my dentist. I was really hoping to get some answers from Dr. (Redacted) but instead I encountered condescension and cowardice. I still don't know what is going on with my jaw, I may have jawbone cancer or some degenerative disease but I'll never find out from these guys. The "doctor" was apparently frightened by my 3D scan told me to seek help elsewhere and then charged me $475. Thank you very much. Seek help elsewhere.

Dr. Jeffrey Stein is an amazing implant specialist. He did an implant for me for a back (lower jaw) tooth replacement. Excellent job! I also am extremely pain sensitive. He administered nitrous oxide during the procedure, and I experienced no pain at all. (Also, very personable and reassuring. That helps!) Highly recommended!

Dr. Stein is the best doctor ever my husband and I met. He's a real professional, high skilled and extremely talented. And very nice and positive as a person. We would not go anywhere else but Westchester implant. The only place we trust is here and the only doctor we trust is Dr. Stein. Usually I'm not posting any reviews, but I just thought this would help many people find the right doctor and come to the right place.

Dr Stein just pulled three wisdom-ish type teeth of mine I have been putting off for decades. I wish I would have came sooner. Virtually painless experience, he is amazing at his job and the staff is phenomenal at making sure you are comfortable. Truly a great experience. Only regret is that they don't have a tip jar!

One of their dentists extracted one of my teeth. The following day, I called to say I was having a problem with a different tooth. They said that dentist would call me. After hearing nothing, I called again and requested a call back. I never received a call. Response to owner's response: Yes, it is your practice that I reviewed. (My name is not Amyjack.) I rectified my problem at a different oral surgery group.

TOP NOTCH, AMAZING! Dr. Rachel Levarek is EXCELLENT! I came into the office filled with anxiety. I have always insisted on general anesthesia for extractions but Dr. Levarek promised me she would not hurt me and said she never goes back on her promises. AND SHE WAS RIGHT! She extracted the tooth with just novocaine painlessly! I cannot recommend her, her wonderful assistants and staff enough!

Dr. Rachel Levarek is wonderful. My daughter's orthodontist highly recommended her and I'm so glad we ended up in her office. She is kid friendly, a great surgeon, and really cares about the patient and their experience. Her staff were attentive and efficient. Thank you, Dr. Rachel for taking such good care of my daughter. Dr. Levarek is very skillful and has a great bedside manner. She is funny and has a great personality, which definitely helped me feel less anxious. I've had a few teeth removed and bone grafts done and recently had multiple dental implants placed by her and I can't say enough about the experience! She wasn't kidding about the ease of the surgery, and especially the aftercare. I had no discomfort and the whole process was so easy and smooth thanks to her and her amazing staff. I highly recommend Dr. Levarek!
