Had a lovely experience at Philadelphia Dentistry. Dr. Ridge and Jenaya were wonderful every visit. Dr. Ridge always took the time to make sure every single question was answered so there was nothing else to be anxious about and if I had anymore, everyone that answered the phone quickly gave me a response. Everyone is so kind and cheery making what could be a scary dental procedure a lot less intimidating.and my teeth look and feel great!

I love Philadelphia Dentistry- I went here today to finish up a crown replacement. It was pretty much pain free and feels like a perfect comfortable fit. Thanks to Dr. Ridge and Yani for making this process so easy and pain free

I am from New Jersey and was used to great dental service all of my life, so when I moved to Philly I was nervous about finding the same great care. I am so glad I came to Philly Dentistry first. Since day one I felt like I was a long-time patient. The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I was having problems with frequent pain in the roof of my mouth causing constant headaches. Dr. Wilcoff was immediately able to conclude I was having jaw misalignment issues and start immediate treatment which worked like a charm. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

While the dental staff was excellent- the front of the office staff was misleading. I called them before coming in and the office admin told me they took my insurance so I scheduled and appointment. What I found out what that they "worked with insurances" but they don't "take" insurance. They told me it was customary to pay upfront for my dental work and wait for my insurance to reimburse me.

I was later told by my insurance that because they don't accept insurance they can charge whatever they would like- hence the $2,000 bill to get a crown put on. When I called to see if they could work with me their finance person told me I had signed paperwork stating this was what it was and that there was nothing he could do. Incredibly inflexible and frustrating to work with.

They will rob you of your money for a cleaning with insurance. Don't do it. I regret coming here

The absolute best dentistry in Philadelphia. Dr. Wilkoff is very friendly & personable. He was extremely attentive to my comfort & made sure I felt no pain. I didn't feel anything. His assistant, Jenaya, was also very welcoming & also made me feel at ease. This office is exceptional. If you're looking for a pleasant experience with no pain. Philadelphia Dentistry is definitely were you want to be.

This place is a SCAM. Do Not Go Here! I have never had a cavity in my life. They told me I have 9+ cavities and that this needed to be handled right away or there would be permanent damage. I was then rushed into a back room where they proceeded to tell me it would cost $5,000+ but they would be happy to set me up with a loan. I then went to another dentist for a second opinion and they told me my teeth were healthy, they saw no cavities or problems at all.

When Philadelphia Dentistry called me to set up my emergency appointment, I explained to them that a second opinion saw no issues and that they were a scam. She proceeded to tell me they are not a scam, they are taking preventative measures. If you look at all the reviews, there are few bad ones because they delete them. There are MULTIPLE people who have gone through the same thing of needing a ton of work and then being rushed into a back room for payment or to discuss financing.

The great reviews all seem to have multiple procedures done, which may or may not of been needed. You make your own assessment. But I highly recommend you go some where else.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It's been about 6 months since I started Invisalign treatment and my teeth are practically perfect! The staff at Philly Dentistry have been a tremendous help making sure everything goes smoothly and comfortably along my journey. Best decision I've ever made!

As someone who is not a huge fan of going to a dentist, I was very apprehensive. The team is amazing in all aspects: they listen to your concerns and fears, discuss and explain every treatment, make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They coordinated work with other specialists (root canals and extractions) to make sure you get the best care. I think they are a bit high from cost perspective, but totally worth it. Dr. Ridge and his team definitely have my highest recommendation.

Second time visiting. I felt comfortable and everyone was professional. They were straight forward, but they were nice about it. Highly recommend. Sarah, Jennifer, Stephan, Dr. Cirka, Dr. Ridge and the beautiful ladies from reception (CSR) were wonderful. Highly Recommend.

I've had three appointments here and each have exceeded expectations. I personally had Dr. Ridge as my dentist but I'm sure the rest of the dentists there are just as great. There are a lot of dentistrys in the Philadelphia area, but Philadelphia Dentistry is most definitely the best option customer satisfaction And final product wise. Definitely recommend to college students or just anyone looking for quality dentist work.

I moved to Philly before COVID and hadn't picked a dentist. I knew I was overdue for appt so I did my research and really liked what I read.and from the moment I called, I knew this was the right dentist office.person who spoke to me was so nice, friendly, very professional.really listened to me.figured I would have to wait weeks before an appointment, but they just had an opening and I went in that afternoon!

Everyone greeted me and was right on time. I hadn't been to dentist in awhile bc I haven't had good experiences, but this office was so different.the hygienist who examined me couldn't have been nicer and was very positive and completely relaxed me! I wasn't nervous and didn't feel uncomfortable or embarrassed.she addressed all my concerns and then I met the dentist who was sooooo nice and equally positive.

I also wanted to treat myself as it was my birthday to smile makeover and they gave me some great options.the whole experience was top notch and they even gave me a birthday card! Wow. I can honestly say I am actually looking forward to returning!

I honestly had such a good experience here. The hygienist was super nice and explained everything going on very well which made me feel very at ease. Then the dentist came and was also really nice and explained a procedure I would need. Overall I had a really good time here. This was my first time scheduling and going to a dentist on my own and the staff here made it really easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend to students in the area or anyone in general looking for a good place to get dental work.

Dr. Jeon is amazing, as well as the rest of the dental staff. They are thorough, caring and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

The best dentists in Philadelphia are at the office of Dr. Ken Cirka. Their staff is bar non the most professional, caring, friendly and knowledgeable that I've experienced at any dental office. My dentist Dr. Evan Ridge it's outstanding and my #1. If you want the best people and the nicest, you must go to Dr. Cirka office!

Great experience! Everyone at the office was very friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Dr. Ridge was thorough and also very friendly. He didn't seem rushed like other dentists I have been to before. He and his assistant went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable while my work was being completed. Definitely recommend!

Today was my first visit at Philly dentistry and I had such a great visit! The team is very professional and it was an easy appointment, 10/10! Ask for Lisa, she was the best. She was gentle and talked me through the entire process.

I am new to Philly and came here to inquire about Invisalign after recently having traditional braces removed from an out of state orthodontist and not being totally satisfied. Dr. Ridge did a thorough exam and explained that Invisalign wouldn't be able to fix my issue and gave me a few options (a simple in office procedure to fix my major complaint and if needed then he said he could refer me to an orthodontist for traditional braces again).

I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me Invisalign regardless if it would fix my issue or not. All of the staff I interacted with were all so nice and helpful. I actually have another appt scheduled tomorrow for a cleaning. I think I will be making them my regular dentist moving forward. Definitely come here if you're looking for a dentist or an honest consultation for Invisalign!

Hands down the best Philly has to offer. I went in for my first visit last week after chipping my tooth on vacation. The entire staff was extremely comforting and gave me the best treatment they had to offer, as I was adamant on leaving with a tooth. Not to mention they are very affordable and discuss every possible payment option best suitable for their patients. I have no complaints; I only wish I found them sooner! Super friendly and very clean. Thank you all for a wonderful service, especially Malikah and Dr. Ridge!

I had been looking for a dentist since I moved to the city a year ago and I am so happy I found Philadelphia Dentistry. Sara was the dental hygienist, she was wonderful! Warm, profesional and thorough. Dr. Jeon explained my treatment very clearly. Happy I found them!

My experience at Philadelphia Dentistry has been top notch. I cannot express my gratitude to Rachel for getting my oral hygiene (specifically gums) up to par. My experience at a dental office was always traumatising but not anymore! Also, staff is very helpful and attentive. The only surprising practice is having to pay upfront for dental fees and then filing claim which is not traditional practice (imo) but did not reduce rating as a result. Just be prepared to do so.

Best dental office ever! Trust me, I hate going to the dentist as much as anyone but I would rather come here to have a visit than anywhere else. ALL of the staff are SO incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. I had a lot of questions and concerns and every single one of the employees made me feel heard. I was able to schedule a first visit super quickly, and after my initial visit I was able to schedule a follow up appointment for the next day to fix issues found during my cleaning.

During my follow up visit I had a filling and a bonding on my tooth fixed. This was my first ever filling and I was freaking out but all of the staff made me feel SO comfortable. The bonding that was fixed on my tooth looks AMAZING and completely changed my opinion of my smile. The first time I had it done by another dentist I was so unhappy with the shape it looked very out of place and fake - I am very thankful I found this office because it now looks perfect!

For anyone who is concerned about seeing a dentist during the pandemic, Philadelphia Dentistry goes the extra mile to make sure that you feel comfortable during your visit. The front desk staff is always kind and helpful, additional COVID measures are taken, and the wait time to see a dentist isn't long. Thanks to Dr. Ridge and his team, I was able to take care of long overdue dental issues.

Today was my second appointment and I could not be more pleased with every one in the office. Sarah did my cleaning today and she was very reassuring and gentle which is a plus for me bec of bad anxiety with the dentist. Everything was laid out for me in detail and Steven the financial coordinator is the best, so so easy to talk to and work out financial options.
