This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. They are always warm and welcoming. Very pleasant and helpful staff. They do amazing dental work, very gentile and understanding. They take the time out to talk to you and explain each procedure in detail.o love the music in the rooms makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I always recommend them to everyone I meet.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I switched to this dental office. The staff, hygienists, especially Ally, and Dr. Kerger are the BEST team. Always so happy, kind and gentle with each other and the patients. If your mouth health needs to be addressed, they do it in a way that is not condescending (my old office was always negative) and in a way that makes you want to make better mouth health choices. I am so glad they were recommended to me! I highly recommend Dr. Kerger and West Suburban Dental Care!

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the beautiful atmosphere, then you are immediately welcomed by the front desk staff. My kids and I have only had a few appointments here, but each visit has left me with no complaints. Everyone has been very professional, patient, and thorough. We have been so impressed that now my husband will be seen there as well.

I hate dentists, and, I'm not going to lie, scared to death of them. I won't say that this place has completely alleviated those fears, but I will say I am much less anxious about being seen and have full confidence that I and the rest of my family will be taken care of.

I had a great teeth cleaning at West Suburban Dental. The hygienist was personable and did a great job cleaning my teeth. The appointment started on time and I was able to get out with a clean bill of health in less than a half hour.

Our family has been going here for over a decade. We love Dr. Arrich, Jill and the entire staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and beautiful place. Above all, service is great.

Discovered my dental insurance changed without notice. Had to find a dentist quickly as my son was having major tooth pain. Living here for a long time I had seen West Suburban but wasn't sure about them. Called to try and set up an appointment and to my surprise they fit us in that day. We were greeted smiles and reassurance that the new insurance would all be worked out (caring about my son before insurance).

He ended up needing a root canal but they did as much as they could do, to give him comfort, until the root canal was done. Have now been back several times and each time they treat us like we have been here for years. Truly appreciate each one of them.from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctors, they are all fabulous! Would definitely recommend.

We love coming in, the front desk staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Is so easy to make your appointments with them. Dr. Arrich and Dr. Daniel are very knowledgeable and professional. They listen to you. They are so good with my kids. Great atmosphere and facility, (very clean), good music. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Thank you for taking a good care of my family.

This was the BEST dental experience I've ever had! The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing in simple terms. Their customer service, compassion, commitment to patient education and care, and willingness to build a relationship are some of the great qualities I experienced in my first visit!

I can actually say that I am looking forward to partnering with Dr. Arrich and her team to take care of my teeth and gums. If you are looking for a new dentist or a FANTASTIC DENTAL EXPERIENCE, I highly recommend West Suburban Dental Care. I'd give them 10 stars if that were an option!

I got my braces done there and they regularly do my cleanings! It's not often you find a place that can do both orthodontist treatment as well as the regular cleaning. They are quick and efficient with their patients and I've been going to them for almost 7 years by now! The staff is very good with keeping you comfortable and making sure everything is going well for your experience there. They have a TV and toys for the kids to play with. Nice people, nice place, nice business. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently switched to West Suburban Dental Care. I DO NOT enjoy going to the dentist, and so I have been searching for a place that made feel both welcome and comfortable when receiving services. Boy did I hit the jackpot! From my very first phone call, to my first consultation, to my very first procedure earlier today, I have been extremely impressed by the level of customer service provided by the entire staff.

I had my first crown ever today and I have to say that Dr. Arrich and her dental assistant Jennifer were extremely kind, patient, and professional. They made me feel relaxed throughout the entire procedure, and kept me educated on every step throughout the process. If you are looking for a great dental staff, with a clean & upscale practice, I strongly recommend West Suburban Dental Care. You won't be disappointed! :-

I knew this would be a positive experience from the moment I entered this beautiful office. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and treated wonderfully by all of the very professional-acting employees. I had the utmost confidence in Dr. Arrich, as she assessed my particular dental issue. She took time with me, explaining what she found, and possible options of treatment.
