I've been been coming to Dr. Ouellette for 25 years. From cleaning and fillings to extractions, crowns and root canals, it is always a pleasant experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Ouellette for several years. He and his staff are very polite and profession. Office is very clean. They are punctual with getting you in on time for your schedule appointment. Not having to wait very long is a plus!

I cannot say enough positive things about the dentistry practice of Thomas E. Ouellette. Everyone there is happy, professional, and extremely friendly. And it starts at the top with Thomas Ouellette - he is simply the best. He is a straight shooter and I do not believe, unlike every other dentist I have been to, that he is just driven to make money from his patients.

I truly believe that he wants his patients to take care of their teeth and simply be healthy. And if you don't take care of your teeth, he is working to get you back on track versus always 'looking' to get the next thing 'fixed'. At least that has been my experience with him and his staff over many years now.

Very friendly and professional staff who did a great job on fixing my chipped tooth! Be sure to know the parking situation before you come in, because the building's parking situation is somewhat confusing the first time.

As always, i had a great experience at Dr Ouellette's office. Service was on time, I felt confident about what they were prescribing as next steps and the front office service was exceptional. My husband and I have been patients there for nearly 20 years and will stick by them!

Dr. Ouellette always takes the time to explain what is needed and what are the options. And in lay person terms that a patient can understand. And, overall, Dr. Ouellette and his staff leave their patient feeling like they are cared for physically and respected and valued. This is perhaps why he has been the family's dentist for decades.

This was my first visit after a co-worker referred me. All of the staff were fantastic! Jen did my cleaning and was so gentle. Dr. Ouellette and his team took th time to get to know me. Also, I was a little early and they took me right in. I didn't have to wait on anyone. Great practice! Highly recommend. And there is easy plentiful validated parking to boot!

This office is so clean and bright and welcoming! the staff is the same! I believe I can honestly say I have never laughed in a dental office, but I do in this one, and not from the gas. I absolutely recommend Dr. Tom to anyone who is looking for a great dentist, hygienists and staff!

On a recommendation from a colleague, I switched to this dental practice in 2018. I had positive experiences with regard to the dental work my family received. However, a few months back I received an exorbitant bill. After a number of calls to the practice and insurance company, I discovered that the practice is not in network. That came as a shock to me because, during the very first call when I set up the initial appointment, I made sure to ask if the practice is in network.

I always do that with any new doctor or dentist because I know there's a difference between asking if someone accepts insurance versus being in network. I have never had a problem with receiving accurate information on that front. However, in this case, I made the mistake of trusting that the person setting up the initial appointment and taking my insurance was providing me with accurate information. That cost me hundreds of dollars. So, my recommendation is to verify any information you receive about your plan before going to this office.

Excellent dentist, and Misty is wonderful hygienist. Wait time 10minutes. Lots of magazines. Good downtown location, walkable for me.

I've been visiting this office for about 18 years! That's hard to believe. dr ouellette took over a few years ago and the level of service remains strong. He's a pleasure. On my most recent visit, Kit cleaned my teeth. I was impressed by her efficiency and precision. My mouth never felt cleaner!

I can't say enough about Dr. Ouelette and his staff. I have gone there for over ten years now. I was recommended by a coworker and almost didn't go because it was outside of my insurance but I have never once even remotely regretted it. Nancy, my hygienist, is the best! She is kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, and (perhaps most importantly) very gentle. Dr. Ouelette is the same - kind, friendly, gentle, and brilliant. I would absolutely refer anyone - especially my dentist-averse friends there. I know they will have a good experience and will receive the best, most up-to-date care.

I have been coming to Dr. Ouellette's office for 16 years now! They are in Sakura Square which always has ample parking and they do validate so it's a very easy place in downtown to park. Misty has been my hygienist for years and does a very thorough job. When I got into a bike wreck Dr. Ouellette was able to "cap" my broken tooth by hand so that I could leave for a vacation with a full smile and it lasted for years.

Dr. Ouellette and his whole staff are great to work with. They have a beautiful office in a great downtown location. I'd recommend this dental practice to family and friends.

I can not express to you my displeasure of going to the dentist. My past experiences has been the wait is usually pretty bad in the waiting room and again in the chair post cleaning. The "I'm a little too busy to be truly present with you" attitude from the dentist.etc. Well Dr Ouellette and his staff break the mold. I went to him for 4 years and my total wait time is under 2 minutes. Total.

They are super nice and professional. It makes me not dread my dentist appointments. I've suggested them to numerous friends and family and all of them came back to thank me.

The dental hygienists are incredible and very gentle, Misty in particular I would recommend. Not being back in Denver for too long I took the advice of my fellow coworkers and went to see Dr. Ouellette. From day one I knew this was going to be my guy and have made referral after referral to him.

Not only is this guy tops, but his crack staff is just awesome. Big up's for his Queen of the Front Desk, Monica. Every time I call, come in or just plain make a huge ordeal out of changing insurances three times in the last year, Monica always has a smile and laugh. Don't know how Dr. Ouellette would do it without her. Parking around Sakura Square is usually tough, but just park in the private log and have your parking validated before you jet. From emergency calls when I needed my wisdom teeth out to a last minute cleaning before heading off to Mexico. I'd trust no one else in Denver with these pearly whites.
