Worst service. We clearly mentioned we need treatment as we already has all the report and we need Pre Surgery Dental Clearance. Someone from Clinic confirm and gave a week later appointment and on appointment waited for 1 hour for x-ray from old dental to save time and on asking how much long getting reply we will only check today and treatment will be done on Jan2023.

We clearly mentioned our situation as Surgery schedule on 07/25/22 and need dental clearance 2 week prior and if you can't do its ok. Then also to get insurance money they just wasted our week and then 1:30hrs dor nothing.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Just got a call, on the day of my cleaning appointment (made 6 months ago) that I owe $60 from a missed appointment in *2020* and they won't see me until it's paid. An appointment I only missed because they didn't call my cell phone to remind me. They called my house number, after I told them to remove that number as a contact number for me.

Never before now have they told me I owe them any money. They have cancelled several appointments since then because of staffing issues. I've had to wait an extra 6 MONTHS for a cleaning that's supposed to be done twice a year because of them canceling. I have been there several times since then for cleanings and other appointments. I just called them YESTERDAY to confirm my appointment and there was NO mention then or when they called my cell phone THIS TIME to remind me of my appointment of any money being owed to them. Totally unprofessional. I'll be finding a better dentist.

Lots of confusion with booking appts on their part (wrong patient name). The notes he wrote for my daughter for each appt were in in order so he wouldn't know for sure why she was there. She had childhood cancer and the radiation was directed in her face. Destroying her enamel. She brushed twice a day and still has issues. I asked him many times what I could use or what I could do.

He never looked at her medical history and talked down to me like I wasn't doing my job as a mother. And then when he numbed her mouth to fill a cavity he didn't even wait til she was fully numb. That was the last time we went there. He finally heard me about the radiation after I said we're not coming back. Nice staff here and there though except the one who assisted him on the fillings that day. No compassion.

Got two teeth filled today. Numbed me very well. Very nive people.

Excellent dentist and staff. I was introduced by my adult daughter after coming from Pittsburgh. I have been coming here for several years. The quality of work done has been outstanding.
